The host was amazing, the breakfast was yum and the room was fantastic, only slight misconception was in the listing there’s 2 rooms, their the exact same the only difference was the bathtub positioning, so make sure to clarify which room you’re getting. Otherwise it was amazing, 5 stars 👌

В целом нам очень понравилось проживание в этом месте, где очень красивая территория, ухоженный сад с потрясающим видом на горы, реку, розмарин, который пахнет на всю территорию. Очень неудобно было, что в комнате нет чайника. И каждый раз я просила горячую воду для питья. После заката не всегда можно увидеть персонал. Приватности ноль. В 6 утра наши соседи начали шуметь. То есть все харчки, крики всё это слышно. Ладно это гости, но когда уборщица начала греметь за стенкой от меня мыть раковину, она просто начала бить половой тряпкой 😂😂😂это было очень громко. Ни какого уважения и мысли о том, что кто-то ещё отдыхает. В целом, очень красиво, но не для пар. Это место подойдет для компаний. Благодарю за гостеприимство! Персонал нужно просто оповестить, что делать уборку лучше после 10 утра, если это сильно шумно.

The view is amazing. Hung is an amazing host. He arranged transport and a lovely cooking class and let us have an early check-in and late checkout.

A true gem. It feels good to live in this house and the room in particularly is just amazing. Loved the location too which is really quiet and in the middle of nature.

Our stay was amazing!!! The rooms were super clean, the bed was comfy, and the surrounding area was beautiful. The staff helped us with everything: arranging taxi’s, arranging tours, etc.. They were really friendly and stayed in contact with us throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved my stay at s plus bungalow. Especially after staying in the heart of Sapa the last 3 days. Very peaceful, away from the busyness and traffic. Had water buffalos, horses, and baby ducks to watch right off of our side porch. Close to some yummy restaurants that are part of homestays. Just what I needed, some peace and quiet. And the shower was nice and hot with great water pressure.

Séjour magnifique , chambre avec vue imprenable sur les rizières ! On recommande cet endroit , pour la gentillesse également du personnel ( juste la barrière de la langue qu’on a utilisé Google traduction ), la chambre était parfaite , juste le bain que l’on a pas pu utiliser parfaitement , dommage !

This place is perfect for me! Away from the busy city, it is an escape for solo travellers in the process of grieving a lost one(like me) or getting over a painful break up. Total privacy, no TV, outside balcony that you can smoke freely while listening to the gush of water flow of river. The best thing is that the room has an electric heater that keeps the bed warm in the cold weather.Hot water works well. However, if u expect proactive clean up, available food, existence of refrigerator, interaction with friendly humans etc this might not be ideal. They even set up a desk in my room when I needed to attend a work call. And the view is overlooking mountains is just so amazing!

We are extremely satisfied with our stay and the beautiful surroundings. The staff is so kind and accommodating, always doing their best to provide excellent service. The food was delicious and tasted homemade. The view was breathtaking. We spent a lot of time at the accommodation and truly enjoyed our stay.
