Alloggio elegante, anche meglio delle foto/descrizione. Tutto ben tenuto, molto pulito, tutto funzionante. Gli host attenti, reattivi, presenti mi sono venuti incontro per ogni richiesta/necessità. Ho avuto un problema idraulico prontamente risolto. Ho potuto anche usufruire a titolo gratuito del check out ritardato il giorno della partenza. Purtroppo il tempo non è stato clemente durante i giorni della mia permanenza ma la casa accogliente mi ha permesso comunque di trovare relax e serenità. Se amate soggiornare in una casa curata, funzionale ed elegante questo è l’alloggio che fa per voi. Complimenti, mi sono sentita a casa, coccolata e mai abbandonata. Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! Arrivederci! :)

While our Venice Airbnb was our favorite overall, Eddy’s apartment in Florence was a close second! The location is incredible—just a 5-minute walk from the train station and steps from the Duomo. Eddy greeted us from the upstairs window (such a fun surprise!) and welcomed us with thoughtful treats like rosé, coffee pods, gluten-free chips, and the pear juice that quickly became our travel obsession. 🍐 The space is modern, spotless, and had the most comfortable beds and pillows we experienced in all of Italy. The washer and dryer were a huge perk, and having two sets of keys made exploring with a group so much easier. Do note: there’s no elevator and the entrance opens right onto a lively street, so be prepared to step straight into the Florence buzz. Our first night was a bit noisy due to neighbors in the courtyard, but earplugs did the trick and the rest of the stay was peaceful. A few extra towels would’ve been the cherry on top.

The apartment is located in a very nice area. Inside is well furnished, clean and confortable. Susanna described well the checkin and always answered punctually to any question.

La posizione dell’appartamento è ideale per chi ha necessita di raggiungere l’ospedale di Pisa, che dista un centinaio metri, percorribili a piedi. L’appartamento è ben tenuto e pulito e l’host è molto gentile e disponibile. Comodo il parcheggio all’interno del parco privato, delimitato da una sbarra azionabile mediante un comodo telecomando fornito insieme alle chiavi. Dal centro di Pisa dista circa 15 minuti in auto.

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Estuvimos en el departamento durante un mes completo. Lo sentimos nuestro hogar muy rápidamente. Está perfectamente equipado. Destaco la cocina y todos sus utensilios. La calefacción por radiadores funciona muy bien, aún en días fríos; junto con el doble vidrio, mantiene un ambiente muy confortable en el interior del departamento. La puerta es blindada, lo cual hace sentirte muy seguro. La ubicación está a unos minutos a pie del centro histórico. La zona de la Plaza Libertad nos pareció muy tranquila y menos ruidosa para alojarnos. Muy cómodo el acceso desde el aeropuerto o estación de tren, gracias a la cercanía con el tranvía (a solo 50 metros). La comunicación y amabilidad de Marco fueron inmejorables. Sin dudarlo será nuestro alojamiento en Firenze la próxima vez que visitemos esta hermosa ciudad. Gracias!

This Airbnb was an absolute dream. Perfectly located in the countryside, it offered incredible views of the surrounding vineyards and rolling hills—sunrises and sunsets were simply unforgettable. The property was charming, spotless, and full of character, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were warm and helpful, offering great local tips and making us feel right at home. It was the ideal spot to unwind and experience the beauty of Tuscany. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

the appartement with the beautiful Garden was really pretty. my little son enjoyed every corner of that beautiful Garden. I also appreciate the sens of communication of Pamela, she was very friendly.

Lorenzo ist ein sehr netter Typ, äußerst hilfsbereit. Zuerst haben wir seine kulinarischen Selfmade-Willkommensgrüsse genießen dürfen, grandios! Eine große Hilfe war der selbstverfasste Tourist Guide mit seinen persönl. Tipps zu den Highlights aus der Nähe aber auch aus umgebenden Regionen. Auf einem Kamm, in einem wunderschönen Grundstück liegt die hübsche Small Villa, die nur durch ihre verträumte Lage im Hang äußerlich klein wirkt. Innen ist sie sehr geräumig mit hohen Zimmerdecken und durch die großen Glasflächen vom Licht durchflutet. Viel Grün ringsum (z.Zt. mit herrlichem Farbenspiel u. Duft vom Blauregen). Premium ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse - ich habe mich aber in den Blick vom Tor in das nordwestl. Tal verliebt. Die 10 Schritte sind ein ‘must have’ bei Sonnenuntergang. Ob Meer, Florenz oder San Gimignano - nix weiter als ne Stunde Fahrt entfernt. Wer Ruhe abseits der Touris sucht, dem sei San Miniato unbedingt ans Herz gelegt. Unbedingt Buchen! Wir fünf hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Jeder hatte ein eigenes Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Die Lage ist wundervoll, um etwas zu unternehmen. Außerdem war es schön ruhig (bis auf die Gäste über uns, die leider früh morgens am rum trampeln waren). Nada war wirklich wunderbar! Sie antwortet sofort und bei einem kleinen Problem, war sie sofort vor Ort. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

We enjoyed our stay at David’s and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Florence! If you’re hesitating to stay on the other side of the Arno “Oltrarno”, don’t! This neighborhood was wonderful to walk about (go get a sandwich from Schiaccia!) and had easy access to cross the Ponte Vecchio! The apartment was spacious, had great size beds, black out shutters, and a quirky laundry room. You’ll see! Thanks to David for a great welcome! Hope to see you again!

What can I say. This was a great Air BNB for our first stay in Rome. It is literally 50 feet from the Trevi Fountain. We could hear the crowd yelling each night at times .....BUT that just meant that someone had just gotten engaged. I didn't mind. It was nice to be right there to see the fountain at day and night and if you wanted solo picture opps you could definitely have to fountain to yourself in the wee hours of the a.m. The hosts were waiting for us when we arrived and helped us get our luggage in. They ere also very responsible to anything we had questions on. The host was also gracious enough to let us leave out luggage there until 7:30 p.m. We had booked an early a.m. tour and out didn't get back until 7:30 at night. Great place and highly recommend if you like to be in the middle of everything!!!

Ilaria was a fantastic host. Not only was her place pristine and beautiful, but it was walking distance to all of the main stops in Florence. The space was so nice, the bathroom seemed brand new. It was spacious and clean. Ilaria was super responsive and kind, and very friendly. Thank you so much Ilaria! This space was definitely worth it!

Superb location - both getting to and from the airport by tram as well as day to day tourist locations. Great cafes/bars to use minutes from the apartment.

Needed a quick, last-minute place to stay for the night in Florence, and this place was perfect! Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Right in the center of town too. Definitely recommend!

Lorena é uma anfitriã muito atenciosa! Nos recebeu com muito carinho, permitiu o check in antecipado, sempre nos respondia rapidamente. O apartamento é bem localizado, próximo ao Duomo, com vários restaurantes ao redor, inclusive eu recomendo os restaurantes localizados na mesma rua do prédio, os dois mais próximos. Apartamento limpo, roupa de cama limpa e tudo confortável! Foi uma excelente estadia! Super recomendo!
