great place for a family, each bedroom has its own full bathroom. came stocked with everything we needed and the host was always available when we had questions. we'll definitively stay here again!!

Incredible location and space to enjoy ATL from. Would definitely consider coming back to this place in the future!

Our family enjoyed the perks of being close to the city and yet was able to escape at night to peaceful neighborhood surroundings. Don's place offered us what we needed to stay for a few days and felt safe.

I stayed at Elizabeth’s place over the weekend while visiting my daughter at Georgia Tech. The location was great! It was spacious and I thought the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed. Elizabeth was VERY helpful and always responded immediately. I would definitely stay here again! Easy walk to belt line and Piedmont Park.

This is our 6th year staying at this cabin for Thanksgiving. it's become a tradition in our family and it's the best week of our year! Thanks so much Dan for always hosting us!!

The place was great! It was very clean, well stocked with all sorts of things you might need. Plenty of room for my family of 4. We only stayed 2 nights, but the home was cozy enough we could have stayed a full week in it. We would love to come back to Helen, GA & stay here again sometime.

The home is beautiful and within walking distance to so many things to do in Atlanta. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay.

My colleagues and I had a great stay. We really appreciated the 3 bedrooms with bathrooms on each floor with communal kitchen and living room on main floor. My friend loved the rooftop deck off her room and took full advantage of it! The place had a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. I asked for a fabric steamer and it was delivered 5 minutes later! Incredibly responsive host. We'd certainly stay here again. Thanks so much!

The place was very nice and well located. Emily was great to respond and went the extra mile to help me recover an item I left behind at check out. I will recommend and definitely consider to come back in a future visit.

Loved staying at Howell House! Gorgeous, well-appointed home with plenty of space. Beds were really comfortable and the rooftop terrace was awesome! The location is great- near a lot of activities- Krog and Ponce City Market, the Beltline, Piedmont Park, etc Highly recommend Howell House!

Kat is the friendliest & most helpful host! Helped us by walking the pups. Gave the pups gifts. This location comes highly recommended! Definitely staying here again!

Very nice place - plenty of space for two adults and two kids. Great host - very responsive, helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The home was very cozy, very clean, and super welcoming. The appliances and bathrooms were all very modern and clean, and the kitchen was exquisite. Delervern was very responsive and friendly with any questions we had, and super clear about any instructions. Overall loved the place, and would definitely recommend it!

I’ve stayed at quite a few airbnbs and I can honestly say this is one of my absolute favorites. We do live in the metro area and planned a staycation in ATL for a friend’s birthday. One of the main reasons I chose Ian’s place was because of the unique artwork, the patio, rooftop and decor, and also the fact that there are multiple personal restrooms where everyone can feel accommodated. The photos are just a sneak peek, but the actual home itself is beyond what we imagined. Ian himself was also easy to talk to and very informative about all the amenities offered on the property. Thank you so much for the stay! I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The dog run was very nice to have for convenience. The listing said pet friendly. They even had a pair of dog bowls there.
