This lake house was beautiful with excellent views. Eric was very communicative and accommodating, offering early check in and local recommendations. There would have been more to do in the warmer months but it was still nice for a winter getaway.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property on Lake Anna. We had 4 young children and 3 adults for our trip. We had plenty of space in the home, and the beach area was perfect for our children to swim. In addition to swimming off the beach, we enjoyed boating, tubing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. It was so nice to have kayaks and paddle boards included on the property. When we weren’t outside we spent a lot of time on the screened-in porch. Evenings were spent down on the dock with a drink watching the sun go down on comfortable chairs. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area as well. We ate at four different restaurants. Had no problem stocking up groceries at Food Lion and grabbing a few things when needed from Dollar General. The surrounding wildlife was big plus. We saw some cool birds and saw deer going across the property at dusk. It was our first trip to Lake Anna but won’t be our last.

We had a great stay at the Blue House and can’t recommend it enough for your next trip to Lake Anna! The house was well-equipped, clean, and the host was flexible and accommodating with our check-in/out times. The property has beautiful, waterfront views and is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

She was a great host. Went to welcome us & made sure we had everything we needed. She was so sweet! The farm house was beautiful & the views were espectacular. We will be definitely coming back.

A group of my college buddies and I get together every year to hang out for the weekend, and this was a great place to do it. The basement was perfect for watching football, watching movies, playing video games, and pool. The hot tub was great in the cold weather. We really enjoyed our stay.

Upon arrival at this house in Mineral, VA, we noticed the house's openness, beautiful décor, and thoughtful aesthetics, which reflected a perfect blend of comfort & style that immediately made us feel at ease. The house was clean & amenities well-stocked (as described) ensuring there were no unpleasant surprises. Bedrooms were comfortable; beds were cozy, allowing us to enjoy restful nights. The house layout was perfect for socializing for a large group & we comfortably hung out. The KITCHEN exceeded all expectations -equipped with various appliances, stainless steel pots, pans (& nonstick) & loads of small items – This level of stocking made meal prep enjoyable rather than a chore, helping us create lasting memories over shared meals. minor drawbacks— a few rooms were a bit chilly (extra blankets were readily available) & the hot water supply was somewhat limited – this was minimal compared to the overall enjoyment we experienced. Such a beautiful cabin in an incredibly property by the lake. The home is spacious and so comfortable for our extended family to hang out, cook and play games. Lots of communal spaces to spend time together, but so many private areas for sleeping and for individual families. The home was incredibly clean and Mark was easy to communicate with. Thanks for the great stay!

We stayed at Bethany's house with 10 adults/teens + kids for Thanksgiving. The house was very comfortable for that size. We were there for Thanksgiving and generally had what we needed for cooking (only three wine glasses though) and grocery only 10 minutes away. We loved having two spaces to hang out and the pool table was a hit. The bedrooms had decent curtains to sneak in some afternoon naps. The house is well furnished, the beds were comfortable and Bethany was super helpful with any questions.

It was the perfect location, right off the lake. House was clean and plenty of space. 10/10 stay, would definitely recommend staying with Andrew

Cathi's place was everything as described. The house was clean and the location was perfect for a remote getaway - far enough to enjoy peace and solitude, but within a few minutes drive to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The lake was close enough to walk (if you're up for it) or a close drive away. Cathi's house had everything you could possibly need as well - toiletries, spices and condiments for cooking, and even supplies to do laundry. The house was spacious enough for our family of four, and one dog, but felt very cozy and warm at the same time. I would definitely stay there again if we're in the area!

I would rate this house a 5 out of 5. The house looked just like the pictures . It was very clean . The host was very responsive, she was great. My family enjoyed the fire place located on the side of the house . There appeared to be a spider issue in the house . We saw a couple and had to kill them. The shower in the basement was very small. Besides that my family and I had a great blended thanksgiving and would definitely rent again . Thank you for everything Angela !!!

I do not even know where to start… AMAZING! This home felt like heaven on earth. The name should be peaceful paradise. I grew up in the country side and this was just the perfect place to remember many of my childhood memories. My children were so happy and loved kayaking and fishing. The beds were really comfy and we slept peacefully. We were able to relax as a family and Chad and his team were awesome and very patient and responsive. Even though this home is 20 mins away from our new home, we will definitely take vacations at this beautiful home in the future. We were in the process of moving and had our U-Haul and we were able to park it on drive way. The team was very accommodating. Thank you all for everything. Until next time.

Richard's place was absolutely perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and had a great time. The beds were comfortable and the house was super clean. We are all looking forward to going back again next year.

A great place to stay, especially with the little kids. Lots of exploring to do in the beautiful yard. The swing was a great time!

We absolutely loved Monrovia on Main. The house is wonderful for a larger group. Ample parking in the back of the house, well-equipped kitchen, cozy sitting room, bedrooms with comfy beds, clean bathrooms with plenty of linens, and best of all, the ability to walk to restaurants. We were in town for the Montpelier race weekend and walked to nearby places for dinner both nights. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

I have to say, this house really set the bar for our kids. Great big house, two living room areas, four nice-sized bedrooms. The kids LOVED the games (arcade, shuffleboard) and the kitchen had lots of great extras (salt & pepper, etc). Our dog also had a blast, plenty of space to walk her in the backyard and down the street. We walked down to the Lake, which was available to us but not really a place to hang out. Highly recommend the thrift shops nearby (Plum Pickings, for one). Would absolutely stay here again!

Lester was extremely communicative and helpful during our stay. The house was beautiful and was an awesome space to entertain.

Tracy was very welcoming, informative and accommodating. She was very available if we had any concerns. We were planning a boat trip on the lake and she helped coordinate a boat rental that led to a lovely day on the water. Her mom is cozy and tidy and we felt very comfortable there.

The space is peaceful and spacious. We felt right at home and had plenty of space indoors and outdoors to spread out. Kevin was a great host. He was quick to respond if I had any questions or needs. We would definitely come back and no one wanted to leave.

“Home away from home” is the perfect way to describe this place. Tyler was so responsive and helpful and the home was everything we hoped for. The property is beautifully maintained and the location was private and relaxing. We will definitely be back and loved the area and neighborhood.

As a group of 12 ( adults + kids) the place was perfect for us. We absolutely enjoyed our time at this beautiful home especially the backyard views with the lake were very peaceful.
