Hidden gem of Sofia! Enjoyed the stay a lot! The only thing that dishwasher had not worked for all 10 days and it was not fixed, one handyman came once but he was not able to fix the issue. I’ve bought the salt for dishwasher + asked to fix the issue faster, because this kitchen is truly dependent on a dishwasher ( no place to dry plates, etc.) . it seems that this flat is owned by some company and everything is done really slowly except answers in the app itself. But still even without dishwasher this flat is totally worth the price, so 5/5, but could have been 6/5😂

The place looked exactly like the pictures and description. The owners have clearly put a lot of effort into creating this masterpiece—a perfect blend of comfort with a cozy, retro design. They were also very polite and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The available parking was a big plus for us, as our goal was to leave the car behind and explore on foot or by public transport, which was readily available. Thank you!

It’s a great and cozy apartment in the heart of the city. Highly recommend. Lubo is also very nice as a host, everything was clear and easy.

Jeg nød mit ophold i Martins Airbnb rigtig meget. Alt det praktiske gik rigtig nemt med indtjekning, fremragende kommunikation med vært og udtjekning. Selve boligen var perfekt for et par, der ønsker en lille og praktisk bolig, hvor hver kvadratmeter udnyttes til det fuldeste. Særligt vil jeg fremhæve soveværelset, som jeg virkelig synes var godt. Lejlighedens lokalitet er ideel, idet den er placeret i gåafstand til centrum, men stadig befinder sig i et roligt nabolag uden støj. Martin var en rigtig god vært med meget kort responstid og proaktiv kommunikation. Man skal være opmærksom på, at der mangler brusekabine på badeværelset, hvilket kan være en mindre byrde, men jeg kunne forstå på værten, at der allerede er planer om at indsætte dette. Jeg kan varmt anbefale at booke dette Airbnb😄

Our traveling group of 8; 4 adults and 4 children fit very comfortably in the apartment. Apartment was very clean and well kept. Up to date interiors made the apartment a comfortable space to relax.

Estão de parabéns! Tudo foi ótimo. Única coisa que tenho a apontar, é que deveriam colocar número na casa, ou alguma identificação pelo menos. Foi na intuição que achamos o local exato. Mas tirando isso, foi tudo perfeito! Muito obrigada!

Dimitar is a great host! Friendly and quick in response. Provided loads of valuable info about nearby places. The apartment is close to US embassy and 3-4 metro stations away from the city center. There are parks and malls in walking distance. Couple of nice restaurants as well. 1 bedroom apartment with all you need for a quiet feel-like-home stay. Amenities are in order. Kitchen is equipped. Though WiFi could have been better. Easy to check in and check out. Highly recommended.
