Lac Atitlán : locations d'appartements de vacances

A well-equipped, clean apartment just one block from the main square and a 5-10 minute walk to the main beach. Communication with the host was easy the entire time. San Lucas doesn't have much tourism, but that's what makes the experience more valuable. My family stayed for a week and enjoyed the rooftop with amazing volcano views.

Perfect location! 3minute tuktuk to everything or 9-10mins walking. Sababa resort/ ferry doc/ and Mr mullets all in that distance. Pictures are accurate but much better in person! Highly recommend as host made everything super easy and willing to help with anything. OAN:If you use wash cloth for body they don’t supply. None of the location we stayed had them (we brung some so wasn’t an issue for us😂)

This was perfect for my 3-week stay while studying at the Cooperativa Spanish school. Juana and Jade were both super responsive and friendly the few times I reached out. The location was easy walking to the school, the lake and the tourist area, but far enough from the main backpackers area that it was quieter than there. There is a nightclub across the street, and an excellent cafe, but both can get noisy. But honestly, no where in San Pedro is going to be considered ‘quiet,’ so in the scheme of things, this apartment was a haven! And, back in the bedrooms the noise was vastly diminished. Kitchen is clean and functional with the basics. The one thing that threw me off was the steep staircase to the apartment. The stairs at the top are pretty narrow which could prove challenging for those with mobility issues. There is a railing which made it manageable. Overall, I hope to go back for more Spanish lessons, and I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Phyllis is a wonderful host. She and Blaine have an absolutely gorgeous property; the pictures don't do it justice. We actually booked a different part of the property now and plan to stay much longer if we can! We love it here. It's a perfect distance from town so it's quiet and secluded, but still close enough so that walking is great. Would highly recommend this place. The wifi is great. Lovely cozy space. Stunning Views. Lo mejor del apartamento, es la vista del lago, esta ubicado en el 10mo. nivel, las fotos de la página son reales, muy buena ubicación, tiene parqueo, acceso a la piscina, Jacuzzi y la playa del hotel. Cerca de la Reserva de Atitlan y de otros hoteles que brindan el servicio de Restaurante, el pueblo Panajachel esta a 5 minutos en vehiculo. Glenda atendío nuestro requerimiento, fácil check in y check out.

My stay was amazing, thanks to Danfry. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable in the apartment. I also loved the rooftop access, which provided a wonderful view of the lake. The apartment was perfectly located, within walking distance to the most central part of the town. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Casa Amarilla was such a little piece of paradise for us! The views are better than the pictures - you’ve got 1 volcano through the window at the foot of the bed and another visible from your pillow. The house was super peaceful but we still felt connected to the small town and were really close to the shop. Also Jorge is so attentive and helpful if you need anything. If you're sensitive to the light in the morning it may not be for you as there aren't curtains on all of the beautiful big windows but we loved getting to see the sunrise before going back to sleep every morning!

El hostal Casa Madera en San Marcos es simplemente genial. Ofrece las mejores vistas al Lago Atitlán y los volcanes, lo que lo convierte en un lugar perfecto para relajarse. La atención de la familia local que lleva el lugar es inmejorable, se nota el cariño y el cuidado con el que gestionan el sitio. Sin duda, volveríamos. Estuvimos en el apartamento con terraza privada, pero también disfrutamos de la terraza compartida en la parte superior, que ofrece una vista increíble. El apartamento estaba súper limpio, con todo lo necesario para descansar y disfrutar. Además, cuenta con una cocina bien equipada. Superó nuestras expectativas y lo recomendamos 100%

Great and responsive!

It‘s a rare thing to find a place that looks better in real life than in the pictures of the ad. This one is one of these. Very close to the town centre, situated in a beautiful garden. A real treat.

This space is roomy and bright. I loved laying in the hammock in the mornings. It is quite a hike up if you’re up for the exercise but the tuk tuk drivers know the place and bring you right up to the walkway leading to the gate.

Magnificent views! Private and quiet which we appreciated. Very comfortable beds and bedding, and was great to have two full bathrooms. A bit expensive compared to other AirB&Bs in the area but felt secure and safe so probably worth it! I’d definitely recommend it!

Excelente lugar para vacacionar en familia o con amigos, amplio y con vistas preciosas, tiene todo para pasarla increíble hasta juegos de mesa, la cocina súper completa tiene hasta una Alexa, recomiendo mucho este lugar Aspectos a tomar en cuenta: Súper retirado de todo ni una tienda cerca, lo más cercano es Santa Catarina Palopó a 30 minutos y Panajachel como a 45 minutos. El camino desde Santa Catarina Palopó no es el mejor, se iba convirtiendo de 2 carriles pasaba a 1 y hay como 15 minutos de terracería la cual cuando fuimos habían reparaciones, ignoro si pondrán asfalto pero en lluvia no creo que suba carro pequeño por 2 cuestas con tierra suelta, si vienen desde Patzún ahí si es calle asfaltada y 10 minutos de terracería. Solo pusieron 2 rollos de papel para una familia de 7 estando 3 días y no dieron sábanas extras, considero que para familias así es necesario Recomiendo traer comida para los días de vacaciones y no salir mucho, la pasarán increíble, yo lo disfruté demasiado.
