Stunning views and a quick walk to town! We didn't see better views of Lake Atitlan from any other place. It was a joy to relax in the house and take it all in! When we needed to get into town for groceries and to restaurants, we took a pleasant walk through local roads, always passing by a tuk tuk if we wanted a ride instead.

Kheily and Samuel were great hosts. Responsive with all questions and gave great recommendations. The location was great, near the dock and easily walkable to many different restaurants. The area is lively later into the night. This was not an issue for us as we were aware reading other reviews.

Desde el momento en que llegamos, el lugar nos hizo sentir como en casa. Nos sentimos tan cómodos que decidimos extender nuestra estadía un día más para seguir disfrutando de las amenidades del lugar y la vista de Panajachel. Silvia siempre estuvo pendiente de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más agradable. Sin duda, esperamos regresar pronto para seguir disfrutando de este rincón tan especial.

This condo was a perfect spot to have amenities of a hotel yet feel like you're in a home. Downstairs was a restaurant & bar on site, a pool, two hot tubs and access to your private beach (lake). There was a game room with 2 table tennis, card games, foosball table and jenga. The views inside the condo was just undeniably incredible. My favorite part by far. There isn't AC inside or fan's but the time we traveled the nights were cool. It's spacious and safe. Just a quick drive (5 minutes up a hill) to get to the town, a tuk tuk can come pick you up or you can walk into town. Everything is very close and easy to access, tours, dining, bars, shopping, lake access, etc. We felt so comfortable and safe the entire time. There are a lot of happy and well fed dogs all over Guatemala. They are so cute to see. Highly recommend this location. Lake Atitlan is just stunning!

Clean, full kitchen (could be restocked with some salt, pepper and oil), nice garden area. The location was off the main strip, about a 7-10 minute walk, which we appreciated for quiet nights. We slept very well all three nights.

Maya moon was amazing! The view is better than the pictures. Staff were very responsive and helpful in arranging pick up and drop offs. The restaurant food was great and convenient. Having access to the lake was just perfect! Easy to get around to other towns by boat and/or tuktuk. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Beautiful view with extremely easy check out and great communication. Transportation seemed scary at first as it’s in between Pana and Santa Catarina, but if you start walking in whatever direction you want to go, you can find a tuk tuk pretty easily. We got ours for 15Q or less per person every time.

Christopher’s AirBnB was clean and had great amentities like access to a football field. He gave great recommendations and provided contacts to boat and shuttle drivers. Would definitely recommend

I had a wonderful five-night stay at this peaceful, cabin-like retreat in San Marcos, Lake Atitlán. The view overlooking the lake was absolutely breathtaking—one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. The cabin is remote and offers a truly private, off-the-grid experience, perfect for anyone looking to disconnect and immerse themselves in nature. As expected with a rustic stay, I did have to be mindful of insects like spiders and scorpions, but the host provided bug spray, which was helpful. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, even staying in contact when my shuttle was delayed due to riots. They waited late into the night to ensure I arrived safely and walked me through everything upon arrival. Be prepared for a bit of a hike to reach the property, but the seclusion and beauty make it well worth it. If you’re looking for a ‘salt of the earth’ experience with unbeatable views and privacy, this is the perfect spot!

El diseño de la casa es perfecto para trabajar como Airbnb, cada habitación tiene su propio baño y es muy espaciosa. La casa es hermosa y está cerca del lago donde puedes tomar una lancha para conocer los pueblos de atitlán. Lo único negativo es que los vecinos tienen música a todo volumen desde muy temprano en la mañana hasta la noche. Aparte de eso la casa es perfecta para viajar en grupos grandes.

I’ve stayed at Nash’s house a few times, and it remains my favorite place on the lake! The house is stunning, the views are incredible, the village is authentic, and the family that takes care of the house is so sweet. I love everything about staying here and will keep coming back. This is a gorgeous air bnb. The host has thought of everything and was very responsive to questions. The caretakers are kind and helpful. Our kids loved the hot tub and all the outdoor spaces. Beautiful landscaping and the lake is breathtaking. I loved the open-air feel. We stayed three nights and wished we could stay longer, it was so comfortable and relaxing. Thank you so much, Ana! Came with a group of 5 Freinds … the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Bbq area, pool, hammocks, very serene and the pier is close by … there are lots of stairs so be aware with luggage and walking. We had Claudia and her mother cook two nights for us and the food was amazing… I would have a list of items you will require so they get them for you since there isn’t a store nearby. You are definitely pretty remote. Boat is the easiest way to get around. I’d come back again and explore the other villages/towns nearby. San Juan was fun with lots of shops and coffee and chocolate factories

I spent just one night at the apartment but could have easily stayed a week. Best location, best view, best overall stay I can imagine along the lake. Definitely stay here, no question. Absolutely gorgeous and the host was communicative and helpful. Loved it.

Excelente lugar para quedarse, la ubicación es muy buena, aunque si desean caminar en Panajachel puede que les quede un poco alejado. Era justo lo que buscábamos para estás vacaciones.

C’est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons ici, et toujours un sans-faute ! La vue est tout simplement magnifique. Se réveiller avec le lever du soleil et admirer le paysage depuis le lit est un véritable privilège. Seul petit point d’attention : préserver ce lieu enchanteur en évitant une trop grande densité de logements, qui pourrait altérer le calme et la sérénité qui font tout son charme aujourd’hui.

Pat’s property was awesome, we felt right at home and doña Petra was very helpful with answering everything we wanted to know about local things to do. Definitely recommend it!
