I loved my stay at Kim’s. Would be happy to stay many months if my PNW life wasn’t calling. Very comfy bed, space is small but well laid out and it was perfect for me. Nice quality shampoo and shower stuff, helpful things around (like scissors!). Light and airy. Good chairs for a whiny Lower back. 6 miles from the airport, an easy drive. Felt totally safe and walked alone after dark. Nice neighbors. Kim is super responsive and has a full welcome book full of ideas for places to go. Will definitely be my first choice when I return to Austin.

Great stay! Super close to airport and Rachel was communicative and flexible. The place was big, first floor in the back of a residential house on a quiet street. Lots of trinkets and art from their family, which made it feel lived in and homey. Parking was a tiny bit of a pain, as you have to pull into a pretty long, tight driveway and can only back up, but the bed was comfortable and place was clean. Thanks!

Valentina is a wonderful host and the space was perfect for me. Walkable but private. Spotless but cozy. Updated but affordable. 10/10 would recommend!

Lovely property, very private and green. The cottage is well appointed, the kitchen has plenty of dishes ands pan and really cute nostalgia themed appliances and decorations. The dogs enjoyed getting to meet the ponies and donkeys. The host responded quickly to texts.

Our stay was great ! Super quiet and private and not far from attractions. Also got a chance to meet one of their pups with was really cute and we also loved seeing the deer that would pass by. Would return again 😊

This place is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and had a lot oh homey touches. There was an oil diffuser, guitar, blankets and lots of pillows. The owner met us outside and introduced herself to us before we even checked in. This place will be on my favorites list of places to stay in Austin.

Excellent experience. I stayed here for over two weeks visiting family. This was a wonderful home away from home. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I loved all of the windows! The location was great, in a lovely, safe, and quiet neighborhood. The host went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and communication was excellent. I highly recommend staying here!

Tommy and Roxanne greated us at our car as we pulled in. They were very welcoming and took pride in their Airbnb. This is evident in the tasteful decorating and cleanliness of the “Loft”. The setting is so beautiful and serene! Lots of amenities and snacks left for us! Very comfortable bed and can control the AC/heat ourselves. We highly recommend this Airbnb !

What a wonderful place to stay in Austin! So bright and clean and comfortable. Easy access from the airport and everything Austin has to offer. The host Shaney is very hospitable and kind…I felt like family staying here. Highly recommended

Great location and great airbnb! We came to Austin (Accidentally) during the first week of SXSW and were worried about the cost of an airbnb in the city. We found Rob and Cheris’s airbnb and couldn’t have been happier. Checkin was a breeze and Rob was onsite to help us get in after a mistake on my end. The location was 5 minutes from South Congress and 10 minutes from downtown. The unit was fantastic; clean, comfortable and warm. If we are back in Austin again we will absolutely be back!

Was such a peaceful and fun area to stay in. I had so much fun and will be staying again if in the area!!

Katrina was an incredible host! She welcomed us as soon as we pulled up the driveway, greeted us and directed us to the entrance of the top floor. Her home was clean and minimalistic — the perfect space for my husband and our one year old daughter for a couple of nights in ATX! We loved her local recs of food, coffee and parks! The neighborhood was definitely walkable and near a very convenient and perfect coffee/restaurant spot to lounge in (with live music on Fridays nights!). We enjoyed her home and would definitely book, again!

I stayed here during SXSW, and it was perfect. Pamela and Robb were fantastic hosts—super quick with communication and always happy to help. The location was great, with plenty of amazing restaurants nearby and easy access to public transport into the city. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, and I’d happily book again in the future!

5 Stars – Perfect Stay! We had a wonderful stay at Billy’s place! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed yet quiet and peaceful. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had such a cute and cozy vibe that made it feel like a home away from home. Billy was an amazing host—so kind and incredibly responsive to any questions we had. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless. This sweet suite is my favorite Airbnb! This is my fourth stay over the years. I always try to book it whenever I visit Austin for for a weekend. The place feels happy, quiet and peaceful. A lot of love and care went into setting everything up. They think of everything one could need for a comfortable stay. Everything is very clean. The mini split is very quiet and effective. The ducks and pigs are so cute. It's relaxing to just watch them from the kitchenette window. The bed is comfortable. The location is very convenient - close to downtown, with many great restaurants and coffee shops close by, yet away from noise and traffic. Highly recommend!

This has to be one of my favorite places I've ever stayed. It's definitely a spot that makes you want to hang out there just as much as sight see. There's books to read, records to play, some movies to watch, and a bar to drink from. Our hosts provided a welcome packet (with the usual house info) but also a decent sized list of places to check out both in and out the neighborhood. With self check-in/out, the process was super easy. You really get the best of both worlds - the comfy feel of being in a quiet neighborhood and staying in the heart of the city. Would absolutely stay here again.

Daniel was very helpful and responsive, the location of the unit is in a center area, not a lot of businesses nearby, so good for a peaceful place to stay.

This was such a cute place! It literally was stocked with everything you could think of. I stayed here for a month and was able to live as normally as possible for a digital nomad. Also had fast internet which was another plus. The neighbors were super sweet and I always had positive interactions with them. Very dog friendly. Within a 10 minute drive to restaurants, grocery, and more. Just be mindful of parking between 7a-3p M-F. With the school and construction across the street, it was hard to find a spot if I left during these times. Would love to stay here again!
