Place was perfect for a weekend getaway. The stormy weather kept us out of the hot tub and using the fire pit etc. Very nice place we will definitely come back in future for a weekend getaway.

Is a great place to stay. This was our second stay in this location. It is seasonal decorated and just an overall great place to stay. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Great stay, small house just like description but our two boys slept on the air mattress with no problems. Walking distance to the lake and did a lot of kayaking and fishing which is just what our boys needed from their busy schedules. Dead end street made it more manageable as well.

Nice and spacious cabin. All of the bedrooms were nice sized and outfitted with comfortable beds. The kids loved the available games and puzzles as well as the chance to learn how to play pool. The movie room was their favorite part by far, and the available videos had something for everyone. The hot tub was a really nice way to unwind after our visits to the Land Between the Lakes National Forest. We would recommend that to anyone looking for something to do in the area.

My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend honeymoon. The location was so peaceful and relaxing and the backyard is the best. The cabin is even nicer in person and Terry is a great host. We were already discussing going back for our anniversary before we left. If you're looking for a secluded, peaceful, relaxing getaway, this is the place!

We loved staying here for our Thanksgiving vacation. The house was clean, nice and spacious. The location is rural but it was so quiet and peaceful. Jessica was great at communicating.

Great location, really nice cabin! Only feedback would be better written directions due to no service and unable to call for directions on the way.

We had a last minute change of plans as there was a mishap at another location….Cathy was more than accommodating and saved the day!!!

This was the perfect cabin for a quick little family get away! I loved the screened in porch and the way things were set up! If you plan on cooking I would bring your own spices or seasonings because there were limited options there.. (no biggie I normally bring my own anyways!) The cabin was clean and overall a great experience!

I rented the cabin for my elderly Mother who came to see me from Stone Mountain Ga and my mother said that her mattress was the best and the accommodations were great

This little place was amazing. There are breathtaking views from the cabin. the cabin is modern but also rustic, which we enjoyed. The kids loved sleeping in the loft. We rented a golf cart for our stay and the boys loved riding around on it. The boys enjoyed the community pool as well. Everybody is so laid-back and friendly. We rented a pontoon and a tube for one day and had a blast!!! We would highly recommend doing that if you have teenagers. Pagliai’s had delicious pizza and it’s only about 20 minutes away. There’s also a gas grill on the deck that works great. The place is stocked pretty well with basics for cooking. The Running Rooster antique/thrift shop is right next to/ behind the resort. It’s worth a visit, very friendly people and fun items to look at. We would definitely consider coming back again. We had a great time at Holiday Hills!

This is a beautiful place!! When you walk in, you say Wow!!! Very peaceful and private, with many places to walk or sit outside and enjoy the countryside. Front porch, back large deck, firepit complete with smores, or at the end of your own large dock out in the pond/lake outside your front door!!! The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well!! Would strongly recommend staying here! Thank you!

It was beautifully done…all instructions for tv and internet were readily available….great parking area…stores nearby for forgotten items…Gabrielle communicated quickly ….we had some severe weather and she reached out to let us know where the basement was…across the street…thankfully it was not needed…within an hour of our destination for family…felt right at home….thanks for sharing Heather and Chris

My family and I love staying at Round Pond Lodging-Eagle's Nest. It is the perfect location for us and everything we need is provided. Patty is an awesome host, makes you feel welcome and at home and is very responsive and accommidating. She even messaged us to make sure we were ok because she noticed we hadn't checked in and were running late. We will definitely be back. Great cabin, location and Host!

Loved the mini vacation with a family of 6. Fire pit out back with wood was very nice. Our teen Girls enjoyed riding bikes. Went to paris landing minutes away for a lil fishing. Place was nice and private enjoyed peacefulness and beautiful surroundings. Thank you again definitely would atay again.

Cozy re-done 1950’s a frame. Loved the design. We loved our stay and the great view from the huge screened in porch. Very Relaxing! The stairs to loft were steep as it’s an older home- only noting for people with littles. It was fine for my 10 + year old kids.

This gorgeous little gem was the perfect getaway for me and my kiddos to get away for a couple days. The house is like a treasure hunt of antiques and was well stocked for our needs. Will absolutely be back!

Very good location in relation to Paris landing. Plenty of places to eat close. The cabin was nice, clean and had everything we needed!

We had a wonderful time! When we arrived, there was a small problem with getting into the house, but the delay was my fault in not reading the instructions ahead of time. Ron was very responsive and corrected a small issue with the door code quickly. I value a host’s ability to correct issues as much as I value experiencing “the perfect stay.” Ron checked all the boxes there. 👍 The home was a perfect setup for our family, and everything was very clean. Having the interstate near the home was a minor detractor, but the proximity to boat ramps and the total cost of the rental more than made up for that. Overall, our experience was great, and Ron was an excellent host. We would recommend this rental to anyone in the future.

Lucas’s home at the lake was everything my family needed. The home is very spacious for our group, very well thought out, and very well taken care of. The Lakeview is beautiful and we didn’t feel the need at all to leave the house. Lucas was very responsive with any questions and the one time we accidentally locked ourselves out he immediately sent someone over. 10/10 recommend. We are already planning our next stay at one of his other rentals.
