they were wonderful in accommodating our last minute request and this is truly a little treasure on Lake Ontario. The lake is visible with an unobstructed view where we could have let days go by with the peace and tranquility that the home offered. We didn't take advantage of the outside firepit because it was winter (or at least winter-ish), but the fireplace inside made for cozy nights. There was plenty to do with the streaming services provided and a great place to call home for the few days that we were allowed. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

It was great! Not much feedback to give. Just note that there was no forks or irons so bring your own if you need them.

The attention to detail in the space made it feel like a home away from home. The cozy atmosphere, comfortable bed, big space, well-equipped kitchen exceeded my expectations. And Mark was incredibly welcoming, responsive, making my stay even better. I truly appreciated the little touches that made a big difference, looked like they hired an interior designer to decorate very thoughtful decor. The location was perfect. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Oakville ! Thank you, Mark for a fantastic stay.

The place was exactly as described,. It was very spacious with everything located on one floor. All introduction and following instructions were very well defined so we had no need to bother the host at any point in our stay. The location was ideal for our use, albeit the laneway is very steep ( as previously defined). We will definitely visit this location again and we both would highly recommend it to others.

I booked a surprise birthday getaway for my partner. We loved that we were able to bring our dogs to enjoy the property as much as we did. When we arrived the outside of the loft was so cute from the lights around the hottub to the wreath on the front door. Going in we definitely noticed that the floors were freezing but we were glad the hosts mentioned bringing slippers! The hosts were responsive, kind, and helpful. The loft was clean and ammentities were thought out.

An incredible stay at an unbeatable price! The property was clean, well-equipped, and far exceeded our expectations for the cost. The host was friendly and responsive, making the experience seamless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality accommodation without breaking the bank!

Perfect location - a block away from cafes and shops, and a short walk to a lovely trail overlooking the gorge. The flat was charming and we took advantage of the comfortable chairs in the back garden to enjoy our morning coffee. Thanks Grace and John for a lovely stay!

John was a great host from start to finish. Helped with confirming key pad and amenities. The loft apartment was eveything and really bright and airy. Fit all five of us and my dog comfortably. The shower pressure was amazing after a playful romp in the snow! The apartment was stocked with extra blankets for that cold person and the kitchen had everything we needed for our one night stay as we did not want to pack extras. If you are looking for a calming feeling and a quiet, outdoorsy spot - I would definetly recommend John's place!
