Lake Bomoseen : locations de vacances

We stayed here with a few other families with lots of young kids, and the space was great for all of us! Megan supplied extra pack and plays and high chairs, and with the already installed baby gates around the stairs, all of this made it more relaxing for the parents to let the babies wander and play without getting hurt. The older kids loved the race car beds and lofted beds with the climbing walls to get into the upper loft space - a really cool feature and where the kids played the most. We also used the movie theater room a lot and enjoyed the popcorn machine - a very nice perk!

We loved our stay at Great Maples and are already thinking about booking another trip. We shared the house with another young family, and it worked out great. Plenty of space, clean, and beautiful. Private and relaxing but also lots of fun activities in neighboring towns. It even had a playroom and lots of books and toys for our kids. We can’t wait to go back!

It was perfect for what we wanted! We were giving Grandma an 80th Hallmark Experience. A lot of what we did was in Woodstock and it was a noce 30 min ride to the town, but for us very convenient. We had a family of 14 and we played games in ythe main living room all together. The downstairs was perfect for our older kids to hang out in!

Beautiful area great amenity. Wish there was 1/2 bath downstairs. That was the only inconvenience.

Nicole was an excellent host and the place was wonderful to stay at. My kids loved the loft area and enjoyed the games and pool table. We were there during a snowstorm but the house was cozy to hide out in and the driveway was plowed multiple times. When that cleared we had some great food and fun exploring the area. Thanks for a great weekend!

This was a perfect home for us. There was plenty of common space and the kitchen was stocked with enough pots/pans and other cooking appliances to easily prep dinner for a large group (we had 14, but I could have cooked for 20 in that space). I'd highly recommend staying here!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Killington Getaways property near the Killington Ski Area, and it was an unforgettable experience. The combination of Vermont charm, modern amenities, and proximity to the slopes made for a perfect getaway. The highlight of the property was the cozy wood-burning fireplace, which provided a warm and inviting atmosphere after a day on the slopes. Relaxing by the fire with a cup of hot cocoa truly encapsulated the Vermont winter experience. Additionally, the indoor pool was a fantastic amenity. It was well-maintained and offered a refreshing way to unwind and soothe sore muscles. The pool area was clean and easily accessible, making it a favorite spot during our stay. The property’s location couldn’t have been better. Being just minutes away from the Killington Ski Area allowed us to maximize our time on the slopes.
