El departamento esta muy cerca del metro Ostia Centro. Cumple con todas las descripciones me permitió llegar muy rápido a los lugares más concurridos. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí de nuevo.

Fabrizio is an absolute gem and a gentleman of the highest order. We have stayed in many AirBNB’s, but he is one of the absolute best hosts we’ve ever had. I love this guy, and if I lived here, I would make it a point to have him over for Sunday dinner. He picked us up at the train station, took us to the location and gave us a tour. He took us to the port the next morning for our sailing. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with plenty of amenities for feeling right at home. The cobblestone streets and building styles gave a true old-world European feel. Local businesses are as you might expect in a port town, but are much less extortionist than many places. It’s quaint and warm and walkable. I loved this place, this host and this town. If it wasn’t 5000 miles away from us, we’d come here all the time. If there is a single drawback, it’s this: the apartment is right above multiple bars and restaurants. It was loud long into the night with raucous revelers drinking and dining.

Such a perfect space for our stay! Clean and pristine. Close to the beach and FCO and not too far from Rome. Ines was the best host - super clear instructions, friendly, hospitable, flexible and responsive.

This is an excellent Airbnb to stay at if you are flying out of FCO. We were there for one night and were sad it was only the one because the place is BEAUTIFUL! Everything was clean and ready for us, the host also had lots of helpful tips and gave clear instructions to us. Highly recommend!

Hermoso departamento! Camas cómodas y todo mu limpio. Un balcon grande y mucho sol, con una linda vista. Estuvimos pocas horas pero ideal para alojarse antes de un vuelo. We decided to stay here on our last night before flying out early the next day and it was perfect. The house was clean, spacious and Lucilla is so helpful. We spent the afternoon walking to the piers and enjoyed the sunset on the beach. She recommended wonderful restaurants where we had amazing seafood, there's also supermarkets conveniently located close by. She also helped us to arrange a taxi to the airport early in the morning. Would recommend if you are tired of all the crowds in Rome to wind down and have a peaceful time!

Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll und stylisch eingerichtet, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt gut geeignet bezüglich Ausstattung. Die Kommunikation klappte schnell und einfach.

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! We loved Silvia’s place. We had the greatest experience with all the little attentions, great views, sandy beach and walkable to train station. We would definitely return there.

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

Giorgia and her family saved the day a number of times during our visit. It started with me causing the elevator to temporarily jam, but she summoned help to get our luggage upstairs. I just needed to remember the inside doors AND the outside door of the elevator both need to be closed! Later in the week, the metro system closed early for weekend repairs and we were stuck in another stop where she guided us how to find a taxi very late in the evening. Her restaurant references were also spot-on! The apartment is impeccably clean and appears recently renovated. It was just perfect to wake up in the morning to see the view of the Mediterranean JUST AS THE PICTURE SHOWS! We really appreciate finding this wonderful home with a host whose personality matches the setting! It was a lovely stay. We really enjoyed it. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions and extremely helpful. They even gave us a ride to the cruise port which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! After a 3-week vacation around Italy, we wanted a quiet place to unwind for the last three days before our flight, and this apartment was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and, best of all, free from any unpleasant odors – it was refreshing to step into such a well-maintained and welcoming environment. It truly felt like home! The location is great, with the seashore right in front of the house and the port and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Despite its proximity to everything, the area is quiet and private, with a bakery and supermarkets conveniently nearby. Free parking is also available near the house. Communication with Stefano was excellent! He was very accommodating! Highly recommended!

Naoki hat außerdem eine hervorragende Gastfreundschaft gezeigt – wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt!

What can I say besides a wonderful stay with a wonderful host. Stefano was extremely kind and helpful before we got to the apartment, at our meeting with him at check in, during our stay and at check out. We wanted for nothing during our stay as we he apartment has everything we needed. The supermarket was walking distance and a nice bakery was nearby as well. Even in late October, the sea was awesome to jump into and the balcony and sunset were a plus. I would highly recommend this place and am looking forward to coming back again. Thank you Stefano!

I was looking for a last minute place for my family, and Beatrice was extremely accommodating and supportive. The place was exactly what they needed and they had an amazing experience.
