Our family of six stayed here visiting family over the Christmas holiday. We were very comfortable in the space, which provided plenty of room for all of us. It was even decorated for the holiday season, which was a nice and welcoming touch. The setting was peaceful and offered natural beauty, and yet we were a very short drive to local grocery stores and restaurants. James was very proactive and responsive in his communications, even over the holiday, which was much appreciated. We also enjoyed being close to Sam Houston Jones state park, which offered some nice and picturesque hikes. Highly recommended for a family spot.

If you’re looking for a place to get away that’s quiet and peaceful, this is the place to go. I will definitely be staying here again and recommend it to everyone

Great house with a very large amount of space for activities. The kitchens are fantastic for cooking for large groups. I would recommend Doc’s. Everything was perfect.

This house is perfect. Close to the casinos, the park across the street is perfect to have a morning run. Marie was super helpful, from restaurant recommendations to quickly coming by when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Hot tub was a nice touch. 10/10 Recommend.

Wonderful place right beside City Hall. A couple cute walkable restaurants but a car is needed for all other destinations. Very responsive host, great amenities, good water pressure, and very comfortable beds. Drive down to the Gulf is beautiful and only takes about 3 hours round trip.

This was the perfect place for us. we were next to everything. easy to get to where we needed to go. Mark was a great host. easy to talk to. The apartment was cozy and comfortable.

I adored staying here. The hosts have thought of everything! And they are super sweet about updating you about interesting things going on around town. My stay was excellent- I always felt safe, if I needed anything all I had to do was ask, and the cats are sweet as can be. This is a safe location, charming, well equipped place to stay. Definitely recommend- and will stay if I ever make another business venture this way.
