Me and my parents stayed here and it was a breeze! Super comfortable, we spent most of the trip at the airbnb and in the backyard which was so lovely!! We walked into the main street in Georgetown multiple times from the front door, super safe area too! the cutest little neighborhood. comfortable beds & couches and you can tell they out effort into making this place livable. The airbnb made this trip super special for me and my parents ❤️ we will talk about this place for years to come

Really awesome place. Private and cozy. Had really great communication with the owners. We had a small Thanksgiving celebration during our stay and everything was perfect. So I can definitely say that all the appliances work! Would recommend to anyone to stay here. Super clean. My French Bulldog stayed with us and the owners even included a doggie bed and a few toys. My dog gives this place 5 paws out of 5!

Overall it was a great stay. Laura was a wonderful host very responsive and kind. Like others said, it is dated and could definitely use some updates, but it was cozy. Kind of felt like grandma's house. But overall, it was a nice quiet stay close to everything

This home was perfect for us. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely consider renting it again.

We only stayed one night, but we had all things we needed! I will say the listing has a photo of single bunks in a room, which has now been turned into a single couch and TV room- so that made sleeping arrangements a little complicated with thinking there were 4 separate rooms for people to stay, but we made it work! We had cooler weather the day we stayed, but it would have been great to use the dock/stairs down to swim on a summer day had we had nicer weather. Lots of extras in the home- our daughter had a blast playing with the tub of toys she found!

We are so lucky we found this place available for the night. Such a cute home. The owner(s) are very responsive and very very helpful. Highly recommend this home.

Martin's place is exceptional. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable- perfect for our group. The location was close to the beach, restaurants, and Brookgreen Gardens. Martin was fantastic with his communication prior to our stay, as well as during. I'd highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to visit Pawley's Island. 11/10.

Jamie's place was above and beyond our expectations! It was such a comfortable and peaceful getaway. We spent lots of time by the pool and in the backyard. The sleeping accommodations were luxurious and a great place to rest our heads after a long day in the sun. The house was conveniently located to stores, restaurants, and the ocean! We would love to come stay again!

This house is beautiful! Large bedrooms, kitchen & master bath. Kitchen very well equipped, even for a holiday meal. I would definitely stay here again Allison & Bob were very friendly & helpful

Comfortable, peaceful place to stay! The condo was clean, and located on a lovely golf course looking over a pond. The area is quiet and felt very safe. It was clean, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and looked just like the pictures. Great location central to things at Pawleys Island. Would definitely stay again!

This is a great getaway spot if you’re looking for a hidden spot with privacy. The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. The property is gorgeous and the cabin was cozy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place near Myrtle but out of the craziness.

My family stayed at this house on our way down to Florida for Spring Break. We were extremely pleased with this rental. The house was beautiful and spacious, and everything looked and smelled so clean. We were actually wishing that we had more than just a quick stop over here so that we could enjoy this beautiful home. Although we didn't use the kitchen or other amenities, the house seemed very well stocked. Even the simple things, like snacks upon arrival and high-quality toiletries that were supplied, made this rental a great choice. I would definitelly rent here again if I needed to stay in the area. Lovely neighborhood, great home!

We have stay with Carlos numerous times. We love staying at his place, it is always well kept and clean. Great location in a great community. We will continue to come back for all of our stays at the Lake. Carlos goes above and beyond for his guest.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish! Ellen was incredibly responsive and truly attentive to our needs. The space was cozy, spotless, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. My family and I enjoyed quality time playing the card games provided in the loft, and the comfortable atmosphere allowed us to get plenty of rest before and after a long wrestling tournament. When it comes to pet-friendly accommodations, Ellen is unmatched—her hospitality sets the bar high. She’s definitely at the top of our list, and we can’t wait to stay again!

This home was clean, exactly as pictured, quiet at night, and easily accessible. Relana was communicative and great to work with for check-in and check-out; she even had snacks, water, and coffee waiting for us when we arrived. We will definitely be back and would recommend this property to any family (with or without children) and social or professional groups. There were plenty of comfortable beds and the stay exceeded our expectations.

This was a wonderful place to stay. My family and I had been displaced out of our house do to a accident and we need a long term place to stay close to our house. We had been put in a hotel which was very uncomfortable and had no kitchen. We had found Southern River's which was a blessing. They were able to let use have a early check in, so thankful for and when we arrived it was a wonderful feeling welcoming, homey, clean and perfect for my family and our 2 dogs. This was a perfect house and a awesome back yard with a privacy fence. We a had a couple of hiccups but they were so quick on getting them take care of. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to any of my family and friends. Thank you for everything!
