Amanda was a gem to work with. Always an immediate response. This adorable condo is so squeaky clean (I’m a stickler) and the beds and pillows were so comfortable! No back or neck aches 🙌🏻 Highly recommend and will rent again for sure ❤️

This place is so cozy and warm. Definitely homey feeling and convenient to go nearby - downtown and other cities. The local cafe and restaurants are also great! Amazing stay even during cloudy season.

Absolutely Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! This place is centrally located with so much to do nearby—truly the perfect spot! For the quality of the stay, the price was more than reasonable. The room had so many thoughtful touches: a super comfortable mattress, a well-designed kitchen area, and a clean, clutter-free layout. I especially loved the wireless charging built into the side tables and the peaceful atmosphere thanks to quiet neighbors. I’ve lived near this place for years and always thought it looked charming from the outside, but walking in completely blew me away. It’s even better than I expected—beautiful, functional, and right next to everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay in the one bedroom apartment at The Flats. Beautiful finishes everywhere and extremely clean. We packed so much lighter thanks to the washer and dryer and with an 11 month old; it was essential! The kitchen had pots and pans as needed and the living room was spacious. It’s close enough to walk to the harbor and shops and we took a boat cruise around the lake. The area felt very safe and the apartment could hold up to 4 people very comfortably. The host was also, always available if we needed anything.

This Airbnb and the host Wahed were wonderful! My grandchildren “Loved” the game room. The location is great, has everything you need and a beautiful view. We would definitely come back again. Thank you Wahed for being an outstanding host!!

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay at this lovely lake front home. Very beautiful property, so quiet and peaceful. Large, clean and spacious home. Loved the deck! Gorgeous sunrise views from the deck each morning while sipping our coffee.

Adorable house, very clean, and perfect lake views! Nice quiet neighborhood and it was nice having our own private beach and hot tub. Response time from the owners was quick as well

Everything about my experience renting Kellie’s home was great! She was very responsive to my questions and her home was absolutely perfect for my family who was visiting for my daughter’s wedding. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a place in the Hayden area!

My fiance and I stayed here for two months and had an absolute blast. Jen is so nice and gave us great recommendations for the area. We felt right at home and the house was extremely nice and updated. Just the right size for what we needed to work remotely. Movie theater upstairs was AWESOME. Didn’t think we’d use it that much but we were up there every night watching shows and films. We biked on the Route of Hiawatha, rented a boat on Coeur d’Alene lake, went and had Hudson’s hamburgers, saw the craziest fireworks show for 4th of July that we’d ever seen, drove 3 1/2 hours to Glacier National Park, hiked Tubbs Hill… the list goes on and on. One thing to mention is I wouldn’t come here with the intention of having a loud or rowdy group. The homes are close together and while we made great friends with the neighbors, most people living in this gated community are older so it wouldn’t be wise to do something like a bachelor party here, etc. Thanks again! What an amazing place to live.

The view is definitely the star of this stay. It was too cold for us to really explore the trail and such but I loved that you could see the river from almost every room. The house was comfortable and nice. The floor and pots and pans could have been a little cleaner but most of the place was clean. I really enjoyed the large bathtub!

This was a favorite Airbnb stay! Everything was exactly as advertised….and clean. Buddy was very responsive and quick to help with any questions. When we didn’t think to bring oil for the Blackstone, Buddy had Instacart deliver it to our door! What service! We planned to explore CDA since it was our first time up, but the dock, lake, and deck were so perfect that we never left our entire trip! It was very quiet and relaxing. The lake had so many Perch to catch. Thanks, Buddy, for creating the perfect vacation! We will certainly seek out some of your other homes in the future.

Thankful for a great stay! This stay was lovely and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet, and the area was filled with so much to do with the lake and different places to visit nearby. I truly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Camela's place. The condo was clean and bed was comfy. It was easy to walk to Sherman for dinner & breakfast, and it felt safe walking at night. The neighborhood was quiet and the condo had everything we needed. We'd stay here again!

This was a perfect place to stay while in town for the PNQ. Everything we needed was supplied. The Airbnb sits above a little outdoor shopping center, with a movie theater, restaurants and an ice cream shop plus more. We will definitely book this place again in the future!
