I wish I could give Monia’s home 10 stars. She’s the epitome of a super host, and her home, is just wow. Spacious, clean, well furnished, private, peaceful with gorgeous views. Monia’s home is one of the top airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The check-in process was flexible and seamless. In fact, she accommodated an early check in after having to leave another airbnb after an unfortunate situation. She had a basket of goodies waiting for us on the table and we immediately felt right at home. She went out of her way to make us a second bed, and get us more nespresso pods. She was also quick and so kind in her responses. We work from home, and the setting/ wifi was great. Although the pool was closed for the season, it was so nice to spend our mornings in the sun on the lounge chairs. I loved taking walks in the forest behind the house, and watching the sunset from the bench outside. I can’t recommend Monia’s home enough. We were sad to leave, and will definitely return back. Marta and Ingrid are great hosts, very helpful and responsive. The view from the property is stunning! We enjoyed our stay despite the weather not being on our side. Bellano was a little quiet for us so we drove to other places like como and bellagio. The train station in Bellano is very accessible, we took a train to Milan for the day. We will definitely be back to lake como soon :)

We had a wonderful stay. Michele and his family were so friendly and helpful. We took our dog, and Michele sister as a vet was able to provide the services needed for our return trip. Michele also offered a taxi service to help us get our car from the garage and my mum to the train station. We can’t thank him enough for making our stay go well. We were able to walk down to the lake edge, the local restaurant the Blue Shell was amazing and we loved going to the little local shop also in walking distance for supplies.

Schönes, sauberes und gemütliches Ferienhaus. Sehr schöner Garten zum Verweilen. Aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Danke.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Haus. Alles wie auf den Bildern , Pool war auch super , Grill war vorhanden , genug Platz zum parken. Andrea war sehr freundlich die Kommunikation war hervorragend und ansonsten sind wir auch sehe zufrieden gewesen .

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool is shared but we never met someone else. You can "hike" down to the lake, there is a nice footpath just behind the house. I would recommend booking this lovely place only if you have a car.

Wie viele schon geschrieben haben, ist der Blick com Haus auf den See einfach atemberaubend und das ist eher noch untertrieben. Die Wohnungen waren sauber und modern eingerichtet. Eine grosse Hilfe war der Treppenlift, den vor allem meine Eltern sehr zu schätzen wussten und der beim Transport des Gepäcks gerne in Anspruch genommen wurde. Einen herzlichen Dank an unseren Gastgeber Jeremias, mit dem die Kommunikation stets reibungslos, zeitnah und unkompliziert ablief. Alles in allem eine fantastische Location, die man ohne Vorbehalte bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen kann.

Fabio war ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar war und sich sehr gekümmert hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Our stay at Andrea’s place was absolutely fantastic! Every detail was so well thought out that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The self-check-in process was smooth and convenient, allowing us to arrive without any hassle. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It’s clear that Andrea’s truly cares about the comfort of their guests, and we deeply appreciate it. If you are looking for a cozy and worry-free stay, this is the perfect place. A great apartment to spend a holiday in. Outstanding view and general location. Apartment had all of the amenities that we required. Andrin was a great host and responsive at all times. The swimming pool was a huge advantage to all of us (3 generations of our family).

Très bon séjour à Turate, l’appartement de William était un peu plus grand que ce qu’on pensait, avec de l’espace pour ranger nos affaires. Le grand jardin est bien clôturé et il fut très pratique pour notre chienne. William est un super hôte très disponible et sympathique. On ne manquait de rien (merci pour les petites attentions) et l’appartement était très propre ! Des petits commerces sont à 5 minutes de marche et les supermarchés à 5 minutes en voiture. On peut se garer juste devant l’entrée de l’immeuble, c’est pratique.

Die Unterkunft kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich wir haben uns sehr gefreut wohl gefühlt. Marisas Mann ist ein sehr netter Mann und hat uns liebevoll empfangen. Wie würden wieder kommen.

Vorweg: wir waren hier Anfang Oktober bei wechselhaftem Wetter. Den schönen Außenbereich konnten wir zu dieser Jahreszeit nicht mehr nutzen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Alles funktioniert. Hell ist sie allerdings nur dann, wenn alle Lampen angeschaltet sind. Drinnen gemütlich sitzen ist etwas schwierig, da fehlt ein Sessel, ein kleines Tischlein. Aber das ist zu verschmerzen, wenn man die vielen kulinarischen Tipps der Gastgeber für Osterias und Bars umsetzt, denn dann ist man immer unterwegs. Das Auto steht in der Tiefgarage. Die Ausfahrt auf die Via Regina mit Blick auf den See ist eine Verheißung für den Tag. Unsere Gastgeber sind per Chat immer erreichbar und beantworten alle eventuellen Fragen sofort.

Wir waren ein Wochenende zu Gast und kommen ganz sicher bald wieder. Der Kontakt mit Fikrete war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und der Ausblick auf den See ist traumhaft. Im allgemeinen wirkt die Anlage sehr gepflegt und trotz vieler Wohneinheiten genießt man Ruhe auf dem Balkon. Das Auto kann man auf dem Hof abstellen, welcher dich ein Tor gesichert ist. Ein Pool rundet alles ab und natürlich der direkte Zugang zum See . Bissone liegt etwas außerhalb von Lugano, sehr schön ruhig mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten zum spazieren. Lugano ist aber sehr schnell mit dem Bus oder dem Auto erreichbar. Lugano besticht mit seiner Promenade und den zahlreichen Cafés und Restaurants. Für Wanderfreunde gibt es auch viele Möglichkeiten. Für uns war es bei Fikrete perfekt, von allem genug vorhanden, blitzsauber und praktisch/ freundlich eingerichtet. Vielen Dank nochmal und bis bald Familie Pfeiffer

Énorme coup de coeur pour le condo d'Alessio. Niché à flanc de montagne, avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la ville et le lac. Le vue du coucher de soleil sur le balcon nous a complètement charmés. La communication avec Alessio était excellente. Condo luxueux, super propre et très bien équipé. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

It was a great stay with a beautiful view of the lake! Location was more remote than we thought but the host was very accommodating!

Die Villa ist einfach traumhaft und ist super zentral gelegen. Verbania ist eine sehr schöne Gegend mit tollen Restaurants und Cafés. Wir haben die Villa sehr sauber erhalten und die Ausstattung war nahezu perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Northitaly Villas war sehr angenehm. Sie waren jederzeit zur erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans la maison, qui est très agréable. La piscine est un vrai plus pour les journées chaudes et les enfants qui en ont bien profité. La maison est très agréable, bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Elle est située dans une zone résidentielle agréable et calme, entourée de montagnes et de forêts. A proximité de la maison, il y a une pizzeria et un restaurant, ainsi qu'un bar. La pizzeria est simple et bonne, le restaurant propose des plats typiques de la région - dans les 2 cas il faut réserver en aout. Pour les commerces, il faut prendre la voiture et aller au centre de Colico ou à l'hypermarché plus loin (10 min). La boucherie de Colico est très bien, et il y a un primeur en face. La plage accessible a pied est très jolie et naturelle. Enfin, il est possible de prendre le train juste à côté de la maison pour visiter Varenna et les autres villages et c'est sans doute le moyen le plus pratique !

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Ein Häuschen mit sehr viel Privatsphäre und einem einmaligen Ausblick zu jeder Tageszeit. Herrliche Morgensonne zum Frühstück und angenehme Schattenplätze am Nachmittag. Der Pool ist eine wahre Bereicherung an heissen Tagen und wir haben diesen täglich benutzt. Da die Schlafzimmer im unteren Geschoss sind, waren diese auch im Hochsommer angenehm kühl! Einzig die vielen Mücken stören den Schlaf, unbedingt guten Mückenspray einpacken. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Super Lage mit toller Aussicht, allerdings parkt das Auto ca. 150m von Haus entfernt. Wer gern kocht findet eine etwas zu kleine Küche. Wellness und Erholung ist super genial mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick.
