Comfortable condo within 20 minutes of the wedding venue. Walkable to a great playground. Peaceful patio next to the water.

Place was bigger than expected. Great location with quiet neighbors. Host was very responsive during our stay and friendly. We had a great time and would recommend this place in the Woodlands. Make sure to bring your own coffee, salt/pepper, shampoo, etc. but the place was clean, quiet and convenient.

My family and I needed a place to stay for an extended period of time. We loved staying up at Lake Conroe in this Airbnb. It was beautiful. The condo is right on the lake with beautiful views. We could see boats, kayakers, golfers, pool and one weekend we saw a beautiful wedding take place. Everybody was so very nice. The neighbors, people at the pools, people walking their dogs and security were all so very nice and helpful. We felt very safe and we loved having a gated community, manned by security 24/7. Terri was fabulous and very helpful to us. Terri is very organized (which made our time stress free and easy to manage) and she gave us lots of suggestions of lots of places to take the kids for fun. The area has so much to do, you’ll never be bored. My kids and I loved every minute of it. I would recommend this Airbnb to anybody and I will definitely return. Thank you so much for making our extended-stay a fabulous experience. We have wonderful memories to show for it! Thank you!!!

This was a great pet friendly accommodation. We booked very last minute and Cherie was super accommodating and communicative the entire stay! She was very open about the condition of the condo in her details and in her communication through booking and the stay. I can’t wait to stay again. It was nice for the two of us. The area is full of attractions on the water and off. Plenty of restaurants and so close to Houston it was in a convenient location. There are several pool options to choose from. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our dinner and the place was decorated nicely. The bed is super soft. It felt cozy but I needed a little more firmness due to sciatica but since I was only there two nights it was really no trouble.

Timothy was friendly and responded immediately to inquiries. The house was cozy and had fast WiFi.

You are close enough yet far enough away to have the relaxation we needed!! Such beautiful accommodations, peaceful and stunning views! ABSOLUTELY recommend!!

We were attending a wedding for the weekend and are so happy we found this beautiful townhome. It was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the lake. The host Steve had snacks and coffee pods available and made sure our late check in went well. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great stay! Relaxing weekend with the family. Very secure and peaceful. Would recommend taking your own toiletries and running by the grocery store before driving in for your stay.

We had a great Thanksgiving 2024 at this place! The open kitchen w/granite counters was amazing to cook in and the view of the lake/sunset from the large sliding doors was beautiful. The property had everything that we needed and then some. The master bedroom and bathroom will be a dream of mine forever. Although it is a townhome, we did not hear a peep from the neighbors. Charise was great - thanks for a great holiday!

If you need a relaxing place on the lake to take a break and enjoy time with family. This is the spot.

We so enjoyed our stay at this condo - very roomy inside with a great family vibe! Huge kitchen and patio with an awesome and peaceful view! We didn’t see one other person while we were there. Also, very stocked with extras and very clean! Highly recommend!

Where do I begin.... this place was everything I wanted and needed. It was really nice and spacious. Little things were left as a convenience and in case you forgot, which made it feel more "at home". The host were great and I can't wait to book my next family adventure. I fell in love with this home and you will too!

I’ve come to this area quite a bit recently and stayed in April Sounds each time. I would say this is the best place so far. The back has a direct view to the lake. The insides were clean and great. The upstairs common area has two desks all setup for workstations with monitors and cables and webcams. Really easy to work remote. The linens were clean, bathrooms were clean and felt really nice and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place.

Michelle is a wonderful host. We stayed at the home for 6 weeks and fully utilized the space. Michelle was always responsive throughout the process. It was nice to be able to park outside the front door. First level made moving in and out very easy.
