My family was looking for a quiet weekend getaway and this lake house was the perfect place for us! The lake views from the living room were spectacular. The house was charming and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more! The peacocks roamed the yard throughout the day and were a pleasant sight to see. The dock was enjoyed by the whole family! We watched beautiful sunsets. My sons used the kayak. We fished for crappie and caught a few! We brought our small fishing boat and cruised around Lake Harris. We made our way to the famous Dora Canal. The boat launch is minutes away from the house. We walked to the delicious bakery a mile away for morning coffee and pastries. The host was so helpful and available to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay at this charming and serene lake house!

Stephen was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and flexible as possible. He was proactive in letting us know that the check-in time was available sooner than listed. His keyless entry made it very easy to access his house and made it easy for all in my party to come and go as they pleased. His house was very clean and you could tell that as soon as you walked in the door. Everything worked well, his AC system provided arctic level cooling, his pool and hot tube was ready for use, his screened in game room was fun and actually stayed cool throughout the day, his outside gathering areas had plenty of seating, and his dock provided plenty of room to fish. This location on the canal was beautiful and easily accessible to St John's River. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone who wants a cool place to stay, relax and have fun. This was our second stay at this very special Oasis. Our lodging was spotless and Comfortable , had everything Including laundry and we paid the extra for The sweet heated pool, jacuzzi and hot tub Very pretty and peaceful, we will Definitely return! We had a delicious meal at nearby Soco restaurant and walked around Thornton Park neighborhood which was sweet and had a loc crafts fair We go To a lot of Airbnbs and this one was right up there among the top. A very special place. You will be happy if you book it!

Omar & Angie are the sweetest couple. They were so responsive & accommodating. They have invested so much work into making their Airbnb a magical experience and every detail reveals more and more how much heart & dedication they have put into their family business. My (now) husband & I were in complete awe with the atmosphere. It was so easy and fast to set up for our small wedding, as the place is already picture perfect as is, and all 17 of our guest & our photographer fell in love with the place and mentioned several times how it didn’t even feel like we were still in Florida. Truly breath taking and we couldn’t have been more happy with the place or the hosts. We interacted several times with Omar in person and he always came off as a very hard working, genuine, and kind host. We want to book again in the future for our anniversary! Everything was literally perfect.

This charming 1927 era home is serving cottage core ruffles and the flowery porcelain teacups of your dreams. We were transported back to another era when we walked inside, in a good way. Nostalgia with air conditioning! It was a short drive to bustling downtown Mt. Dora/Tevares. The house was comfortable and quiet. We especially appreciated the gated, fenced in yard so we could include our dog. It was really nice to have a quiet place to come back to after being in downtown with some of the weekend crowds. It was very easy to load in and out from the driveway/off-street parking. There are large live oaks in the backyard with lots of shade. Lake County is very dog friendly and there are many local restaurants that have outdoor seating so you can bring your well-behaved pup. There was also a neighborhood green space (no playground) just around the corner from the house. The grocery store was an eight-minute drive. A relaxing local getaway from our perspective.

We spent three months in Mount Dora and the Jackie’s house became our home away from home. Everything we needed to settle in was provided and if I missed anything, Jackie was more than generous in providing it. All the appliances were ideal, the beds were so comfortable and there was even a piano where my husband sat every night and practiced. The location could not have been better. The house is on a one way street and the closed lane is reserved for bikes and walkers. It’s a short walk to pickleball courts, downtown shopping , restaurants and lakefront. From the front, the house appears small but once you enter its larger than it looks. The fire pit, the lawn chairs, the outside decorations and lighting all add to the charm of this very special home.

Absolutely beautiful view of the lake. House is super cute and immersed us in the lake living vibe. Neighbors were very nice and helpful. Super relaxing weekend!! Big thanks to the host, April, for being so hospitable:)

I stayed for a month with my two dogs after coming to Mount Dora to celebrate my Mom’s 90th birthday. The backyard is perfect for pets - fully fenced with a 6-ft privacy fence. The firepit and screened in patio are fabulous! The home itself is cozy, clean, and well-appointed. When I checked in, I was a bit concerned about noise and safety since there is a single level apartment complex right next door. With the exception of festive music played on weekend nights, my concerns were unfounded. An easy walk to downtown was the icing on the cake - highly recommended.

Cute cottage, nice location , beach and dock on Lake Weir. Just right for our visit to Ocala relatives.

Great place to stay with boat parking. Less than 5 minutes from multiple boat ramps on Harris Chain of lakes. House was clean and neat. Will definitely book again. Hunter was very clear with instructions and information as well as responsive when I messaged him.

The Cozy Cottage was the PERFECT stay for my trip to Ocala. The property was beautiful, super cozy, cabin vibes, super close to nearby hikes, springs, bars, and restaurants. I really enjoyed walking around the property and looking at the beautiful trees, birds, butterflies, and the very friendly outdoor cats, Smokey and Panther. There was a cozy fire pit with lots of chairs to relax in after a fun day of hiking. The house (again, super cozy) was great and packed with coffee, snacks, comfortable beds, cold AC, a brand new TV and sound system. I don’t normally take time to write reviews but I really really enjoyed this home. I can’t emphasize enough the coziness. I felt right at home. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area. I highly recommend the Cozy Cottage for your stay!

We loved our stay at Jill's place in Winter Garden! The location was perfect as it was right on the bike path and walkable to downtown!

We stayed there for a month. We had a great time there. It was very quiet and we loved the screened in porch and had a nice time relaxing.. My husband got to fish from the dock. Lauren was very helpful with a few details that we were not able to figure out, like the TV and finding a few things in the house. But she responded very quickly with any questions that I had.

Awesome hosts. Always answered questions quickly. Place was very clean and just as pictures showed. Walk in closet was awesome for a week long visit of clothes and not having to live out of the suitcase!

This cabin is just adorable! Perfect location for a quiet weekend getaway. Between the beach, porch, kayaks, and fire pit there is plenty for the entire family. Getting there is a little off the beaten path and I’m glad the way in was mentioned by our host before our arrival. It relieved the stress of thinking we were in the wrong place! House was very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again!!

We were in Clermont for a week for the Spring games for my daughter’s softball team. It was a nice place to stay . The village itself is a bit dated but quiet and in a great location close to the games , grocery store, shopping and restaurants . We cooked most of the time and the kitchen was stocked very well with all items needed to cook a meal . Mary is a great hostess and answered our questions promptly. Highly recommended.

First, the home is exactly as described in the photos, and when you get there, the house is absolutely more fantastic than we imagined. If you like original and beautiful art, you are in for a treat. The Fisherman's Cottage is filled with incredible pieces of sea-themed art, from metal fish to whales to seahorses to fish themed rubber sandals for guests. You just have to go there to experience the creative spirit that lives in the home. The cottage was immaculate, and Liz and Lee had everything you could possible need, including snacks. They were attentive and excellent communicators. It's a short walk to the quaint, beautiful town of Mt. Dora and a short walk to the lake. It's a must-have experience.
