Debra was a great host. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anybody traveling through the area.

I was a long-term resident (over one month) and Aaron and Kevin were just great. I had just moved from New England and actually arrived a day earlier than expected. They were able to facilitate an early move in and a later move out. They were great communicators. Always keeping me in the loop of things happening. It’s a great, private space where you can unwind. The neighborhood is walking distance from restaurants. Overall it was a great experience and I can’t suggest them enough! Definitely my go to if you’re staying in downtown!

The place was exactly as described. Excellent location for theme parks (both Disney and Universal), for Malls, For Outlets, even for Walmart. Definitely I’ll stay again if I come back to Orlando any time.

I have stayed at many locations through the years and this place is one of the couple I WILL book again for my next trip in a couple months. Friendly, easy location, close to Disney with back road time-saving shortcuts. I highly recommend this friendly and beautiful location. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Olga had messaged us before checkin with clear instructions and pictures of where to go which was great. I was able to check in early if I want to as well which was nice. The place is as pictured and everything there was pristine clean. The place was quite and peaceful. I loved the decor it felt very homely. I really appreciated the extra towels and wall plugs which is very considerate. They also had a notebook with previous visitor experiences which I thought was a nice . However, the bed felt a bit uncomfortable through the nice. I wish there was some creamer for coffee in the morning. This airbnb has been one of the best places I have been so far. Good details into thinking of what visitors would need. I would definitely come again and recommend.

Elizabeth was friendly, responsive and very welcoming. She accommodated our late arrival and greeted us with warmth late in the evening and still showed us around. There's also a lovely park at the end of the street and the main street is about 10 mins away with lots of shops and chain restaurants. Elizabeth's place is budget friendly and perfect for people like me who needed a comfortable bed, spotless bathroom and quiet surroundings. I left early every morning to conduct business so the place was perfect for what I needed it for!

Homer & Rose's place was absolutely perfect for me while I was in town working. It was peaceful, which allowed me to keep my concentration on my work without any loud distractions. I l♡ved the kitchen with all it's amenities, allowing me to be able to make a few dinners there rather than spending money out every evening. The bed was comfy as well and very spacious for just me. I wish I had more time to take walks around the area as I used to live here and the surrounding streets are just darling for a morning or afternoon stroll. The location also is well suited, close to downtown without being right in the center, and for those that have time there are many shops and restaurants to explore close by. Besides being close to hopping in the Expressway for those coming to see the Mouse in the Castle made of fairy tales. I had the opportunity to chat with them both a few times, and found that they werw such a kind and adorable couple. I would definitely stay here again ♡

To me the most important quality of a good host is prompt communications. You cannot get more prompt than with Markus. We had some questions when we got there and another couple a day later and all were answered within minutes. Excellent. The place was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Could not ask for more. If we make it back to Leesburg next year, we would gladly stay here again.

It was a great place to call “home” while we were waiting for our new home to close!

Miles place was great for a weekend away with my wife! Lots to do around the mills area, we walked to bars and restaurants easily! Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

Host genuinely wants his guests to enjoy themselves. The property was exactly what we needed for this trip. Host is a super friendly, very nice guy. Very welcoming. Courtyard/pool area is beautiful. Bed was especially comfortable and the linens were nice and soft.

I was in Orlando for a literature conference, and this airBnB was perfect for me. The area is a quiet and peaceful suburb of Orlando but right near the main roads for easy travel. I spent most of my time away at the conference, but what time I did spend in the airBnB was relaxing.

I have to describe my stay and be home with family, because we were treated like family. THANKS STEVEN AND FAMILY

Our stay was very good. The place is well located, with clear instructions for access and a peaceful environment with no noise at night. Everything matched the photos accurately. The only thing that could be improved is the kitchen equipment, as the pans and cooking pots are quite worn and damage. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

LOVE THE PLACE! The living room has a vintage, aesthetic, and orlando vibe. The bathroom is spacious. Host Vivian is very very friendly and responsive! A great location too, near downtown, and many top rated food options around the area (within 20min walks)

Leann was always quick to respond and accommodated our early check-in for our friend’s wedding. 10/10 recommend!!

Had an enjoyable time. We’re cyclists and the bike path is behind the house so we had easy access. The house is very clean and bright. The floors are gleaming. The living space is in the front of the house- the owner lives in back. There is a nice view. It is an easy, short drive to restaurants and stores. Chuck is very responsive. He went out of his way to make our vacation enjoyable. We would stay there again. Note: as he mentioned, there is no stove- just a hot plate. We highly recommend Chuck’s house.

This rental was spotless and I appreciated the attention to detail regarding cleanliness. The comfortable furnishings made it feel like a home away from home. Getting to the property was a breeze, which made traveling so much less stressful. The peaceful atmosphere allowed for a truly relaxing stay. I loved the location, very peaceful, private and clean, the accommodations where just what was needed. Everyone was comfortable. The snacks were a delight. this will be my first option when I return.

We had a great stay! Host was super quick to reply and even offered to take our Instacart order in for us as it was going to arrive before our flight - and quick to drop off some laundry detergent when requested. Loved the pool - great for the two of us to enjoy the warm weather and cool down. Very private and quiet, had no issues during stay. Washer and dryer were an asset to clean our towels - the air fryer was great as well! Thank you so much!
