Big, cozy, and ate so well! 1. You can walk 3 minutes to a handful of 4 and a half star restaurants. I tricked my bro coworkers into eating Indian and it was such a great restaurant that they even liked it. So many bowls of ramen as well! 2. Lori was an amazing host. Our work trucks didn’t fit in the garage so she helped us figure out the best parking. Really responsive. Good food and drink recommendations. 3. The photos make the place look great, but it’s even bigger than it seems. Beds were cozy, water hot, and really comfy. The mud room coming in from the garage was a really nice touch in winter. Would love to stay again.

Absolutely Loved our stay!! There aren't enough good things to say about the view, location & beautiful house. So fun! There's a pool table, air hockey & 2 free standing video games. Spent every sunset in the Lakeview room😍 Just gorgeous beyond words! Did i mention the Bald Eagle that hangs out in the tree right outside the Lakeview bedroom? Incredible! the lake doesn't freeze over in one spot in front of the lakeview window, saw all the big birds of prey hunt. It was definitely wildlife at its finest. The owners are Very responsive & told us to be on the look out for the eagle! Fantastic time! Loved Loved Loved it & already reserved for our Wedding weekend❤️

This was my second time staying at Alyssa‘s house, and it was just as wonderful as the first time! The house is clean, cozy, and comfortable! I slept really well. :) Alyssa is exceptionally organized— it’s so easy to find whatever you’re looking for in the kitchen! And her communication is top-notch. Not only is the house great, but the area is as well! The walking path across the street is a dream, especially if you have dogs! Absolutely beautiful surroundings. Thank you again, Alyssa for a super stay!

Guillermo was a super host, always very responsive when it came to text and emails, went out of the way to make us feel at home, would highly recommend this place and host!

Had a wonderful stay! Peter’s place is nicely appointed and cozy. There is so much natural light that comes in, the outdoor deck was great. I enjoyed the lake view from the picture window in the living room. The master bedroom had a Sharper Image noise machine with 12 different settings- nice touch. Bonus to have the convenience of the coffee shop downstairs and the drinks + staff just added to the experience.

Dennis is a great host and quick to respond when I needed help getting inside. The location is quiet, affordable, and enjoyable with plenty of amenities and things to do. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this waterfront property on Fox Lake with our three dogs. The home offers direct access to the lake, providing a serene and picturesque setting for a relaxing getaway. The house comfortably accommodated our group, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The interior was clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. Our dogs enjoyed the spacious yard and the proximity to the lake. The neighborhood was peaceful, making it ideal for morning walks with our pets. Additionally, the property's location provided convenient access to local attractions and dining options in Fox Lake. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring our check-in process was smooth and that we had everything we needed throughout.

This place is absolutely beautiful! The pictures really don’t do it justice. It’s in a nice and peaceful area. House was very clean and the “How to” book was very helpful. Nancy was very responsive and even accommodated my group to allow early check-in. If there is one thing I would point out is the hot water temp. It’s very very hot to the point where it stings, so please be careful not to burn yourselves. On the other hand, the water never gets cold when taking a hot shower lol. I highly recommend booking!

Vicki is an amazing hostess. Very sweet and friendly. Her place is my all time favorite. I love that I can count on a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment.

Really enjoyed my stay. Loved the hand soap and lotion. Lots of little extras. Bed was very comfortable. Ariel was a great host! Would like to go back.

A great location of you have a loved one graduating from The Great Lakes. Easy access to the base and a charming area to stay.

The apartment had everything we needed. It was walkable to restaurants, had everything we needed to cook, had a very thorough binder with local suggestions. The apartment was cute and comfortable. Two things stood out to me that are very important when I stay at an air Bnb - it didn’t smell like fragrances or chemicals and the beds (and couch) were comfortable. After checking out I thought I had left something in the apartment and sharon was very responsive and helpful.

Our family had a very nice experience at this location. The host was very accommodating to our early check-in and provided adequate instructions. Would highly recommend.

This space might be too small! We had a wonderful time and the place was within 20-30 minutes of wherever we needed to go. The greetings from day 1 to the Navy graduate compliments to Valentine’s wishes to the final exit greetings were just so touching. The feel of structure (floors, radiators, cozy and comfort fit.) Those radiators took me back to days of yesterday living in a rural part of Maryland before modern day amenities took over. My grandsons (25, 13) would’ve preferred just hanging out there but they succumbed to hanging with the sister who was the graduate. If she was scheduled to leave on Monday we definitely would seized the offer to Stan an additional night. 5 Stars!
