We arrived at the house in sub zero temperatures and were very happy to be inside the house with the wonderful radiant heated floors. Warm and cozy! Comfortable beds and warm blankets made for restful nights. The view of the bay is beautiful. Moon rising over the horizon reflected on the ice . We heard Great Horned Owls hooting in the distance. Next visit we hope to come in the summer or fall to walk around more and see the lake. Thanks again!

Nice and quiet. It is so nice to find a place that caters to families with pets. We were able to see deer right out the window.

The cabin was such a beautiful relaxing place! We utilized the fireplace a lot. It was close to the areas we wanted to hike and not far of a drive to the other places we wanted to visit. My favorite part was that we were able to bring our furchildren along and the little extras that were there for them as well ! We will for sure be back ! Thanks Erin for being a wonderful host and for letting us enjoy your beautiful cabin !

It was a nice stay in this place with friends and families. The place is quiet, peaceful with a beautiful lake view. We stayed for one night; cooking for dinner was convenient, all the beds were clean and comfy.

Jessica (lodge manager on-site) was extremely friendly, down-to-earth, and helpful. Absolutely stunning area of northern MN--right on the lake with canoes to use, a sauna, and bonfire pit, all for guests. Really cute lodge with lots of twinkly lights and very clean. The rooms are very basic/provide the essentials, but this place is really best served for your time outdoors.

Beautiful spot that felt secluded but easy to get to. Property felt cozy and very dog friendly. Our pup had a great time and we felt comfortable enough to give her some off leash time. Can’t wait to go back!

The beautiful view of the lake was one of the main reasons we chose this property and it did not disappoint! It is a wonderful location being a short drive into Two Harbors and the many parks for hiking. We had plenty of space for our group of 5 and enjoyed the trails, hot tub, pickleball courts and fire pit areas on the property grounds. Steve is very good about providing all the information you need!

We decided on a trip up north for our mid-March 'Spring Vacation' with our college boys. This location was a beautiful, peaceful getaway for our family, along with our dog! With the view of Lake Superior, the cozy fireplaces, the in-home hot tubs, along with the community pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub; we really didn't need to venture out at all. However, we did do a hike at Gooseberry Falls and further up the road at Split Rock lighthouse and a day-trip back to Duluth. To end the day in the community hot-tub under the stars was a treat for us all! The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary pots, pans, and appliances to make a few meals, and I can't forget to mention the comfortable beds and the super soft towels! It felt good to be spoiled a bit and the crisp fresh air on the deck was a cherry on top! Thank you for sharing this gem with us!

We were so happy that we were able to book this place last minute. We loved the location....not too close to town but not too far. We were able to walk everywhere. The unit was exactly as described and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the book of recommendations. We hiked a few trails listed and went to a couple apple orchards and winery. We will definitely be back with our family next summer/fall

This was the perfect place to land at the end of a day of adventures. Comfortable beds and a quiet place to rest and enjoy the area.

We’re in love with Bayfield! We have stayed at the Boatyard condos before. It was obvious that this condo was being renovated. Updated pictures or a mention would have been appreciated. We had no hot water initially, but a text to Erin immediately sent someone to solve that issue. The location is ideal including watching folks take a cold plunge on New Year’s Day! We’ll return soon.

The condo was very clean and the location was perfect. Beautiful deck to look out at the lake and relax. Very convenient to everything...we parked our car and it never moved until checkout. Matthew was very accommodating

We had a great stay. Plenty of space for us as a couple. Kitchen was well-furnished with all manner of kitchen implements. Plenty of dishes and cups/glasses.

Could not ask for a better place on the water.

Erin’s place was conveniently located downtown Bayfield. We enjoyed our stay during Apple fest weekend and especially appreciated being walking distance to all the festivities. It had a wonderful view of the lake. The space was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Overall, had a very good stay. The location was lovely (very easy to walk to anything in town) and the place was tidy. There was a hiccup with no sheets in the unit for the sofa bed - Erin responded and made sure they were brought over the next day. Nice place to spend the weekend!
