This place was awesome! The hosts were very responsive and prompt to answer questions and accommodated us last minute. The views of the lake are amazing and the sandy beach was so relaxing. This place is serine! This place has everything you need for amenities. Close proximity to everything and Bayfield was about a 5 min drive. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit! We will definitely be back.

Spring break trip with three teenagers - enough space for all to sleep soundly and not bug each other. Beautiful living room/dining room area that made meal time together easy and fun - used the grill each night to make dinner. GORGEOUS views of Lake Superior. Absolutely loved the huge hot tub - sat in it outside to extend our time in the fresh air well into the evening despite colder weather. Enjoyed the coffee! Labels on amenities were very helpful. Check in/out a piece of cake, everything very clean.

My family and I were very happy with: the location, the great water view from the balcony, the attached bookstore (a must visit), everything you need in Bayfield being within walking distance (including the ferries to the Apostle Islands & the Saturday morning farmer's market), the long list of amenities in the apartment, the cleanliness of the apartment, easily accessible parking spaces, and the quick and thorough responses from the hosts. Some patrons at the bar next door were laughing & having fun a little loudly outside on Friday night when we were going to bed, but the sound machines that were available in each of the bedrooms easily took care of it for us. (Saturday night, the patrons were quiet, but we still enjoyed using the sound machines.) We needed help with the airbed and the hosts took care of it promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

Pearl and Jim are great hosts, very easygoing and always helpful. The apartment is the lower unit, exactly as described. From the great window in the main room to the wonderful deck, large bathroom, comfortable bedroom with plenty of closet and drawer space, everything worked well. The garden and lawn that lead down to a small private beach are beautifully landscaped. The apartment was spotless and comfortable.

The location was perfect for our trip and the space provided everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive, helpful, and provided great information about our stay. I highly recommend - the view from the place and surrounding area were breathtaking! It was a great place for our kids too, they loved the bunkroom and the pool. The outdoor hot tub area was a big hit as well. It was a beautiful place and we felt right at home!

We had a large group in town to visit family, and this space was perfect for our stay. The main level, a former bar and restaurant, provided plenty of room to relax and catch up. All the bedrooms are upstairs, and the beds were comfortable. While there’s only one small walk-in shower, it worked just fine for our needs. The place was clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Spacious bedrooms! Very comfortable home in the woods. It's remote so it makes for a great get away from the congestion of a city. And it's modern so you won't miss any of the comforts of home. Make your menu, bring your groceries and take some time to cook, connect and relax.

This was - hands down - one of the most beautiful locations we’ve ever stayed at. We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous, huge home! Husband and I stayed with our three young adult sons, and there was so much room! The windows in the living room are incredible, and the view is hard to beat. You can go right down to the water on the property, and the sound of the waves was so peaceful. House was easy to find and very clean. There were plenty of dishes, cookware, and silverware. Love the washer and dryer right by the kitchen. Directions on how to get in and what to do before leaving were clear, and there were helpful notes all over the house. We definitely recommend the home, and we'll likely be back for a summer trip.

Three of us had a wonderful wintery stay in early February. The house was great--cozy and comfortable with an incredibly well stocked kitchen and an epic bathtub! We took advantage of the gorgeous private sauna every single day and even had a bonfire one night at dust. The proximity to Lake Superior is another plus--as soon as you step outside the house you can hear the waves from the shore! Deidra was a wonderful host. She provided so many recommendations for the North Shore and even offered an early check in since the house was not occupied the night before our arrival. The snacks, welcome note and local gifts (wine, cider, maple syrup and pancake mix) made us feel welcome and appreciated. We hope to stay again in the summer when we can spend even more time outside enjoying the lake.

Joan and Don’s place was beautiful and they were very responsive. Don built much of the place by hand which is impressive! We enjoyed seeing faint northern lights, playing board games at the big table, cooking in the chefs kitchen, and baking in the sauna by the lake. For a remote winter getaway with a large group, this is the place.

We had a wonderful stay in Monica’s lake front home! Pre-arrival communication was so helpful for an easy check-in. The house was spotless, spacious, bed comfortable, good shower, views spectacular! We enjoyed playing the piano and spinning vinyl - an added bonus! The changing leaves were at their peak in northern WI during our stay. Bayfield is a charming town with the nicest people! Thanks for a fabulous stay!

We had a great time celebrating an 80th birthday party at Eileen's home. This property is right on the water, which is very appealing. The Bay is peaceful and serene. We would bring our kayaks along if we stay again (boat landing near by). The steps to get to the water were a bit difficult for our older family members to navigate. We loved the flat greenspace for playing outdoor games. Handy to have on site laundry and open concept kitchen/ dining/ living room. The loft area is open to the kitchen, so not the best area for light sleepers or late rizers:) Loved our time there, it's a special place!!

We’re in love with Bayfield! We have stayed at the Boatyard condos before. It was obvious that this condo was being renovated. Updated pictures or a mention would have been appreciated. We had no hot water initially, but a text to Erin immediately sent someone to solve that issue. The location is ideal including watching folks take a cold plunge on New Year’s Day! We’ll return soon.

Great spot, right in the middle of the downtown Bayfield Main Street area. Very walkable and easy to find. Perfect for a family of four.

Michelle was fantastic, and you can’t beat the view from her condo! Large windows look over Lake Superior and the wood burning fire place really makes it the perfect place to snuggle up on the couch. Two Harbors has lots of little restaurants and shops, and the lighthouse and water break are a must. All around perfect experience with no complaints at all

The condo was very clean and the location was perfect. Beautiful deck to look out at the lake and relax. Very convenient to everything...we parked our car and it never moved until checkout. Matthew was very accommodating

We had a great stay. Plenty of space for us as a couple. Kitchen was well-furnished with all manner of kitchen implements. Plenty of dishes and cups/glasses.

Could not ask for a better place on the water.

Erin’s place was conveniently located downtown Bayfield. We enjoyed our stay during Apple fest weekend and especially appreciated being walking distance to all the festivities. It had a wonderful view of the lake. The space was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Josh is a 5 star host and provides easy communication and a super Airbnb. We really love the condo, it has a comfortable atmosphere and great layout. It’s quiet and relaxing. The location is perfect for us. There is easy access to drive north or south for outdoor activities at all the wonderful parks. The kitchen is well stocked and everything works for easy cooking! Cove Point Lodge is within walking distance and has a delicious dinner menu. We appreciated the functional touches; nice entry with bench and spacious boot trays, TV worked as described, House Manual clear, concise and easy reference. Most enjoyable are the views of the lake and the morning sunrise.
