Everything was as pictured and no surprises. We were here to work on the town splashpad and David’s house was great place after long workdays.

Mallard Manor was an awesome place to stay that offer easy access to the lake for duck hunters! Only minutes away from Kirby Pocket, comfortable beds, and a hot shower to end the day. We will be staying here again this upcoming year!

We stayed one night to celebrate our son’s birthday before visiting the Discovery Park of America the next day. It was a very convenient location, about 20 minutes away! Everything was very clean and we felt right at home. The hosts went above and beyond for us- they had a birthday banner and balloons waiting in the kitchen to surprise our boy! We highly recommend this home and the hosts!

This stay was perfect. In the country and as peaceful as you can get. Mary Jo was very helpful, quick to respond, and took care of the group. The place was clean, easy to find, couldn't had made it easier and better. Inside to outside was beautiful! Thank you Mary Jo!

My group of 6 guys had a great time. The house was big enough we could all have our space when needed, but laid out to where we could all be together when it was time to socialize. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. Will be staying there again.

What a find in southeast Missouri. Our families (13 people in total) met here for a celebration of life for our mother/grandmother/great grandmother. The little kids commented on the quiet and the stars at night. We stayed outside most of the time around the fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a cook out utilizing the big electric grill outside. the kids flew kites. the adults watched March madness. Wi-Fi was fast. And the beds were comfy.
