What an absolutely beautiful home! We recently stayed at David’s home for our wedding in the Yarra Valley. The pictures honestly did not do the home or the view justice. It’s absolutely incredible and was perfect for our group to stay the night before the wedding and then get ready on the day. David made it easy to check-in on the day of arrival and very generously provided us with bacon and eggs as well as some things for a cheeseboard which we absolutely loved. Very thoughtful. The home itself was just amazing, the pool is incredible and the view is stunning. We wished we could have stayed longer. We had a very minor problem with the front gate but we messaged David and he responded immediately and arrived within 10 minutes. Very responsive and very helpful. Thanks so much David!

We had a wonderful stay, thanks to Shona's thoughtful touches. She had the aircon running before our arrival, which was a refreshing welcome. The bread, milk, and kitchen facilities were perfect and made settling in so much easier. We didn't have to worry about getting supplies right away. Highly recommend!

Fabulous place to get away and unwind. Very private. Everything as described by previous reviews was very accurate and the response from the hosts Jamie and Christine was superb. Always prompt, friendly and clear. Easy to find. Highly recommended on all fronts. Definitely worth going to. Secluded, lots of wild life and very comfortable.

Eric and Lynn were the ultimate hosts. The cottage was the perfect place for a weekend getaway for a wedding. Everything you could ask for was supplied - including supplies for a delicious breakfast (even home-baked bread!) The bed in the main bedroom was so luxurious. Both bathrooms were super generous in size. Could not have asked for more. And both hosts were proactive with their communications in the lead up to the stay, and super responsive with the couple of queries I had during the stay. Could not recommend more highly.

My family and I had a fantastic weekend away. The house was clean and in great condition. Lots of necessities provided as well as clear instructions on checkout. Views from the house were incredible. Lots of wildlife we could see from the property too, birds, deer and cows next door. Price was extremely reasonable and lower than others in the area. Amanda was great to converse with, allowed for flexible check in and was quick to respond. Definitely worth the stay. Can’t wait to come back again

we had a great 3 night stay at the house stunning setting and great access to the water even though the lake was very low house had everything we needed hoping to make it an annual event for our family thanks Ryan

Melinda's place is perfectly situated in a quiet cul-de-sac just a block from the main street with its restaurants, cafes and pubs - and the best bookshop on NE Victoria! The house fronts a beautiful garden and everything inside is as you see in the photos - warm, comfortable, clean and welcoming. Melinda is a great host - unobtrusive but on-hand if you need anything. Communication and entry were very straightforward and easy. We highly recommend Creekside!

Wonderful place to enjoy a mountain environment. We saw many animals like deers kangaroos or cockatoos around and enjoyed the hiking trails.

Breathtaking views, beautiful scenery and wildlife. Comfy beds, clean and modern furnishings and appliances. Had everything we needed and we had a very relaxing time. Loved it! Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks

We thouroughly enjoyed ourselves at Nina’s place. She was super responsive, helpful and we really appreciated the heater being left on for us and the beautiful breakfast hamper so we didn’t have to rush out for brekkie the next day. Everything was spotless, and the accomodation exceeded my expectations. The accomodation is a stones throw to town and all the local sights. I highly recommend for a peaceful weekend away.

Cathy’s place was lovely and had nice lovely view of the sunset but we missed the sunrise as we had a sleep in 😀 lovely rabbits running around at dusk too. Very cosy and peaceful location .

Rita is an awesome host. The place is very charming. We stayed one night because we were attending a wedding nearby but it was a comfortable stay. Rita was very responsive throughout and very friendly. This place has old world charm, it’s clean but it is not modern as expected. The place is large and comfortable. Breakfast was a beautiful touch. The price is on the higher side but we knew that when we book.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely Airbnb in Strath Creek, and I have to say it was an incredibly comfortable experience! The property is well-maintained, making it a fantastic choice for anyone, especially those travelling with dogs. We were greeted by the three Bernese Mountain Dogs who added such charm and beauty to our stay. Our Labrador felt right at home playing with them—it made for an amazing and memorable experience! The breakfast served was delicious and nicely prepared, adding a wonderful touch to the morning. Pam, the host, was super helpful and provided great recommendations for nearby places to dine, ensuring we had the best local experiences. The location is also quite nice, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being accessible to various attractions. I highly recommend this place for a weekend stay or even longer with family and friends! You won’t be disappointed! 🐾🥰 Thank you, Koel & Sumanta

Lovely stay at a beautiful and peaceful location. Hosts were wonderful, greeted us on arrival (as did Riley the kelpie!). Great breakfast provided. Had a very relaxing time sitting on the verandah as the sun went down, watching the cows across the paddock.

My partner and I had a lovely overnight stay. Great communication and a very relaxing space. Sitting out on the deck watching the sunset over the hills was a highlight.

Location was peaceful, the common area was lovely and well designed. *Fireplaces in winter are a highlight* Kim was a pleasure to chat to, and was very helpful with all aspects of the area. Would reccomend for a lovely weekend away

Beautiful property and made to feel right at home . The extra special touches like a baked cake on arrival and fresh homemade bread and bacon and eggs for breakfast was so personably . The house was clean and welcoming. Loved the friendly dogs, the bird life and gorgeous horses. We will most definitely be back again with hopefully a longer stay. Thank you Jacky & Tony

Bronnie and Neil were both amazing people and hosts. Very friendly and helpful. Made us feel right at home. Btw Neil is a great chess player so a game or two with him will definitely keep your brain active! Archie the guard dog is very cute too. Thanks and see u again!
