A great spot in Leavenworth! Easily walkable to downtown, but also quiet and near the river. Comfortable beds and couch, good selection of games. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

I rented this stay for my mom and sister because my mom needed to have surgery at the Wenatchee hospital so I didn’t actually stay there but my sister said it was nice and clean with plenty of room for both of them. I needed to communicate with karma by messaging a few times with questions and she was very prompt at getting back to me.

Great place to stay! We really enjoyed our time here. The master bedroom has a huge a slider door to the outside. Nice to have the gas fireplace since it was chilly out. Beautiful location up in the mountains. Nice trails around the lodge. Thank you!

My mom and I loved staying here! It was a fun little getaway and we felt right at home in the condo. It was very clean, inviting and cozy. Even though we didn’t need to utilize the kitchen, we thought that it was very nice that all the cabinets and drawers were labeled. The beds were very comfortable and there were lots of extra fluffy blankets in the closet. We would definitely stay here again and we will refer friends and family who are looking for a place to stay in Leavenworth.

A wonderful stay for our small family reunion over the New Year's! Location is spot on and the backdrop is stunning -- we took some amazing end-of-the-year-celebration photos on a back patio. Well-equipped kitchen and a lovely movie room. We throughly enjoyed the hot tub, which had the perfect temperature, and the changing colors added to the ambiance and fun! The children immediately fell in love with the cozy bunk beds and slept so well after a day of sledding. Overall, a very comfortable stay! A great stay near Mission Ridge! My group enjoyed the clean place and the hot tub. Also, the host was nice enough to accommodate an earlier check in.

Such an incredible place to have stayed at. Made us feel right at home, no matter the distance. We planned this trip in less than a week and the host made it happen for us. Beyond thankful to have been able to spend New Years in such a lovely comforting home. 10/10 recommend for anyone making a visit to Washington and wanting a cozy stay. Not to mention the neighborhood being very friendly. The house is absolutely beautiful too! Definitely recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed! ♥️

What a perfect place to gather with family! so much space, very comfortable beds and bedding. Fully stocked kitchen, we made Thanksgiving dinner and needed for nothing! Lisa was so great with communication and alall the little extras, for example, she set the formal table for our Thanksgiving dinner and put the warm flannel sheets on so we could be more cozy ❤️ If we do family holidays in Moses Lake again we will for sure be renting this place again!

We had an excellent time staying at Casita de la Rio. The space was clean and beautiful. Our family of four had plenty of room and appreciated the open spaces throughout. The master bathroom was impressive! Valentina was a delightful hostess. We will definitely stay here again!

It was very comfortable, especially with our dogs. Kitchen was nicely stocked, didn’t have to go buy any utensils to cook with.

Absolutely beautiful location with a heated indoor pool and hot tub. Julia is very proactive and gives very helpful and detailed instructions that made checking in and out easy. We didn't have any problems on our trip or with the place. The condo itself is especially great for families as it is well stocked with games and puzzles and was very convenient for our family of 5. Would come back again and highly recommend Julia as a host.

We stayed in this condo for 2 nights to ski at Stevens and enjoy Leavenworth. It was cozy with very comfortable beds and had everything we needed. I would stay again.

Our stay was very delightful. Maggie's place was very clean and well staged. Bedrooms were very nice and the bathrooms were clean. A little dated but still very clean and good. Maggie had told me she is planning to get new floors. We cannot wait to book her place again the near future. Hopefully by then the floors are done. Location is great. Very very close to the Leavenworth Adventure Park. It snowed a lot when we were there but the roads and entrance to her place plus Leavenworth were plowed. Thankful for the covered parking right in front the unit, made it very convenient. The kitchen is pretty well stocked up with all types of spices except there was no salt but that has been changed as we bought a standard size of salt for the house. None the less the place was very clean. Communication with Maggie was very good. Her instructions were straight forward and easy to understand. Her housekeeping representative did an amazing job before we arrived. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Richard’s place in Chelan. The condo was spacious with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the fireplace was so nice to use. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals. We used the pool and the hot tub was so relaxing at the end of our day. The view from the balcony and windows was beautiful. A little trouble with the garage and entry codes when we arrived but was quickly fixed. Richard was very responsive and made sure we had extra towels when asked. Great property-close proximity to everything and cozy condo.
