This rental was exactly as pictured in Larissa’s photos. It was very close to Universal studios. The unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed.

We only stayed one night but it was a nice size place for an apartment, close to the parks in orlando. Short drive there from Universal. The patio was huge. The only thing I would say we did not like was the extra towels were a lil damp. That's happened before at other places we've stayed at. Maybe the cleaners didn't have time to dry them all the way but im not a fan of that. Otherwise a nice stay.

This stay was truly paradise. The complex is to die for and the room was perfect I felt right at home, I’m ready to move to Florida after this trip! The pictures didn’t do the place justice which is very rare for air bnb in my opinion. The amenities were amazing and there’s so much to do in this one complex. I will be back I had a wonderful stay. Host was very helpful and responsive. Don’t miss out on the opportunity!

The most satisfying stay experience! 1. Surrounding facilities: There is a Walmart supermarket just a five-minute walk away. The residents in the area are all very well-mannered and greet each other. 2. Facilities: The kitchen is fully equipped, and if you want to cook, it has all the utensils and seasonings you need. The refrigerator is large, and there’s a washer and dryer, along with laundry detergent. The living room has a great view, with a lake view. There is also a desk and an office chair, making it very suitable for working. 3. Landlord’s attitude: The landlord is very responsible and attentive. Angela carefully explained how to use various items and even bought vegetable oil specifically according to our preferences before we arrived. When we needed a hairdryer, she immediately drove over to deliver it, which deeply touched us. 4. Cleanliness and ambiance of the house: The place is extremely clean, and there are many decorative paintings on the walls. She has good taste.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances chez Beatriz! 🤗 C'est une hôte exceptionnelle 🤩 Tout était parfait! Les instructions pour se rendre au condo étaient très claires et nous avons été impressionnés par la propreté des lieux à notre arrivée. Le condo est très grand, bien aménagé, les lits sont très propres et très confortables!! 🫶 il y a même un assenceur pour faciliter l'accès avec les bagages! Nous avons adoré la rivière tranquille et les glissades d'eau!! C'est comme un mini ressort, il y a beaucoup de chaises et l'accès est facile!! 🌟 L'emplacement est génial, nous étions très près de disney et de univeral studio! Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation le condo de Beatriz et nous n'hésiterons pas à le louer à nouveau lorsque nous retournerons en Floride. Beatriz a même retrouvé le toutou préféré de notre fils que nous avons oublié et elle a généreusement accepté de nous le retourner ! ♥️ Elle a répondu rapidement à tous nos messages ! Elle mérite ce 5⭐️ !!!

Great place to stay clean and very welcoming

Doris' place is a great location and close proximity from where we were headed. There were also plenty of restaurants and other shops/stores in the area which made it that much better. My daughters really enjoyed the pool and were happy about having a say in this selection. Most definitely a must visit.

Close to everything only 15 min to Magic Kingdom. Easy clear instructions and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The beds and living room were both very comfortable. Everything was clean with plenty of space for our family of 6. We felt right at home. Thank you Again for such a wonderful space😊

My husband and I stayed with another couple. Plenty of room, comfy beds, lots of dishes, cooking utensils, really everything we needed was there. The pool and hot tub were close too which we enjoyed. Lots of close restaurants. We especially enjoyed the 4 Corners Tavern. Such good food and loved sitting out on the patio with the nice warm heaters. Would definitely stay again if we’re back in the area.

Nice place. Far enough away from down town Orlando that you can escape some of the congestion. Lots of places to eat within 10-15 min drive. Beds were clean and comfy

We had a fantastic stay at Rich’s place! Rich was very responsive whenever we had a question. The house was clean. We opted for the pool/spa heat and it was well worth the extra money. The spa heated up quickly and was used almost every evening during our stay. The clubhouse had a small store and a bar with food, which came in handy when we didn’t want to venture into town for dinner. The kids loved the clubhouse pool and movie theater. Overall, we had a great experience. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay. Dianey always responded right away when I had any questions. Nice unit for a family. The kitchen had everything you would need and then some. Very easy commute to Disney. We had a great stay!

Ariane’s place was lovely. She was easy to communicate with, and the home was clean and spacious. We had a group of 8 people, and it was more than enough space to house us, it is was incredibly comfortable. My friends and I kept saying for the duration of the weekend just how nice the AirBnb was. I would highly recommend Ariane’s place to anyone looking to stay in the Orlando area.

We had an excellent stay. We had young children with us and all the toys and games were a hit. We loved that there were strollers, backpacks, and other items for us to use at the parks. Definitely recommend!

Os quartos são muito confortáveis, com camas de qualidade, roupas de cama impecáveis e toalhas macias. Tudo estava em excelentes condições! A localização é outro grande ponto positivo. A casa fica a uma curta distância de carro das principais atrações de Orlando, como os parques da Disney e Universal, o que foi um enorme diferencial para nossa viagem. O condomínio é excelente! É fechado, oferecendo segurança e privacidade. Além disso, conta com ótimas comodidades, como uma padaria, brinquedoteca para as crianças e piscina. Outro destaque foi a anfitriã, que foi sempre muito atenciosa e rápida nas respostas. Ela nos ajudou prontamente com todas as dúvidas que tivemos antes e durante a nossa estadia!

This is far and away the best AirBnB experience I have ever had. This is the second time I have stayed at Yale House and I honestly just want to move in and stay forever. My partner and I stayed here for 10 days which included our wedding weekend. My folks stayed with us part of the time which worked out beautifully. Every detail in this home is thoughtful and wonderful: the fully appointed kitchen, the comfortable couch (excellent for a late afternoon nap), the gorgeous furnishings throughout the house, the well-stocked bathroom, the list goes on and on. Caitlin really knows how to create a feeling of luxury. The bedding is so soft and comfortable, the robes in the bathroom, the aromatherapy differs in every room... just wonderful. The location is great too - we walked to Starbucks or Infusion Tea, walked over to the Publix for supplies. We also took Lyfts/Ubers downtown and to the Science Center and Mennello Museum of Art, all 10 minutes away. Yale House truly is a dream home!
