Marvelous Airbnb! A lot of work and care has been put into this property. The interior is cozy and cute. The appliances and beds all seem brand new. The steps leading down to the water are also new and well-lit so you can even go down at night. The creek is very peaceful. There are a couple nice outdoor seating areas too. We'll have to come back in the summer to fully enjoy it. Michele was a great communicator and went out of her way to help us out. Two of us worked remotely from here successfully. My video calls buffered a few times in the work station near the kitchen but we had no issues with video calls in the dining room.

With it being in the off-season it was nice and quiet and relaxing... a wonderful place to get together with family and just unwind!

The house was adorable, could definitely use some updating, but it was perfect to relax by the lake for a couple of days. I will say the big bathroom with the good shower and 2 bedrooms were up a very narrow set of spiral stairs, so it would be very difficult to take a suitcase up. Another potential issue was a gas smell coming from the closer with the furnace, but Lisa assured me that her "furnace" guy checked it out and everything was good, also there are carbon monoxide detectors on each level. It was a great relaxing location and the neighbors were quiet. The hot tub was murky, maybe it could use a shock treatment or something? We still used it and watched the sunset. There was a little convenience store down the road with really tasty breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos. We enjoyed our stay.

house is absolutely gorgeous, even in the "off season" for this area. the previous guests had left beer cans and cigarette butts outside and in the fire pit. but otherwise the place was in great condition ans a pleasure to stay in

Very clean and comfortable house, with space for a large crew. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were high tech and enjoyable. We loved the hot tub and soaking tub. There’s a nice great, open space for people to hang out. Nice amenities were ready and waiting for our use, including great soaps and bathroom goods. Will book this again when we’re in the area!

Hospitable merely begins to describe the stay my friends and I had at John’s property. The place offered everything you could need and then some. Communication was superb, instructions were clear and John was kind. The location of the house was phenomenal. Sunrises were gorgeous and the hot tub was great. Can’t wait to stay here again!

My stay here was amazing. Everything was exactually as described. From a fully equipped kitchen, to the close proximity to the train station. My children loved the video games and the board games. I found the guidebook in the home to be especially helpful. The on-Street parking was close to the home and was free. The house rules and checking out instructions were both clear and reasonable. Simon had excellent communication, and proactively sent several messages both before the rental and while we were there to ensure everything went smoothly. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Was exactly as listed. Richard was super responsive and very helpful to make sure check in went perfectly. We only stayed one night but I would definitely stay again.

I went during the off-season - it was easy to get to, Joyce was incredibly helpful and kind! Would definitely love to visit again in the future. She was very accommodating and friendly! I loved the whole eccentric vibe of the town and everyone felt very welcoming and friendly.

Leanne’s place was so cozy and a great stay for a weekend spent skiing at Peek n peak resort! She was so kind and always responded quickly to any questions we had. She was flexible for our check in and check out times which is really appreciated! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great stay! We had an easy check in, clean, it was warm and cozy with the fireplace, comfortable bed, great shower and had all amenities listed and more. We had everything we needed, thank you will def be back someday!

Wir verbrachten zwei wundervolle Tage in dem Lake House in winterlicher Stimmung am zugefrorenen See. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und auch sonst hat die Unterkunft alles was man braucht und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt und würden uns sehr freuen wieder zu kommen!

Our stay here was absolutely delightful! The home was cozy, beautifully maintained, and just steps from the lake—perfect beautiful lake view My husband and I had a very relaxing vacation. Every corner of the place felt warm and welcoming, but what truly made our experience special was the host’s incredible kindness and hospitality. We felt genuinely cared for and completely at home. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, charm, and a gracious host!

We were beyond impressed with the host and cottage! It is a private space just close enough to Niagara Falls!

The cottage was incredibly clean when we arrived. It had everything we needed for cooking and the bathroom was a nice surprise as well. There was staff onsite every day to maintain the common area, beach, and help with anything you may need. The beach is huge, clean, sandy, and ideal for long walks. The sunsets are spectacular as well.

This place was absolutely beautiful. Exactly what we were looking for to spend our 5 year anniversary together. We stayed for 2 nights and wish we were able to stay even longer! The sauna was a beautiful. The local places like the park, chip stand were closed however seeing it briefly makes us want to come back in the summer to really experience the community. The furniture is comfortable, TV well placed, great blinds. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and beautiful. The bathroom is quite large for a cottage. We drove to Turkey Point to a place called “Sandbar on the beach” and it was fantastic! It was very quiet (there was only 1 other couple inside the restaurant), and the food was fantastic, only 25-28 minutes away! We will ABSOLUTELY be coming back, without a doubt. Booking around this time of year felt like a steal for the price. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a romantic getaway or just a peaceful weekend. We had a lovely stay at Victoria’s place. It’s a cozy little cottage, perfectly located near the lake. You can even catch a partial lake view right from the living room, and the view of the landscape from the backyard was absolutely beautiful. It’s a quiet, peaceful spot—just what we needed for a serene escape. Our 15-month-old really enjoyed the stay too. We’ll definitely be coming back!
