Beautiful scenery right next to conewango river. The place was clean and neat and right downtown for easy access to restaurants.

We stayed here for a Sabres game and it was amazing. The location was great! a quick ride to restaurants and to the arena. The place is stunning! So much character. We were sad to only stay one night! We will definitely book again!

Clean place close to the slopes and about a 10min walk to downtown!

I’m very happy with my stay! The beds were actually very comfortable! That’s sometimes hard to come by. Perfect place for my kids and I to stay.

Michael was an amazing host! The place was very cute and well described. For my first time in Niagara Falls, this place was definitely a great choice for my friends and I, very quiet surroundings and super close to walk the trails along the river! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose Michael again! During our stay we experienced no problems, and Michael’s recommendations made eating out and finding coffee easy, as well as the detailed information for the trip from checking in when we arrived, as well as letting us know where other things to do around the area was, to the check out! Would highly recommend this AirB&B. Anna was a great host, house was perfect for a large group there were 5 of us plus a dog, but could easily accommodate 3 more comfortably. Anna is a super communicator, quickly responded to all our questions. We will certainly book this AirB&B again in the future.

The home was lovely -- my family and I had a wonderful time staying there! Great access to the beach, and a little play area my kids loved. (My daughter was begging us to stay longer.) Lisa was extremely responsive. When the grill propane was low at dinner time, she had it replaced within 20 minutes, fast enough that we were still on time for dinner! We can't recommend this home enough, and we would love to return sometime.

Kristin had the house stocked with everything we needed for a short weekend trip to Ellicottville. Great location to walk or take a short drive into town.

Shea’s place was a great place for a couple. The couch area to watch tv is very comfortable. The memory foam mattress is very comfortable as well. There’s 2 washrooms which is nice and the shower was super clean. We had a great stay and would definitely like to come back.

Melissa and Matt were the perfect hosts. Very clear and detailed instructions provided well in advance of stay and they were immediately responsive and helpful with any questions. Their condo was clean and as described. Much more updated and modern compared to the rustic and historical comparable offerings around. Great amenities. The central location is unmatched. My husband, adult children and I stayed for a weekend wedding event and I can’t imagine a better spot. Walkable. Effortless. Highly recommended.

Perfect location for a ski vacation. Close to the lift and lodge. The downtown is cute and plenty of shops and dining. The condo is probably one of the most well equipped places I’ve ever stayed.

Maurizio was a gracious host and has a lovely spot. Well decorated with cool art, spacious, comfortable furniture, and even had some lovely plants to brighten everything up! Two desks for doing work if you need, and two tvs, both worked quickly and easily. Maurizio was a communicative and friendly host, and even took my call at 6:15 a.m. when I had an important question for him. Lastly, I mistakenly booked one less night than I needed, and when I requested an extra night, he obliged without complaint or judgment. (Luckily there was no one who'd booked it for the extra night!). Thanks Maurizio!

We had a lovely stay. Joes place was as described & looked like the photos. The surrounding area is beautiful with plenty to do. He was very friendly and always responsive. Would definitely recommend & stay again!
