Beautiful home! Spacious, lovely furnishings and decor, and a room for everyone. 100% clean including bed linens and towels. The teens loved the game room and movie room. The adults loved the peaceful tranquility. It was wonderful to cook together and have family meals! They even made us an indoor smores setup!! A+++

We wanted a quick get away, this place was perfect. Host communicated very well and the home and view were awesome. Beach access very close by. Plenty of dishes and supplies in the home. I would def book again!

My husband and I recently attended a nearby class and had the pleasure of staying at this lovely Airbnb situated over a small lake and it was absolutely perfect! The peaceful setting was exactly what we needed to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. The cabin is brand new and thoughtfully designed providing many comforts of home. We thoroughly enjoyed the stunning views of the lake, especially as the fall leaves changed colors. The vibrant hues of red, orange, and yellow created a breathtaking backdrop, making our morning coffee on the deck a truly magical experience. While we didn't swim or kayak, we enjoyed leisurely walks around the area, soaking in the tranquility and beauty of nature. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations for nearby dining. If you're seeking a serene getaway to immerse yourself in the beauty of fall, this Airbnb is the perfect spot. We left feeling refreshed and inspired, and we can't wait to return!

This house was awesome! Right on the water. So beautiful. We had great weather. Went down to the water and sat every morning with coffee. House was just as described and photos were exact. We had plenty of room. Sister trip with 5 of us. Worked out great. The beds were very comfortable. Liked that we had 3 bathrooms. Couldn't get a better location. Thank you for sharing this house!! One negative - there were bands playing both Friday and Saturday nights somewhere nearby til maybe 12:30 or 1:00. Bothered a couple of us.

We loved our stay at Amy’s place. They were super friendly and the communication was fast and great. The outside of the cottage was breathtaking, beautiful view and private access to the beach. The interior felt smaller but cozy and super well equipped. Ideal for small families. Love it!

This is a special place. It was so peaceful, and after a few months of hectic life, it was wonderful to just relax and watch the birds at the bird feeder, or the stream rushing by. The house is a mix of old farm charm and modern amenities, with a beautiful kitchen stocked with everything you could need. The downstairs bathroom even has a bidet - such luxury! Had a family gathering for my mom's birthday, and the kids loved exploring inside and out, while the adults enjoyed the charm and relaxation. It was good for everyone to get away and get some of the peace found here! Love to come back again, especially in the summer. There's a small lake that's swimmable, and a little sun porch that seems perfect for lounging on a hot day. Bill was very friendly and showed how everything worked, and he provides every amenity. This is a great place to come with a small group to get away from it all!!

With it being in the off-season it was nice and quiet and relaxing... a wonderful place to get together with family and just unwind!

This was a wonderful place for our family to meet to celebrate the holidays. The house was comfortable, well-stocked with coffee and snacks, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

This was our second time staying at Claire's House in Bemus Point, NY. There are eight in our party with a dog. All the instructions and communications were clear and helpful. The layout of the house is great for our group. We can spread out in different rooms on the first floor and the bedrooms and baths are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We are hoping to schedule soon for Thanksgiving 2025, Two families are from the Berkshires in Western MA and one from Indianapolis. Claire' s home is conveniently in the middle. Bemus Point is very walkable. Bustling in the summer and quiet in winter. There are several places to eat even in winter. No driving necessary.

A great stay for a family! Was a great spot for a big group. Kitchen has great amount of pots, pans, dishes. One note — the backyard area is not fenced in, and while neighbors are friendly, there is a lot of free roam space so keep an eye on dogs and kids. Very comfortable space for a family to spend time together.

Dev’s place was fabulous with a great view. He was very accommodating with us extending our stay, aswell as always quick to respond. We will recommend this place to our family & friends. It was so beautiful

This was our second time back to this beautiful cottage. This cottage is perfect. The location is perfect to get up and go do anything you like. It is super cozy to just relax on rainy days. We love the convenience of just kicking back and enjoying the fire right in the backyard. We are an easy going low key family who loves to just enjoy the company of each other and that is exactly what we get to do here. This cottage is the perfect getaway but yet keeps it feeling like home away from home. We are already talking about our next visit!

Lauri was a great host and very responsive. We had challenging weather conditions and she was very helpful. The place was well laid out and had everything we need. Great for pets or families! Will be back.

We had a beautiful weekend at the Rocking H Lake House! it was exactly as described and the setting was amazing. we will definitely be back. can't wait to see it in the summer! Kristen was super friendly and responsive. do yourself a favor and book this gorgeous lake house!!!

Jessica is a great host; she is very communicative and ensures everything is going smoothly. She has a lovely cottage, and my friends and I had a very pleasant stay. The beach was very quiet, and the hot tub was a lovely touch. It looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. I would highly recommend anyone trying to get away for a bit!

Kathleen’s home was perfect! We felt comfortable from the beginning. It was well stocked with extras. A great place to visit with an elderly person, or someone with limited physical abilities. There was only two steps, and a walk in shower! I can’t wait to return when the weather is nicer so we can see the beach.

Beautiful setting even in the winter. Well stocked kitchen. The mudroom was very helpful. Ample TVs and places to relax- internet was great. Great communication with host, very responsive to any needs or questions.

This is the second time my family stayed at Bearfoot by the Lake. It was just as clean and comfortable as the last time. A really nice home! There is a restaurant right across the street and an ice cream stand a few doors down. You can walk to the marina to rent a boat, or put your boat in the water. There is also a small beach with some playground equipment in walking distance, but the beach was kind of yucky when we were there. It was the last week of September, so probably out of season. There are several other places to eat within a few miles and a dollar general right up the street. We had a fabulous time. I would say the only downside to this property is that it is on a busy road during the day, but there is not much traffic in the evening. Even with being on a busy road, the back of the house is private and has a stream running through the back yard.

We had a pleasant stay. The house was very clean and the locality is beautiful. The host responded to all our requests and they were very helpful. We will plan to book the same place in summer!

This was our fourth stay at Brenda's place and I think we grow to love it more each time. The space is perfect for a nice relaxing getaway-- whether you are heading to the lake (Cassadaga or Lake Erie), visiting Lily Dale, dropping a student off at SUNY Fredonia (seriously-- it is only about 10 miles!), or just wanting a friend vacation (our purpose), you cannot beat Brenda's place. It is clean, safe, and comfortable! Brenda is responsive and so easy to contact. It is just perfect.
