Mark and Lisa are great people with a beautiful rustic cottage. felt very cozy as soon as you walked in if you are looking for a little piece of heaven this is the place to be. Would definitely recommend and we will go back next year. Michele

This place was really amazing. We got to spend a lot of quality time here. The furnitures and the decors definitely makes you feel wealthy. And we were fortunate enough to see the Sunset on & it was fabulous.

The cottage is a beautiful haven of tranquility. The type of place that doesn’t come along very often - if at all! You are surrounded by nature and just steps down to Lake Erie. The sights and sounds of this biodiverse area are your literal backyard, but you’re also close to good food, small to mid town shopping, and some pretty fantastic museums (Maritime museum and Erie Art Museum were highlights). Joan is a total sweetheart: she meets you and makes you feel immediate welcome. She will even cook you a homemade breakfast one morning of your stay. Beyond the amazing hospitality, you will get the sense that Joan actually CARES. Something so rare in our world. And it is on this note that I would return again and again. Best place ever to locate out of for Erie Lake Marathon @ Presque Isle Park!

Very clean and comfortable- Kelly was a very friendly & attentive host. First rate paddle boards, kayak, canoe and beach toys were above expectations & I really enjoyed the large modern barbecue grill.

I cannot say enough about what a lovely experience I had at Mary Kay's M&M Lakeshore Retreat. I went for a week to rest, read and relax and it was absolutely lovely and so peaceful. There are many options of things to do, or do nothing at all - truly wonderful. The spot is beautiful, so inviting and so tastefully decorated with wonderful amenities and little surprises. I cannot wait to go back again for another visit! Thanks Mary Kay for being such a wonderful host!

Silvana's beachhouse was perfect for our girls weekend! Five of us enjoyed the space which was better than described. There was ample seating outdoors & our host included beach amenities she encouraged us to use. The beach in front of the house is private, but the neighborhood does have access sharing a small portion of the space. Neighbors are friendly & respectful of renters, but they also want to enjoy Lake Huron & did throughout our stay. Silvana provided window A/C that kept us cool when needed. She was responsive, friendly and helpful through the booking process to checkout offering flexible check-in/out and addressing any concerns we had. We all said we would return again! We liked the bungalow space & the extra half bath en suite was convenient for 5 women. There are several steps on property which could be difficult for folks who have trouble getting around easily. It's a nice, no frills but updated, comfortable beach cottage for family & friends on the lake! Amazing sunrises!

Location, location, location. Incredible sunroom overlooking the lake. The beach house comes FULLY stocked with everything you could ask for. The beach can get quite busy on weekends but we have our own “beach area “ on the backyard. As busy as the weekends can be it’s so peaceful during the week. The best of both worlds!!!

Katina’s place is wonderful. We stayed for about 3.5 months. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything needed for a home cooked meal. Plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. Nice separate laundry room. Comfortable beds and bedding. Clear internet instructions and garbage pickup information. Cozy couch and excellent tv. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard. We stayed during winter so we didn’t get to enjoy the backyard very much. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. If we return to the area we would definitely stay again!

Clean, cozy and comfortable that fit our family perfectly. The location was great close to grocery store, restaurants and other winter activities. I would highly recommend this place.

What a fantastic experience was able to take advantage of the fabulous sauna they have the rooms were perfect. The kitchen was perfect. Everything about the stay was outstanding and there is nothing I could’ve changed. If you’re staying in this area, this place is a must. And don’t get me started on how awesome the hosts were. They respond within minutesvery eager to accommodate very easy to work with very clear directions right down from the front door all the way to the television remotes they made it so easy to stay. I will definitely be staying here again and again.

The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and Fjori was very responsive.

Great place to stay in the middle of Royal Oak. Easy access to Woodward and to Detroit if you don’t want to stay directly in the city. My family and I enjoyed the stay.

Jerome was an excellent host. Kind and responsive. His place is cozy like home with all the fixings. It’s a great neighbourhood with dog walkers and children playing every evening.

This place is such a gem! Everything was super clean and the hot tub was extremely easy to use. We loved how close it is to the falls, right next to a beautiful trail along the water front. Jalpa was really quick and easy to communicate with. we can't wait to come back and stay here again next time! Definitely recommend for families or couples on a fun vacation :)

Delightful place. Quite large, lots of storage. We were there to drop one kid off at university and pick up another who had spent the summer in Hamilton so we had LOTS of boxes with us. This place was roomy and clean and comfortable.
