Location, location, location! Spanish Trace 222 is right on Crescent Beach - just a short walk by the pool and over the dunes. You’ll also be close to lots of stores, attractions and restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and storage for our family of seven. Well stocked with towels, beach towels, linens, beach chairs and kitchen items. Coin laundry on property, not in unit. The pool was a highlight for us. Cool and refreshing with lots of tables and chairs around the pool deck with umbrellas for shade. Easy check in/check out, and great communication with host. All issues were addressed promptly and did not affect our stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend this condo!

Awesome location and exactly as described. We had six adults in our party, and had plenty of room. Marla, the host, was very responsive and helpful. The beach was right outside the door, and sunrises were as beautiful as could be. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience! Carleshia was responsive and attentive throughout my stay, providing exceptional customer service. Her care and attention to detail made my visit comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

The stay was pretty great. We did a lot of walking throughout the town. Comfortability in the cottage was spot on the only negative thing that I have to say is that the floors were pretty dirty. But all in all, I would definitely go back and tell others about it. Thank you, Dante.

We had a great stay at Kurt and Courtney’s place. The location was wonderful, with the beautiful ocean beach and tennis courts, just steps from the condo. The space was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Kurt and Courtney were extremely helpful and responsive. We had a small problem with a smoke detector and they had it taken care of immediately. We recommend Kurt and Courtney’s place for any one who plans on staying in St. Augustine Beach!

Sand in My Shoes was a great place to stay! Short walk to the beach, pools and gym. About 15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. The townhouse was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

This place was just what we were looking for! Clean, comfortable, thoughtfully appointed--and close to lovely beaches and beautiful downtown St. Augustine. Blair was a wonderful host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. She has excellent taste in decorating, and provided us with everything we needed for a relaxing, restorative vacation. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay here! The place had everything we needed, and it was in a great location. We loved walking to Llama on our first night (best food we ate the whole time - highly recommend), being close to the bridge, but also having the privacy and peaceful surroundings. Lots of natural light, yet private. The hot tub was awesome - easy to use and private. We also loved the Nespresso machine and complimentary wine! The bed was super comfy as well. 10/10 recommend.

Great place, 2 min to the beach and short ride to all kinds of Great eating. We enjoyed the house and its very easy location
