The stay was very relaxing. We purchased the use of the hot tub which was nice. The host was very responsive and friendly. The host provided fishing poles and we stayed a couple of hours down by the lake, but please be careful the travel was alittle steep. Other than that the pictures and amenities were as posted.

We stayed here for the eclipse. It was a really nice space, clean, and had a lot of beds. The hosts were super responsive to all our needs. They even left us eclipse glasses, Moonpies, Sun Chips, and Eclipse gum, which was very thoughtful. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay near Lake Travis.

Enjoyed this place! Great place to stay if you’re wanting to visit Inks Lake State Park without staying inside the park. Hot tub was great after long day of hiking.

If you want to see the stars at night, the prairie sky, or just hear the coyotes wail Deep In The Heart of Texas… THIS beautifully redone “Tiny Cabin” is the perfect choice for a couple’s get-away! A beautiful place to eat on the porch, as well as inside, it had a fully equipped kitchen, great bathroom, and super comfortable bed!The hot tub, is an absolute perfect addition to the cabin. My experience while enjoying this picturesque and tranquil getaway was stellar. When I say that, I mean everyone from the Host to the wonderful lady who came to clean, we’re all absolute gems! But my hat goes off to the maintenance master, Ayron! If you could personify Marble Falls, and how friendly and welcoming the area is, he is the man to do it. Helped me out so much I won’t even try to explain. Bottom line, this was as good of an AirBnB experience as you could possibly have! The place, the people, the price, all perfect! Go enjoy this gem if ya get the chance!!

The place is beautiful and hand built by the owners. The towels were soft, bedding was very comfortable. The place is spacious and cozy any the same time!! Everything was very clean. The Hosts were great and really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend a visit to this quaint little A frame!!!!!

Gorgeous retreat located in a peaceful slice of nature. Close enough to Austin to not be isolated, but far enough away to only hear the birds and wind chimes. Absolutely restorative and magical, especially resting and swinging on that incredible porch swing during sunset with a cool breeze. Bathtub is gorgeous for soaking and relaxing, the electric fireplace adds just enough ambiance for novel reading and tea drinking. Could not have asked for a better mental health retreat. The wife and I had a wonderful time at this great spot. It was a very relaxing getaway spot and we were extremely grateful for the ability to incorporate our two labs on this getaway. They had a great time hanging out in the fenced in yard and laying on the cold floor of the house. We had a great time and highly recommend this place for anyone looking to getaway. The pool and other amenities were great too!

We stayed in a tiny home in Liberty Hill, TX for two nights and absolutely loved it! The area was incredibly scenic—surrounded by nature, peaceful vibes, and beautiful views. It was also very walkable, which made exploring the surroundings easy and relaxing. The tiny home was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend it for a quiet getaway or weekend retreat!

Wonderful place. Super clean and beautiful as advertised. TJ and Nadine were very responsive. My family of 5 had a wonderful time. Rented a golf cart, spent time at the beach club and even took in a few of the nearby trails. We will likely be going back next year.

Patti's retreat cottage is great. It is secluded, peaceful, and very close to natural areas that we enjoyed exploring. We love to cook wherever we go, and the kitchen was a great place to make our meals. The town of Dripping Springs isn't far --- there you'll find groceries, bakeries and terrific BBQ at "Pig Pen". We would have easily enjoyed a longer stay, but we were only booked for a week. Patti's place was exactly what we wanted. She and David were wonderful hosts--we enjoyed meeting them. Many thanks to them for sharing their beautiful place with travelers.

Such an amazing place, we felt at home and loved it. Seconds to the creak and so many awseome restaurants and shops. Perfect for us with a young child / would be the best getaway for a couple. Great night life so close yet cabin was quiet and calm. Loved it and can't wait for our next visit to Salado from UK. Carol was great with updating us before, during and after stay. The best host. We are sad to be home now!

We just finished our second stay at Amustus and this place is becoming so special to us. It’s such a great place to get away and sit in peace. Janet is an excellent host and her attention to detail makes our stay even better. I hope more people get to experience this lovely cabin.

I adored my stay, and would definitely recommend. It’s a very peaceful cabin, with a sense of home in the walls. I needed an escape from the city, & this was perfect! I loved that the cabin was pet friendly, with a perfect area for my lab. & The mattress!!! -the best sleep i have gotten in a while. I’d definitely stay again!

Was amazing me and my girlfriend stayed there we wanted a place by the lake so we could go paddle boarding ( they had fun water toys we did bring our own paddle board but they had some that they let us use! ) there’s also a cute cowboy swimming pool that we used if you want a place to get away from the world this is it!

The cabin was amazing! Exactly what we were looking for. We were about 20 minutes from all the events we had planned in north Austin area. Horses are on site and friendly. Deer walked past the cabin multiple times. Very dog friendly! Our hosts responded to us immediately every time we had a question.

this was a very nice place. very clean and quiet. We stayed 1 night and felt very at home. bed was comfy my favorite was the ac I tend to run hot due to autoimmune disease and that ac was cold so I was extremely comfy. we will definitely stay again

This is a great modern cabin, just as the name says. Perfect for a family of 4. Had everything we needed and was clean. Nice set up inside and out, with a beautiful fire pit (we didn’t get to use it due to burn bans unfortunately) and corn hole. Worth noting there are other places on the property so it’s not entirely secluded, but felt private enough for us. Would definitely return here.

If you're looking to get away from crowds and have space to yourself, this is the place! Keep in mind that this location is NOT intended to be a luxury stay...it is rugged and set up similar to a hunting lodge. At the time of our stay, there were 2 sets of bunk beds, so for couples, there is either going to be a crowded bed, or you'll have to sleep separate. This wasn't an issue for us, as we knew what we were getting into to begin with, but something others should keep in mind when booking this location. It is comfortable, and on a ranch with lots of land, so staying here allows for exploration. For us, we'll definitely stay here again. Carl was super nice, and was more than willing to accommodate wherever necessary. We made a new friend by staying here!

Elena’s cabin couldn’t have been more charming and quiet. Everything you need and more. Cozy deck with table and chairs for coffee in the morning and the floors were spotless! I was able to walk 1/2 block and catch the bus into downtown in 10 minutes. Elena was so gracious and answered my messages promptly. Highly recommend!

Had a fabulous stay at the eastside cabin. Perfect for a single Occupant and the outdoor shower was awesome. Such a funky neighborhood with market down the road and lots of things in a walkable distance :)
