Wonderful trip to Granby! The house was just like the pictures. Perfect set up for me and my family. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of linens and towels. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of skiing - was very convenient to be able to walk 2 minutes and be on a run down to the lifts. Communication between the owners was great and they were very helpful and responsive. We definitely loved the house and location and plan to return!

Our family of 7 enjoyed the privacy and beauty of this home. The home itself had the basics we needed and the local markets had the rest. If you are looking for time away to spend with family, this is the place to go to.

Picturesque. The whole family loved this cabin. The kids were delighted to explore the river. The dog gate on the deck was very useful. The house was beautiful and cozy. I have never felt so close to nature with this level of access to modern conveniences. Krissy and Kyle took great care of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless. While we did not have time to use the hot tub or the fire pit, detailed instructions were provided in their wonderful field guide. I only wish we could have stayed more than one night. We plan to return! Thank you for your amazing hospitality!

Everything was ready for us at the time agreed upon, check-in super easy. Written directions posted for renters were excellent. 2 private bedrooms, additional large bed in an alcove upstairs. One full bath, one half bath. Wi-Fi excellent Laundry machines, d/w, microwave, toaster, drip coffee pot, large frig, electric stove/oven, good selection of pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils. Filtered water pitcher in fridge. Brought our own crockpot & hand mixer. Stunningly beautiful location. In a hilly, forested neighborhood, feels very private. Upstairs deck w/ propane fire pit, main level deck w/ hot tub & propane BBQ. If you don’t want to go anywhere, you won’t need to. About 90-105 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Forest (use state hwys 119 & 7, live up to Colorado’s reputation for beautiful highways). About 75 minutes into the west side of the Denver Metro area. Bryce was very responsive to questions before we arrived & while there. Thank you!

Beautiful views and clean, newer feeling house. The big glass window across the entirety of the living room looking out on the mountain was our favorite part. Tim was responsive and we did not have any issues with our stay. The house is a few minutes from the bottom of the lifts. You could take a shuttle or drive very quickly/easily to the base of the Mary Jane or Winter Park.

Great spot! Matched description and everything was as expected. We had a nice getaway and would definitely look to stay again!

Beautiful cabin! We had a great stay. Hot tub and sauna were a plus! Only thing that was tricky were the stairs!! Really wished that the snow on the side of the cabin would have been cleared so that we could have parked our vehicle.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved being able to have our pets. Liked the pool area. And how close it was to many restaurants, shopping and the resort. Condo is small but functional. And a nice space. Overall a great experience. Would stay again.

everything as expected, would stay again

A great place to stay in the mountains and is pet friendly. It was perfect for the wife and I and our pup that we brough along. We were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities that were supplied (extra towels and cooking supplies and such). Each room was climate controlled for heat, which was also nice. Along with the gas fireplace, its a cozy stay. Tim also has a about a 3 acre fenced in yard that was perfect for our dog who of course loved it also. All in all great stay and we will be coming back.

Had a lovely stay at Roger & Sharon’s place! Everything was as described, we had everything we needed, and felt right at home. Extremely clean and well maintained, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Thank you for a great stay!

Very convenient to the base of the hill. Easy parking. Great hot tub. A great place for 2 people to stay to ski Winter Park.

Loved the place. Super clean apartment, close to restaurants, bus stop (Winter Park) and other activities. Kitchen is stocked and location is unbeatable. Private heated parking is a perk in winter. Janet is responsive and helpful.

Our family enjoyed staying here. It was clean and had everything we needed. Very convenient to skiing (only a 5 minute drive to Granby Ranch), the grocery store, and town. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect! Everything was incredibly clean and the surroundings were beautiful. Communication with the owners was excellent - they were responsive and willing to help with anything we needed. Hot tub was such an amazing end to every day. We will be back!

Beautiful location, just far enough away to be private and secluded

My family of 6 stayed here for a few days while we skied at Granby Ranch. We had an awesome time. We had everything we needed. The house was stocked with plenty of pillows and blankets, toilet paper, and detergent for keeping up with laundry. We had an issue with the key pad the first day and the host responded and fixed the issue very quickly. We loved the sunrise views over the mountains each morning and watching/listening to beautiful creek running through the backyard. The fireplace was so cozy after a day at the slopes! My only wishes would be if there was a hot tub on the amazing porch, if the master bed mattress was a little more firm, and if there were blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Otherwise, it was perfect!!

My wife and I stayed at the Pinecone cabin for a much needed weekend getaway! Everything about our cabin was perfect! It truly felt like a home away from home. The staff was VERY responsive to absolutely any need we had and made us feel very welcome. We’re already looking at booking our next family vacation in Estes with our boys and will be staying here again in a bigger cabin!

This home is beautiful and in a gorgeous, peaceful location. All nessecities were available. We will be back someday.

The main goal of our trip to Grand Lake was achieved: to enjoy the snow. We loved our Airbnb, the hosts are friendly and respond quickly, the place is comfortable and warm (cheers to the heater, we were surrounded by snow and felt very warm). The location is great, we found several activities and restaurants nearby. Just a heads up if your goal is to go to RMNP: the roads to the park were closed (we went in March) so there is no access to the main parts of the park from the Grand Lake entrance. However, we found many breathtaking views and a lot of nature in the area!

Very welcoming host. Estes Park is beautiful abd this place is great without breaking the bank.

We had a great, quiet weekend stay! This cozy cottage was so close to the lake, hiking and downtown. It was such a relaxing sweet house and area. The perfect place to close out the season and see some last colorful leaves. the little snafu at check in (not their fault!) was handled quickly and worked out fine. both Tim and Pam were very responsive, accessible and helpful. We would love to come back for another getaway.

Sue and her husband were very friendly, and communication was great!! We had lodge #8, and it was very clean, great view, walk to the canal for fishing, and also a nice walking trail! my 2 kids (3,&5) had a absolute blast, on the playground, and making s’mores on the fire! We are already planning for our next trip there! 10/10 recommend!
