Wonderful trip to Granby! The house was just like the pictures. Perfect set up for me and my family. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of linens and towels. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of skiing - was very convenient to be able to walk 2 minutes and be on a run down to the lifts. Communication between the owners was great and they were very helpful and responsive. We definitely loved the house and location and plan to return!

Wow! Our group of 6 adults, 2 small children, and 3 dogs had the BEST time. The house is right near the cute downtown area and about a mile from the Argo Mine. We spent time shopping and eating downtown, went on the mine tour, and drove up to Echo Lake for a hike. All awesome! The kitchen had so many great appliances and dishware which was amazing because we cooked a big dinner one of the nights and we grilled out on the back deck. Also well stocked with kid friendly dishes. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the upstairs area we fit two pack n plays and 2 adults sleeping up there. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend for a family friendly weekend!

The 5 King beds plus a bunk room made this a great home for our group. We loved the location for skiing at Winter Park. The house is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Hot tub and the views from it were outstanding.

Great cabin, and great location! The cabin itself was very clean and pleasant to spend time in. Great home base for accessing Grand Lake and the surrounding area. Only 5 minutes from downtown Grand Lake. Just as good was Pamela's hosting. She reached out to me a week ahead of time with clear instructions about how to get to the cabin, check in/check out procedures, etc. She responded immediately (more than once) with answers to my questions. Then, a couple days later, she reached out to me again to give me a heads up about fire bans and gave me a link to the Grand County site for more information. I was impressed and appreciative of her proactive, courteous messages. Great stay. Highly recommend!

Cathy's house in Estes is a perfect place to stay. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into hosting out of this home and it still feels homely. Beds are very firm and perfect for me, with back issues!! The bed setup for the couch is comfortable and spacious. We spent many hours just looking out the window at the gorgeous view.

If you are looking for a great little mountain house close to ski resorts and walkable to restaurants this is a gem! Susan was easy to deal with and very accommodating to our group’s needs. She doesn’t live in Colorado so sometimes responses were not immediate but she did always get back to us and was very helpful. We came for a few days to have a quick spring break ski trip with our teens and this house checked all the boxes. Not fancy - but super comfortable. Looks like the photos and was easy to get to and get in. Adorable mid century vibe with an eclectic assortment of furnishings this is one we will tell our friends about & save to come back to!

A great place to stay in the mountains and is pet friendly. It was perfect for the wife and I and our pup that we brough along. We were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities that were supplied (extra towels and cooking supplies and such). Each room was climate controlled for heat, which was also nice. Along with the gas fireplace, its a cozy stay. Tim also has a about a 3 acre fenced in yard that was perfect for our dog who of course loved it also. All in all great stay and we will be coming back.

We had a wonderful week at Patzy’s peaceful and spacious apartment. The kitchen was wonderfully outfitted with every appliance you might need, and we had plenty of space for two people to stay comfortably. Patzy was both proactive and responsive in her communication with us, and we enjoyed her hospitality. Thank you!

Had a lovely stay at Roger & Sharon’s place! Everything was as described, we had everything we needed, and felt right at home. Extremely clean and well maintained, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Thank you for a great stay!

The place felt like our own cabin in the woods, was well decorated, had all the amenities we needed, and was comfortable to hang out and relax. We appreciated the full kitchen to be able to prepare meals, loved the windows, and enjoyed the fireplace.

We had a great stay at Lisa’s . The kitchen was well stocked with a few condiments and a variety of cooking items. The hot tub and pool were easily accessible and felt great after a big day skiing . Loved the lighted toilet 😊.

We booked a last minute trip to Estes and this was perfect. There was a full kitchen with many things provided which was great to cook at home rather than eating out for every meal. The location was very close to downtown (walkable) and a quick drive to Rocky National Park. The place was incredibly clean. Instructions were great. I would book here again.

This is a really well-done remodel. Everything was well appointed, clean and thoughtful. We occasionally heard noise from above but it didn’t bother us. We were greeted by their sweet dog when we arrived. It’s a private rental with serene surroundings.

It was a perfect spot for a getaway with being close to Eldora and to Nederland. The bedroom was nice and spacious and the black out shades made it easy to sleep in!

Perfect place to stay as there’s shuttle to the ski resort every 30 min, AND it’s almost the start stop so you’ll always get seats even on weekends. Cozy little place with a functional fireplace, and a well equipped kitchen. Showers were great very strong water pressure! Only thing to mind is it’s in the first floor and the whole building is a wooden structure, so you might hear steps from upper floor quite easily.

We had a great stay in the Family Mountain Memories condo! The layout was perfect for two couples, and the kitchen was well-stocked for our needs. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were very clean. We were pleased with the condo’s ski-in/ski-out location. We skied three days and being so close to the Kicking Horse lift was very convenient. We enjoyed the nearby hot tub and also playing games in the evenings. Very enjoyable stay. Beautiful area. Accommodations were great! Plenty of hot water for 4 people to shower, warm and cozy gas fireplace, and well equipped kitchen. It was close to the quaint downtown shops and the Rocky Mountain National Park. Highly recommend!

Pictures and description are accurate. View from the living room/porch is excellent. Wifi speeds were adequate. Bed was comfortable (for reference, I normally sleep on a Sleep Number bed, and my number is 35, so on the softer side).

Great spot, as described, very comfortable and peaceful, and has everything you need for a getaway including a well stocked kitchen! Also appreciated the bonus snacks left by previous folks. :) Hot springs were close enough that I didn't end up using the hot tub but if staying longer, that would have a been a great perk. (Cleaning up, vacuuming, and washing + drying the laundry is requested so just make sure you can budget that time in the morning.) Would definitely recommend Scott's place!

Awesome place to stay! really cozy especially with a fire and super easy to grab a shuttle to winter park for some laps!

My family enjoyed the quick access to and from the lift. This allowed my family to enjoy meals between skiing. The condo had plenty of space and was warm and cozy retreat to rest and relax. It is also close to a grocery store and not far from multiple towns to grab food if needed.

Such a great place to stay with my family. Liz was very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely place in Granby.
