Great place—very clean and exactly like the pictures! The instructions were clear and helpful. The host also gave great recommendations for places to check out, which was much appreciated. The only issue was communication. When I asked about an early check-in, my message was read but never answered. Then, at check-in time, the cleaning crew was still there. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but improved communication would be helpful for future guests. Overall, I would book again!

Loved staying here in WinterPark! The location was great, walkable to restaurants and shuttle to the mountain right outside. The Airbnb was great, fully stocked with what you would need and very clean.

Nice two bedroom apartment with generous living and kitchen. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable. The bus to Winter Park picks up in the parking lot. So easy.

I loved staying here. The spiral staircase was cute. It had everything we needed. The only tip I would give is take the Green Line home from WP if you ski. We were confused on which route to take.

We loved this beautiful, cozy condo! The ski in/out access was very easy (although it’s worth noting that if you have a beginner skier in your group you won’t be able to access ski-in because it requires intermediate skill, but beginners will be able to ski out at least!) and SO convenient. We loved being able to go back to the condo to take a ski break in our own cozy surroundings. The place is small but still feels spacious, with a really big bathroom and plenty of closet space. I loved having the tiny kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out for every single meal. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Blake’s studio is perfect for a couple who love to ski and enjoy the hot tub which is right outside the patio. Check in was a breeze and Blake was super responsive. The kitchen was well stocked - we would definitely stay there again. Loved the ski in/out access the most!

Loved the place. Super clean apartment, close to restaurants, bus stop (Winter Park) and other activities. Kitchen is stocked and location is unbeatable. Private heated parking is a perk in winter. Janet is responsive and helpful.

This was a great spot for our spring break ski trip! So nice to have three beds for kids in a separate room. The toys and books is a nice touch and perfect for entertaining kids while we made dinners. Easy shuttle ride to Winter Park. Very close to groceries. The pool and hot tub were easy to use and actually warm! Would definitely book again.

Aditi's place was phenomenal! Definitely a must stay. Perfect location to get away. Aditi's instructions were clear and the home was well cared for. Modern home for the area and the price was perfect for a weekend getaway for the 4 of us. we all felt it was a home away from home. we will be coming back as long as it is available!

Cute home on the west side of town. You can walk to town within 10 to 15 minutes, or access the event center or lake area. The home is very clean, recently remodeled, comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace and relaxing in the sauna at the end of the day. We even fired at the fireplace outside to toast marshmallows, one night. We had an issue with the home not being ready we first checked in but the host were responsive and able to get things fixed. We would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Paul's home! The location was PERFECT and Paul was extremely responsive whenever we had a question about the property! We can't wait to stay again in the future!

Place was great, and clean, only problem is that the people staying there before us didn’t clean their dishes well, so we had to do some dishes when we first got there due to some nasty residue left on a few dishes

Everything was ready for us at the time agreed upon, check-in super easy. Written directions posted for renters were excellent. 2 private bedrooms, additional large bed in an alcove upstairs. One full bath, one half bath. Wi-Fi excellent Laundry machines, d/w, microwave, toaster, drip coffee pot, large frig, electric stove/oven, good selection of pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils. Filtered water pitcher in fridge. Brought our own crockpot & hand mixer. Stunningly beautiful location. In a hilly, forested neighborhood, feels very private. Upstairs deck w/ propane fire pit, main level deck w/ hot tub & propane BBQ. If you don’t want to go anywhere, you won’t need to. About 90-105 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Forest (use state hwys 119 & 7, live up to Colorado’s reputation for beautiful highways). About 75 minutes into the west side of the Denver Metro area. Bryce was very responsive to questions before we arrived & while there. Thank you!

We had a great time at Neil's place. very reasonable price for the space making it affordable for our girls trip. We enjoyed the private hot tub. Neil is also super friendly and responsive making it a seamless trip!

Amy's place was conveniently located for our ski trip. The place was very clean and comfortable. Amy provided good instructions and made us feel welcomed. We would stay there again!

My favorite things about the stay were the beautiful views (hot tub overlooking a river surrounded by trees), the location (a short drive to restaurants and downtown), and it was decorated nicely (loved the murals). Everything was straightforward. Enjoyed my stay very much)

Great spot and we love Winter Park and love staying at the base. This was a very reasonably priced place and my boys and I were right at home. The place was clean, parking was easy, and the new hot tubs were a plus as well. We’d like to come back. Thanks, Nate

Benjamin’s place was what we needed for our trip. The location is perfect with the slopes right across the pedestrian walk from the building. Check in and out was simple. Benjamin always responded to any questions we had. We definitely recommend his place to others.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Winter Park/Fraser. Besides being in ana amazing location this condo is tucked away slightly so you can truly enjoy the peacefulness of Fraser. Highly recommend staying here on your next visit.

The place is incredibly nice with great amenities. The host is very active and helpful. I would highly recommend it for 4 people. However, I would suggest having your own car, since there aren’t many buses or public transportation options around. Having a car makes it much easier to get around and fully enjoy the area. Would definitely recommend this place!

I only stayed at Sarah’s for one night, but it was the perfect place to stay for a quick ski weekend. Check in/out were easy, the space is clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect, with easy access to both the shuttle and restaurants in town. I definitely recommend it!
