Stayed a few nights while working nearby. House was clean, kitchen sink had a bad smell, but we enjoyed our stay. the price was a bit steep though compared to nicer listings we've stayed at on lake greenwood.

Very nice and clean cottage at the lake, very beautiful peaceful surroundings. Only bad thing is that we could only stay there for a very short period of time, would have loved to stay longer!

Such a warm & cute place to stay! The home was stocked with everything we needed. Very comfortable & clean. Shane was easy to reach & he took care of everything! We look forward to coming back and staying here. The back deck was our favorite place to sit and relax. Great stay & host!

The cabin was exactly as described. The road getting to the cabin was a bit bumpy and a sports car might have some issues, but the family sedan was fine going very slow. Be sure you pack towels and sheets.

Place was clean and host was super helpful. Felt right at home and host was always responsive if needed. I would definitely stay here again the morning sunrises are great but the sunset over the lake is perfect.

We enjoyed our stay immensely at Bill’s lake house. The views were beautiful and the house was perfect. Check in was a breeze. Everything was just as pictured and described. Bill and Evelyn were very prompt and friendly with any questions we had. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The bedrooms were beautiful and soo comfortable and provided plenty of room for our family.

Our group ranged from ages 8-91 and this property has something for everyone. The outdoor space is beautiful and the covered dock offers everything from fishing to relaxing on the swing and watching TV. The host added so many extras I didn’t expect for example: phone chargers in each bedroom, a bottle of wine on the island upon arrival, coffee pods, plenty of dish liquid, hand soap and even shampoo. A basket at the back door with beach towels and insect spray. Dog feed and water bowl on the peaceful covered back porch. The outdoor lighting was fantastic all the way from the house to the dock. We have rented many Airbnb lake homes over the years and this one is my favorite thus far. David is very kind, accommodating and takes pride in his property.

This home is exactly as pictured. Beautiful and welcoming with a beautiful view of the lake. I would definitely recommend staying here for a quiet vacation. The host (Kirk) is fantastic and responsive with any questions. I look forward to coming back again some time.

The sky lights are amazing letting in all the natural light. The back patio is an awesome place to sit and relax while taking in the view bug free. The place was perfect for our trip. Thanks for sharing it.

It’s a great lake house! Cute and quirky. Lots of inside activities including ping pong, board games, cards, and puzzles. We hosted dinner and were well equipped with cookware, utensils, and serve ware. The dock was so peaceful and the swing was so comfortable. The Sun deck was great too. We loved the landscaping and privacy. We will definitely be booking again.

House was in a beautiful, quiet location on the lake! The house was very clean apon arrival, and smelled amazing! Property had many amenities and great views. We throughly loved our visit here & hope to come back soon!

We were extremely happy with the proactive communication and detail during the booking process, our stay and the follow communication when we departed. Unpredictably and at no fault to Barrett we were unable to stay through our entire reservation. She was exceptionally gracious in communication and understanding. The lake house was adorable, clean and we would recommend staying for anybody in the area.

This is truly a log cabin getaway! It has a fenced in backyard which meets up directly with the late which is great for pet parents. The dock is perfect for jumping in to the lake with a ladder to get back up. It is a very comfortable space with enough space for everyone! There is no WiFi but it is perfect for disconnecting and spending some screen-free time. Would definitely come back, the views are wonderful too!

We spent Christmas weekend at the Stratford house and it was perfect for our family to have our own place, while being able to visit extended family nearby. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Byron and Thessa were helpful and communicative. We would definitely enjoy staying again.

Carla was so friendly! Always quickly to respond. Home was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. One of the girls left a swimsuit behind and she reached out to see if it was okay to ship it back to us!!! 💕

We enjoyed our stay Greenwood! The host was flexible with our added requests and assisted us when we needed it. We would love to come back again to Greenwood, whenever we visit our daughters again.

The place was easy to find and had plenty of sleeping space for everyone! Large yard to play in and the dock was deep enough to swim with no issues.

The house and lake were beautiful, although it is pretty remote without much around, so plan on bringing food to prepare there. Wasn’t spotless, but wasn’t really dirty either. We enjoyed that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Internet isn’t fast, so I wouldn’t plan on working there. Overall, had a fantastic stay. The host gives clear information and the pictures live up to it.

Very clean place, and the hosts are so friendly. The house is well-stocked; we had everything we needed and it was easy to feel at home. We were in Greenwood to visit family who recently moved to the area. This location was a little out of the way for that purpose because everything [the family] wanted to do was uptown or closer to home for them. Greenwood is relatively small, though, so the time to get other places was not too long. I anticipate staying again when we can enjoy doing more on the lake.
