This was my first Airbnb experience and I loved how responsive Tiffany was with concerns and questions, very peaceful area and just overall a great stay.

Stayed in this lovely home for two mos whole my home was being repaired. It was cozy and comfortable . The beds were amazingly comfortable after coming from a hotel. This was such a welcome change. Place wasn’t far from home. I loved the kitchen. In fact I took a few ideas from the kitchen cabinets and had them built to the same standards. The anti fatigue mat. Little things that never thought of. If you need a cozy comfortable place to stay when traveling this is it.

Perfect condo in every way! Loved being close to Lake Arrowhead Village and the freedom to walk to the grocery store and to restaurants. The unit is very private, was spotless, gas fireplace was simple to use. Would definitely recommend to others and look forward to staying there again.

Had the most incredible 30th's birthday here. Intimate gathering with my closest friends and partner. Some highlights: The heated pool was a HUGE hit. The poolside fire pits, waterfall, palm trees and mountain view was UNBEATABLE. The sunset over the mountains was stunning, and the lights from the town below equally so. Levels for seating and standing in the pool - both inside to be mostly submerged and outside for dangling feet. There was ample space for poolside gear/food and towels for 13 people. Some of my friends stayed up and watched the sunrise. Even the waterfall was heated! The inside of the house was incredible. Clean, pretty, huge dinner table with comfy chairs for playing games, a big fridge, an inside fireplace, a large bluetooth speaker, comfy recliner armchairs with chargers, a comfy couch upstairs, big luxurious beds, air hockey, two showers and a master bed/bath with a jacuzzi bathtub. Miguel was so nice and responsive! I just dont know when I've felt more fancy.

Jana was extremely helpful and welcomed my family with open arms. All of our communication was done through texting in the app, response times never longer than 15 minutes. She even let us borrow a few chairs when we ran out of chairs during our thanksgiving dinner. House was huge and spacious. Plenty of room for large families staying together. Thanks a million Jana! ❤️

Amazing place in Big Bear. Great view of the lake. The home comes as advertised. Our family made some great memories there and we greatly appreciate this home. Bryan was easy to communicate with and responded quickly when messaged. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

Fantastic stay. Such a cute house! Jeanna was incredibly generous and flexible with check-in and out times, which was so helpful when driving in from long distance.

Stayed here for a quick spring break trip with my family and absolutely loved it. It had something for everyone. My dogs and daughter loved the big backyard, my husband loved the hot tub, and my teenage son loved the game room and jacuzzi. Perfect location, everything was 5-10 min away - slopes, village, parks, lake. Neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Yuriy was proactive and very responsive whenever I reached out with questions. Would absolutely stay here again!

This has been one of THE BEST Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. Jennifer is an amazing host, it was great to be able to ask a real quick question and get answers that were not only helpful but quick! This place was so roomy and our whole family enjoyed their stay! We were able to sit and eat and be together even with so many of us there. The rooms are split on the 3 floors, two masters upstairs, one on the main floor and the built bed room and the two Jack and Jill rooms down stairs. Most rooms had access to a balcony which was wonderful as well! Enjoying our mornings out on the balcony with our coffee was AMAZING, you can’t beat the view. We loved it so much we were tempted to stay longer! Definitely will be staying here the next time we come to Lake Arrowhead!

The location is great, and the number of rooms and bathrooms were just perfect for our group of families. Annie was quite helpful and let us check in earlier even to accommodate our young kids. The house was very warm for this winter season and close to the Summit. We had a great stay.

Excellent value, prime location, and exactly what we needed for our last minute mini family trip during spring break! Couldn’t recommend more.

We stayed for my birthday trip and we absolutely loved it, bigger than we expected and so much to do! We needed somewhere with plenty of amenities for our group of 12 adults. The game room, spa and patio is where we stayed most of our trip! Plenty of beds and even had spare mattresses tucked away to use. Absolutely loved the early and late check in/out times, that’s practically unheard of on AirBnb! Michael was super nice and responsive whenever we had questions before, during and even after our stay. The only tiny con of the whole stay, which most of us didn’t mind was the floors and walls are thin so if anyone is sleeping downstairs while people were still upstairs you could hear it very clearly. But we would still book again 10x regardless! One of the best annual trips our group has had

Very relaxing and peaceful place to stay with a comfortable couch and fast WiFi. Close proximity to hiking and restaurants. Great place for dogs with a nice fenced in backyard. Big dining table great for meals and board games.

Steven & Michelle’s place was beyond amazing. My husband and myself wanted to enjoy some peace and quiet time for our anniversary and that is what we got. The directions to the house were very easy to follow. The house itself is so beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed how quiet it was. The little creek that runs behind the house was nice to listen to while sitting out on one of the many decks. The hot tub was very relaxing and clean. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfy. We loved how the house was tucked away from others and it was a short drive to stores. We had no issues at all with our stay and we will hopefully be staying at their house again in the future.

Our group had a fantastic stay at this place! The accommodation was spacious, cozy, and exactly as described. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well thought out. The location was excellent – close to everything we needed, in a safe and convenient area. A special thanks to the host(s) for their hospitality and quick communication – any questions we had were promptly addressed. We felt very comfortable and would happily stay here again. You won’t be disappointed booking this amazing house. The house is very spacious and is located at a great location. We were walking distance to Snow Summit and other shops. The place came with nice amenities and we had a great time.

The property was as described. We enjoyed our time at Coleen's home. The area was peaceful, and big enough to host our party size. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay with comfortable bedding, plenty of towels, and full kitchen. I appreciate they had some travel size soaps/ shampoo, and a Keurig with K cups, ensuring a smooth first morning. Location is about half a mile from a variety of grocery stores and pharmacy , 2 miles from the slopes. Exceptionally clean and cozy we had superior service with the host. Wouldn’t change a thing and highly recommend.

absolutely gorgeous little property. absolutely exceeded all my expectations and was super easy to find. It gave me the artistic escape I needed and I wish I had stayed longer. Thank you for being a wonderful host and curating such a special space.

This is by far the nicest place we have ever stayed in San Bernardino! The house is nicely updated, clean, private…very comfortable. Stephanie was kind and responsive within minutes of any time I messaged her. I would definitely stay there again.
