Very responsive and a great place to enjoy with friends

Our family loved our stay, we have two young kids and they enjoyed the pool and golf the entire trip. There were clear instructions on how to use everything around the house that made our stay easy and smooth. The house and yard were absolutely beautiful and private. Rick was very responsive and thorough. Next time we're in the area we will definitely be staying here again.

Great place to stay. has a steep driveway . they let you use the garage opener so you can park in the garage. it has nice reclining chairs.

Host is awesome. Made sure we had everything we need and even had extras sent to the house just incase. This is a custom house with all the details well thought out and dialed in. The house was designed with entertainment in mind. You can play music throughout the great room and sync it to the back yard via iPad. Backyard has a nice pool, jacuzzi, fireplace, nice bbq grill and its own restroom. One thing i love most is the ice machine. Saved us so much time from making runs for ice! Luis did such a great job with this house. Definitely learned a few things from staying here. Best house we ever stayed in Havasu. We'll be coming back here when we visit again.

Our week here was amazing, Samantha is an incredible host and the house was perfect for a week of swimming and relaxing by the pool/hot tub with family. We paid to heat the pool to 90° which worked very well for us with a baby. Kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. The property is well looked after, and we were sent many restaurant recommendations by Samantha which were super helpful! She was quick to answer our questions even before booking the stay!

Kory's place was clean easy to get to and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Parking was spot on for boats and close to launch ramp. It was a great stay as always, we love Kory's properties.

We stayed at this beautiful home for a month and loved every day there. We loved the pool area along with the outdoor kitchen and seating areas. The home layout was perfect and we felt so comfortable there. The mountain views and sunsets were spectacular. In addition, we were mostly impressed with Kevin and his response time when we had questions. He was an incredible host and we would love to come back again. More than a five star review for sure.

This place was absolutely wonderful, very peaceful and the pool and the backyard was like having your own private resort. Cleaned very well, responsive host and they had everything well labeled and thoughtfully stocked. We would love to stay here again.

Sarah’s place was very cozy and felt like home. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. It was truly a home away from home. Slept wonderful in the beds as well, which is a huge plus when staying in an Airbnb! Allot of times we did not get very good sleep in the past Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. Sarah’s place was the best! Sarah's place was a perfect stop for us on 3 week roadtrip. The home had everything we needed and is definitely designed for entertainment with loads of sitting areas to take in the gorgeous area. The location is perfect, close to everything but still in a quiet upscale neighborhood. The hot tub was a huge win after a long day of hiking and our pups appreciated the fenced in backyard. Sarah is a great host, greeting us when we arrived offering assistance with anything we needed, Would definitely stay again.

Felt super at home at Sarah’s place! Nice privacy even with it being attached to another unit. Loved the area! Surprisingly quiet for NYE which is a bonus if you have a dog who doesn’t like fireworks. Sarah is super friendly & communication was spot on before my stay, durning and when I was leaving. I appreciated the fact she had cared to take care of basic needs like coffee, eggs, sugar, random drys storage goodies if checking in late or even durning the stay. Would def recommend checking out if in the area and consider staying again :)

We were surprised & extremely happy with our stay! Pictures didn’t do it justice-it was beautiful. We hosted dinner for friends there & they are all hoping to rent this place next year. It was loved by all our Alaska friends as a great winter get-a-way!

Great location, lots of amenities, quick to respond and really comfortable for multiple families. Huge boat parking and garage space is nice to keep the cars cool during our stay. Would definitely be staying here again.

Love this property. We have stayed here before and will be back. Perfect for a few couples or families. Backyard is wonderful for a day to relax off the lake.
