Fantastic place to stay. The balcony lets you see the water and watch the boaters and walkers, and get great sun all day! This place is a 3-5 minute walk to restaurants in the English Village under the London Bridge. Very comfortable condo stocked perfectly!

Erika was a great host! Beautiful home, nice amenities, and peaceful location. She was incredibly responsive and 10/10 would stay again.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect as we were able to enjoy walks in the nearby park, to the facility pool and to nearby restraunts. The stay was comfortable and felt like home. We would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was clean, cozy, and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the check-in process was seamless. One of the shower heads was broken, but the host responded immediately and sent a repairman to fix it right away—great service!

Excellent place to stay! Felt right at home. Horton went above and beyond - he even ordered a travel crib so our little one would have a place to sleep. Beautiful area and very clean with numerous restaurants and the water within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Great location right on the channel and just steps from the beach. Condo was clean and roomy and hosts were responsive when we had trouble with the keypad to unlock the front door. Walk to restaurants and the London Bridge, which you can see from the dining room table. Covered parking also a plus in AZ. We look forward to our next stay!

The location was perfectly centered in Lake Havasu making many things within walking distance and you could get almost anywhere within the city within 10 minutes. The other residents were extremely friendly and helpful in providing recommendations.

Great backyard/pool. Well furnished house with everything you might need. Thoughtful extras in the kitchen like granola bars, hot chocolate, coffee, a can of dog food in case you forgot dog food. All linens, beach towels. The host responded within 10 minutes

Clean house, great location. Perfect for bigger parties or parties with kids. Loved our stay.

This home is a techies dream! Everything is automated from the blinds, surround sound inside and out, to the kitchen faucet. It's in a convenient location our kids had their e-bikes and they could ride 5-10 minutes and find a park, shopping, coffee shops and more!

I rent a lot of AB&Bs and have staying in some really nice one but I this one is in the top. The home itself was great. Living/kitchen are open and plenty of room. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and glasses. We cooked a lot and there was anything you could ask for. Lots of extras like spices, foil, bags, only thing missing was coffee. There was decalf but no regular coffee. There was a grill and accessories. Rooms had comfortable beds and lots of bedding. Bathrooms were well appointed also. There are towels for the pool. Laundry room had everything you would need. al Now lets move to the back yard. WOW. Pool was great, we paid for it to be heated because it is early April. Hot tub was large. Plenty of outside seating even though were only two lounge chairs. Toys for the pool. The younger boys grew webbed feet they were in it so much!!! Nice fire pit. Wood runs about $8 at the stores. We loved the area and can't wait to go back.

Another amazing stay at Katelyn's place. Such a perfect, cozy home. This was our second stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay on the island. Very close to the water. Big 2 bed, 2 bath. Great deck space. It's just perfect!! Shout out to Katelyn, who is a fantastic communicator and a great host!

Honestly such a great location! And the bed and pillows were fantastic! Even go to see some quail on the patio! 10/10

First time in this unit. Very nice and comfortable. Level 3 has the best views.

Vicki was wonderful to work with. She was helpful and communicative. When I encountered an issue, she helped right away and was flexible. We already have our next stay booked.

Ryan’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway right on the water! The condo is very spacious and in the perfect location. It is right near the London Bridge and in walking distance to a couple of restaurants and shops. But also a short drive to many other options and downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again.

Love the queens bay! Luanns space was in prime location. Super clean and felt homey. Great pool for after lake unwinding. Also has all the steaming platforms which was perfect to catch the Olympics!

Laura was very helpful throughout the check in process as well as always letting me know she’s there for us. We had a great stay and would gladly stay there again as the location was ideal and close to restaurants and the lake/channel

Jack’s rental is spacious, well appointed, had lots of extras (towels, spices, cooking oil, coffee pods, and so much more!). The location was terrific. We could walk to the bridge, restaurants, grocery store, and local ice cream. We could sit out on the patio and relax watching the boats go by. Jack was also very easy to communicate with and he responded to questions quickly.
