The condo was clean, cozy, and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the check-in process was seamless. One of the shower heads was broken, but the host responded immediately and sent a repairman to fix it right away—great service!

Great location right on the channel and just steps from the beach. Condo was clean and roomy and hosts were responsive when we had trouble with the keypad to unlock the front door. Walk to restaurants and the London Bridge, which you can see from the dining room table. Covered parking also a plus in AZ. We look forward to our next stay!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location. The condo was supplied with everything we needed. Danielle contacted us the evening we checked in to make sure everything was what we expected. It was great to have the walking path right outside of our gate. It was a beautiful spot to relax and watch all of the boats go through the channel. We would definately come back!

The complex was very clean pool was heated all the guest were very friendly, plenty of parking. Her place is lovely had everything we needed. My husband and I would stay here again walking distance to bars and restaurants and the spa.

It was a great place for me and my friend! Perfect size for two. It didn’t feel like we were attached to the owners home! Great overall experience

Great place and great location! The main lobby is under construction so that made it a bit harder to get to the pool and enjoy the full resort experience, but nothing the hosts can do about that.

The location was amazing and lived up to our expectations. The house had all the amenities you would ever need. The view of the Colorado River was amazing. The laundry room, linen closet and kitchen cupboards were well stocked. The house had two full washrooms. The property was very secure. John was amazing to change his families vacation plans to accommodate us because we could only go during the March break.

We loved staying at villa 12! We normally stay at villa 4 but this year wanted the extra bedroom and it was wonderful. Such an easy walk to the beach and the outdoor kitchen was amazing! This was our 3rd year staying at the villas and will be back for years to come. The kids had a blast and made some amazing core memories. Thank you Darcy! ❤️

The view is absolutely amazing. Higgly recommend if you just want to get away and sip coffee staring out at the beauty. Even beats the view of camping on the beach. The house looks just like the pictures and is everything you need. My dog and I loved the quick back pathway down to the beach. I have a 10 month old babie and nothing was to unsafe for him, even the strings to the blinds had a high spot to wrap them up. Kassandra was very quick to answer any questions I had as well.

The mobile home is beautifully remodeled and updated and had everything we needed and more. The pool and amenities are wonderful, clean, and accessible. There are large windows in the unit with views of the lake, but unfortunately, there are other mobile home units directly across the cove and the windows have no coverings. So, even though it’s beautiful, you are in a fish bowl, especially at night with the lights on. The bedrooms have blinds and coverings but are in the front of the house facing the road.

Maria’s spot is perfect for those who want to enjoy a great time at the river. The house is large and tons of beds. The AC works and keeps the house cool. TVs and WiFi worked the entire time and had no issues. The patio is wide enough for outdoor gatherings and there is a docking area that is clean and not splintered. One thing we liked about her spot is the neighbors were kind and kept to themselves. She had some cool neighbors as well! The app to unlock the door was simple to use and there was no issue with it. Maria was very responsive and whenever there was an issue or question, she responded almost immediately. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to enjoy the keys in Parker.

3rd time here all within a year, clearly you can tell this is a no brainer of a place to book. Sara is a awesome host and very communicative for any of your needs

Place had been empty for a while but the host was very responsive to any requests we had. He suggested things to do and places to go. It’s a very nice quiet home in a quiet neighborhood with friendly people around.

First time in this unit. Very nice and comfortable. Level 3 has the best views.

Michael's place was fantastic! I would highly recommend. Just as described with up to date photos. conveniently located to the English Village of the London Bridge, the city itself and the Rotary Community Park. the place was spotless and had all ammendities needed. The balcony was large enough for 3 ppl comfortably and to do yoga on. neighbors were friendly and getting thru the gate and into the door was easy. extra to note, the sheets were super soft, not your basic bleached hotel linens.

Vicki was wonderful to work with. She was helpful and communicative. When I encountered an issue, she helped right away and was flexible. We already have our next stay booked.

Ryan’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway right on the water! The condo is very spacious and in the perfect location. It is right near the London Bridge and in walking distance to a couple of restaurants and shops. But also a short drive to many other options and downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again.

My finance and I have stayed all over Lake Havasu , we could confidently say this has to be one of our top 3 spots to stay . It’s less than 5 minute drive to gas station , grocery store , wall greens , 3 minute walk to the channel, and less than 10 minute walk to the London bridge. Also queens bay has a heated pool and hot tub that closes at 11 ! We definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Lake Havasu!

What a great vacation. Had never been to Lake Havasu and had so much fun. Everything was so easy and we had an incredible weekend filled with so many activities for the kids and families. We will be back
