The good: The space was exactly as described — clean, stylish, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was prompt and friendly. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, coffee, and a sweet treat for when we entered. The bed was super comfortable, and overall, it felt like a home away from home. The not-so-good: Unfortunately, there were a couple of major issues that made the stay less than ideal. First, The Beds! They were super comfortable but you couldn’t get out of them. They had memory foam and you literally sunk into the bed which was really uncomfortable waking up or getting out of the bed. Secondly, The water inside the bathroom (pressure) and (temperature) there was something that just wasn’t right. The board games were missing things( the core things). Lastly, parking (abit) of a squeeze and tight for 2 average Vehicles to be parked on location. I hope you find this review helpful!

Very clean and organized upon arrival. comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with everything to cook a full meal. We enjoyed our stay very much

A unique and special place! From the chickens to the view from the porch, everything about our stay was special. Check out the bunk room where you can leave a review (or a sketch of the rooster) on the wall. Tom is great and we have a new friend. This is real close to my son's (and new granddaughter's) place, so I'm sure we'll be back a lot. Some people complain about the rooster, but I'm up early anyway so it didn't bother me. I recommend with no reservations. Well, you need reservations of course, what I meant was....

Adorable house close to campus and all our activities… Beds were super comfy!! Towels were great too!! Backyard fire pit was a nice place to relax ❤️

What a great place! This was our first time at this cottage and we can’t wait to stay again. It was exactly how it was described and pictured. We loved it, one of our favorite stays in Athens!

Had a great stay this weekend. The guest house was very cute and clean and the location was extremely convenient for everything I needed to do in Athens. The neighborhood itself was also beautiful and I only wish I'd had time to take a nice walk around! The unit itself is very cosy. The bed was extremely comfortable and all of the 'little things' had been thought of. I stayed by myself but it would have been very comfortable for two, and even with four it's a million times better than a hotel room! Unfortunately my daughter graduates in a few weeks or I would definitely stay again!

Ashlie’s place was the perfect place to stay while visiting Athens. Loved the private hot tub, the fully stocked kitchenette, and the complementary eye masks were a plus. ☺️

We had a fantastic stay at the cottage and an amazing time at the farm. This trip was a birthday celebration for our daughter and the owners made it very special for her. We loved everything about our trip and our stay, we highly recommend staying at the cottage and visiting the farm and can't wait to return!
