Very clean. Home away from home. Met all our expectations and more. We would highly recommend this place to others and will definitely book at this location again whenever we’re in the area. Very enjoyable.

We chose this place to stay because of the close proximity to our family members home. The apartment was nicely decorated, clean, and very inviting. We had others staying above us, and didn’t even know they were there. The hosts promptly accommodated a last minute change with us removing two guests. We have already shared the listing with friends who will be in the area soon. Thanks for the great stay.

Charming modern apartment in a converted mill building, has cool vibes. The place is cozy and perfect for two. The furniture is comfortable and kitchen has what you need. Super close to the historic downtown that has awesome shops and food. Would love to stay again!

I had a wonderful stay. Caroline was helpful and very responsive. The apartment is immaculate and in a great location. Walkable to downtown Morganton. I highly recommend.

This was perfect for quick weekend trip as a single female. The apartment itself is much bigger than the pictures make it appear. It's spacious, well-kept, and beautifully decorated. The furniture is a little dated, but it's very comfortable and enjoyable. Super soft bed, many places have really uncomfortable mattresses, that's not the case here. I did not want to get out of bed. Super walkable to everything I wanted/needed to do and I felt safe even venturing out at night. My only recommendation would be to update the outdoor furniture on the balcony.

We had another lovely stay at Cathy's apartment. The back deck with rocking chairs was wonderful on a warm afternoon in March. Everything was so comfortable. We walked to downtown Davidson in about 15 minutes.

We had a great 4-day stay at this Salisbury apartment! It was well stocked and we were so grateful for all the “extras” - toilet paper, paper towels, water, coffee, etc. I also want to note for other families with kids - one bedroom doesn’t have a window which was great for my 3 year old who is used to a blacked out room. Also, we brought a pack n play for my 9 month old and it fit perfectly in the other bedroom’s closet, so there was plenty of space! The location is great, we were close to everything! We will definitely be booking again in the future!

Dan was a great host. The house is very well taken care off and spotless. A/C worked great. We needed to stay a little longer than planned and Dan took care of it with no problem. Would highly recommend.

Our second stay to visit family in the area. The house is cheerfully decorated, comfortable, and fully stocked with all the basics for a lazy morning, or an at home evening. Chad reached out to us a few times throughout our stay just to check-in which was much appreciated.

This place is very welcome very cozy very clean with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very quiet and relaxing place .we enjoyed our vacation and we will come back . The host Melissa was super nice and very thoughtful of everything what you need to make your stay fantastic.we love that place and is highly recommend to give a try .

The home was even more amazing than described! It was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and absolutely beautiful. Every detail was well thought out, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host was very responsive and quick to address any questions I had, which made the experience even better. I would definitely love to stay here again!

His homes are always a great place to stay. Cleaner than any I’ve ever booked and in a safe and peaceful area.

We enjoyed our stay. In town for a show at the Flat Rock Playhouse.

Olesya’s place was great! Me and my partner had a concert to go to, and her apartment was located in a great spot for us to walk to the Spectrum Center.

Linda Beth was an excellent host! The place was well decorated, clean and close to restaurants and the lake. She was extremely friendly and was super responsive to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Place was great for a weekend getaway with kids, they loved the sledding hill which was right outside the condo few mins walking distance. Cozy and quaint!

stayed for a concert at the spectrum center and LOVED how walkable the area was!!

Though it’s close to the main road, you need four-wheel drive in winter to get to this condo. We got stuck and could not reach the condo- ended up driving to the next town for snow chains as that was the only way to get there. It’s a nice place and very close to Beech Mountain but important to be aware of accessibility in winter.

Great stay for skiing and hiking. It is walkable to Sugar, but be prepared for a bit of a hill and some steps. Totally worth it to not have to park in the lot. Home was very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was very clean. Lots of little extras like spices, coffee, waters, soaps, etc. Everything was great for our short stay with our pups. Owner was very responsive after we messed up on our reservation. Fantastic communication. We would absolutely stay again if we are in the area.
