The house was wonderful and David was very easy to work with. We had an issue with a door lock that malfunctioned, and David was very prompt to offer a credit for the inconvenience and to pay for the tools we used to take the handle off the door. Great house, great view, and great host.

The house was fantastic. Everything was comfortable and clean, and the equipped with everything needed. The property was perfect for what I was looking for. Used the hot tub several times, cooked out, lit a bonfire, and even went fishing using the row boat. Would describe this experience as glamping and then some. The house is not secluded per se as there is a neighbor very close, but the neighborhood is quiet. Would definitely stay here again, and very well may in the near future.

Beth and Carlos thought of all the little things you’d need for a lake, even for kiddos! The lake is beautiful and the outdoor space is exactly what you’d need for sunshine and relaxing. Recommend bringing food/drinks/groceries if coming in from out of town. Selection for restaurants, food, and alcohol is limited in Livingston. We came prepared and it was well worth it! Based on our research in the area this is the BEST Airbnb to stay at in Livingston!

This was the perfect place for us. We have friends that live in the same subdivision so it was convenient to have our own place to sleep. The size of the house is perfect for our group of seven.

It is an excellent place to spend a vacation, the view is beautiful and the apartment is super well equipped. Always attentive to what you needed. It also has an elevator and that is a great advantage.

This place was great! I went for a girls weekend for Lonestar throw down weekend. It was the perfect place. Super cute, felt so safe. Very peaceful area and airbnb.

me and my fiancée went for a trip and had an amazing time the sailboats were so awesome to watch the water was nice and the weather felt great the bed was great and the bathroom was spotless this place was very cared for felt like a home away from i had an amazing stay.

Host was very helpful in working out how we could get the gym cards with excellent communication during the roof replacement that was going on while we were there. This is our second time staying in this unit.

I was in love the moment I walked in the front door and could see out onto the balcony! The view of the lake and lighthouse was amazing. Huge beautiful kitchen. Washer and dryer very useful. Comfortable sofa and king bed. We didn’t use the pool but nice amenity. The Southern Empress parked right off the balcony. We did the Murder mystery dinner. I’d recommend just doing the dinner. Just my opinion. We were visiting our son in Conroe. We can’t wait to visit him again and stay at Jessica’s place.

This was one of the best experiences with an Air BNB host we’ve had. Place was pristine, responsive hosts, excellent location and had basic amenities so we didn’t have to go get simple things like cleaning supplies, paper goods, soap, etc. Have recommended this to other friends already. The cottage was a great spot for a wonderful family get away! The space for 6 of us was great, room and bathroom accommodations were perfect. The area is so peaceful and quiet. It is a very easy and short walk to the lake, did some fishing and kayaking. There are also some walking trails close by, or the neighborhood is walkable, very quiet and scenic with all the trees. We did have some questions while there and Jennifer was great at getting back to us very quickly, as she has been from the very beginning. She gave us some great information on activities around the cottage, as well as, around the area. Was super helpful. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful time here at the cottage. Heather was very communicative throughout the whole process, and was very quick to respond to questions. This made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The cottage itself was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Amy was an amazing host. Very kind and considerate. Very responsive. The place is beautiful and cozy. Fun seeing all the wildlife. Great birdwatching, little turtles swimming nearby, fish jumping. Peaceful, neighbors are warm and unpretentious, people wave when you’re driving through the neighborhood. The bed was very comfy, everyone slept well, plenty of TVs for every one to enjoy in their rooms. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware to cook at home. The coffee bar was well stocked which is awesome. The snacks were a great touch and everyone enjoyed that. The available games were fun too. Only wish our schedule would’ve allowed us to stay longer.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The resort is beautiful. We grilled one night and had a blast with how much amnesties there was. Oh and the bed in the master bathroom with the barn door was the best bed we have ever slept on! We got the best sleep in that bed. Our friends enjoyed it. We are already planning another trip for next year

It was nice staying out in the water and waking up to enjoy coffee while we watching the fish swim by. The rooms worked out great for the amount of guest we had to accommodate. The hosts were super nice and responsive every time . Overall the experience was wonderful

A nice little spot with a beautiful and peaceful view of the lake. Very relaxing, patriotic decor and welcoming cozy atmosphere. Will definitely stay here again! Ronda is a great host and very responsive.
