Very nice place to stay, very clean and perfect for the 2-3 days that we planned for accommodation.

Cute place . Clean. Somewhat tricky to get inside but we managed just fine. Close to conference and building where the medical symposium that we were attending Was being held.

Mike was an excellent host. When the a/c unit malfunctioned in our room, he promptly moved us into a different room. The room was clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

I had a really pleasant stay at Phoenician Gardens! Paul is a nice host and was always responsive. The adjacency of the place to a River Oaks neighborhood is really quite nice. I have a handful of critiques (1) there is a usable washer/dryer but they are separated and cost $ to use which I don't think that is specifically spelled out in the description (2) the A/C system is not up to the task of dealing with the Texas heat to the point where the living room became uninhabitable, I had to remain in the bedroom most of the time (3) the mat in the kitchen needs to be replaced, it is quite dirty (4) the internet was a bit slow. Because of (2) I do feel like the monthly price was a bit much. I wasn't able to reside comfortability during peak summer hours unless I wanted to stay in my bedroom the whole time. Overall though it was a good stay.

We booked Ryan’s place for a quick weekend in Houston for a friend’s wedding. Ryan was super responsive. The space was huge. Very clean and fully stocked with everything we could have needed for the weekend. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Ann's house was in a great location. Good area to access the beach quickly. The house was clean and had everything that we needed.

My family and I stay in air bnb's frequently in this area to see family. We do travel with littles newborn to teen. This was by far everyones favorite stay. The home had character which my kiddos and I loved. They also had a game table and board games available, this was great for down time. I like to cook while traveling to stay and they had all that was needed. It felt very clean and I was able to relax when we arrived. They were extremely responsive and helpul especially when I requested an early check in, theh did not hesitate to be helpful in any way. This was again my familys favorite stay, we will definitely be booking again for our next visit!

My two daughters and I stayed at this condo during spring break. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. We enjoyed the condo pool and hot tub and the easy walk across the street to the beach. The condo is in walking distance to restaurants along with grocery store.

This was a breath of fresh air. After being in the desert working for the past 5 months it was nice to get back to familiar surroundings. I enjoyed catching nice Blue catfish from the dock , kayaking and visiting the local restaurants. I was also happy to bring my family to the condo as well. We had a blast at Margaritaville and a great time renting a pontoon boat were we pulled the kids around the lake. If you have never visited Lake Conroe TX then this is the place. 100% recommend!! This was a long term stay for work, but it also served as a great vacation place as well.

Charming condo with a heated pool and two hot tubs. Easy ramp to the beach. Had all the beach equipment so you don’t have to bring anything from home. Helpful instructions. Quiet and zero issues. Place was clean also.

Pictures do this place justice. Nice, spacious, lots of extras. Almost anything you would need is there. Hosts are fantastic communicators and respond in a very fast manner. Provided great recommendations and clear check in and check out instructions. Just on the west edge of town...easy Gulf of Mexico access and state park access, and easy to get i to town quickly. Good coffee and restaurants nearby. Washer and dryer in unit is so nice to have. Pool on premises and gym. Loved the stay.

Our stay at this condo was excellent. The unit was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized, making for a very comfortable experience. Its location is ideal—conveniently situated near a variety of restaurants, attractions, and local points of interest. Overall, it served as a perfect home base for our visit. We would certainly choose to stay here again in the future.
