The stay was amazing, the house and garden are beautiful and located in a very quiet area. You only hear birds. The owner replied immediately every time I sent him a question.

Absolutely beautiful grounds and very clean. Rosa and Felipe were wonderful! Only note the drive way is very steep downwards, like in many places in Lago Coatepeque. Overall, it was great!

We LOVED staying at Fabio’s place. Fabio and Marvin were so friendly, responsive, and extremely helpful. They gave us great recommendations while we were there. The house has the most amazing views and is just up the hill (we walked easily both ways) from restaurants and the beach. The pool is gorgeous and we had so much fun swimming and hanging out at night. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a great time at Eduardo's place, despite some initial bumps in the road. We did not get any instructions on how to check-in or find the place. Turns out that Google Maps is wrong. You simply have to keep an eye out for the street number (which follow no logical order), and the sign "Casa Icaco" on the outside fence. There is no check-in procedure, except that Maura or Jose (the BEST actual hosts who live on the property) meet you and show you around. But you better know how to speak Spanish well. And unfortunately, because of poor timing, Eduardo was not available for the entire day of checkin. Despite this, we had a wonderful time. Expect to drive to restaurants, etc. However, Maura is a great cook and a lovely host, and if you ask nicely, she can make a killer breakfast and even lunch. I would love to come back.

Muy bonito lugar, completo, cómodo, es pequeño pero muy completo. Para acceder a la playa es mejor ir con vehículo porque aunque esta a una distancia razonable a pie hay que cruzar la carretera. El anfitrión proporcina instrucciones claras, cuentas con acceso a internet de alta velocidad, smart TV, piscina comoda, bar, comedor, todo de buen gusto y muy util!

Lugar realmente hermoso para compartir en familia, muy cómodo, excelente instalaciones; Dinorah, la encargada en el lugar realmente un aporte y apoyo que hacen que el lugar sea realmente placentero. muy recomendable. fácil acceso y con diferentes amenidades

My family and I loved and enjoyed our stay. Full equipped kitchen for our needs, pots and pans to cook. House was clean. Honestly no complaints. We enjoyed the pool, the deck by the lake. Beautiful views. The house care taker recommended us jetski services, they came right up the house and we all had such a good laughter enjoying the lake. There's a mini store 2-3min walking distance from the house. My brother and I walked to it like at 830pm felt completely safe. I will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This place is a gem! I loved it and the beautiful surroundings. Close to good restaurants and at about a 15 minute drive to the closest grocery store. The lake is beautiful and the water is clean. The home was very well taken care of exactly as described. Would recommend!

The house was beautiful with a vintage style out of the ordinary. The patio and view of the lake is gorgeous.

Muy bonito lugar y disfrutamos bastante

This pace was cute and I hope to return! It was close to restaurants and the restaurants (which were less than a minute away) offered jet skis and other fun things, which the host does list those recommendations. It was clean and the communication was great.

This place is an absolute gem, incredibly spacious, fans and AC units to keep you cool during the suns peak, fresh, cool pools that help fight that heat off as well, and of course, the beach being your backyard. The drive from the airport and even the capital is manageable, and easy to get to. I can’t wait to stay with Pedro again

The place is beautiful with amazing views and most importantly peaceful. The people there are extremely kind and dedicated to make the guest feel right at home. There were a few difficulties with some home appliances, but overall it was a wonderful experience. Hopefully it will be available for next year to go back.

La casa está muy bien ubicada ya que hay muchos restaurantes y atracciones turísticas cerca, tiene un estilo antiguo muy bien conservado y la persona encargada fue muy atenta. Excelente espacio para pasar un muy buen fin de semana en familia y amigos.
