On the booking you may see many pictures of a very modern apartment, some of the pictures show large modern areas but this is slightly misleading. The pictures are of every room available, in the building and are not a reflection of what you are booking privately entirely. This caused some confusion for me when I arrived. The apartment does have a Hamam which was so much fun! Malik is a very friendly and hospitable host. There is somebody at reception 24 hours and they are always more than happy to help you with directions. Advice and suggestions all being very fair and without bias. Our apartment faced the road on the hill which is constantly blocked with traffic even through the night cars beep at each other constantly. Light sleepers may need to bring some earplugs with them. I had to wear my earphones to block out the noise a little bit. We had trouble with the electric box making a loud humming noise on the last night which kept us awake. The bathroom has seen better days.

Yusuf and his team, specifically Kadir, showed us every courtesy and created an exceptional guest experience. The actual lodging was 5 star, exactly as pictured. We enjoyed seeing the sights of Istanbul, and it was a pleasure to return each night to the peace and tranquility of the Airbnb. Would absolutely recommend!

Başlangıçtan sonuna kadar Ümit bey hem ilgili hemde yardımcıydı, sorulara hızlı dönüş yaptı. Gittiğimizde ev ve havuz sıcaktı. Ev temiz ve düzenliydi, ihtiyaç duyulacak herşey evde mevcuttu. Evin cafe restoran , market kasap gibi ihtiyaçları karşılayabileceğiniz konumlara yakın. Keyifle kalınacak bir yer.

Потрясающее место. Очень чистое и уютное, персонал приветлевый и вежливый. Отдельно советую пообщаться с управляющим - Эролом, ответит на все ваши вопросы и порекомендует места и рестораны для посещения (рекомендую посетить все кафе/рестораны, что он предлагает - не пожалеете). Бесплатно предоставляют хорошую сауну, есть выход на крышу с оболденным видом, есть закрытая зона в холодную погоду и открытая в тепло. Номера большие, с новой мебелью и уютным интерьером. Крайне рекомендую, остались супер положительные эмоции от посещения.

The host was incredibly responsive, providing all the necessary details and even offering assistance with transportation. The location in Sultanahmet was perfect—close to major attractions, yet in a peaceful area. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The 24-hour staff was very helpful and welcoming, making sure I had all the information about the area upon arrival. The option to drop off luggage before check-in and after check-out was a huge plus, allowing me to explore the city without any hassle. Overall, a five-star experience with outstanding hospitality! I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul. Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable!

I had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and the place is fantastic—just a short walk from the Grand Bazaar. The neighborhood is super friendly, and I loved chatting with the locals. Don’t miss checking out Deco Turca and Cashmere by Ruby for some unique souvenirs. Highly recommend this spot!

Ideal apartment for a family - walkable, beautiful view of Marmara Sea, quiet at night, comfortable home. Wonderful place to catch the sunset and lots of natural light. Up 2 flights of spiral stairs but just a few minutes from everything - supermarkets, restaurants, and blue/hagia. No trouble getting a taxi or walking home from the metro. Responsive host. No pantry/cooking essentials but fully equipped kitchen. Loved having laundry and dishwasher.

Kıvanç Bey çok ilgili bir ev sahibi. Ev gerek konumu gerekse olanakları itibarıyla eksiksizdi. Büyükada için kusursuz bir konaklama deneyimi.

Great location and very friendly host. Close to both the metro and the ferry to you can stay on the cool, quiet Asia side but very easily and quickly (20 min) pop over to the touristy stuff if you want to do that. Relatively quiet and has a lovely sunny balcony. It's a 4th floor walkup so be aware of that if you have luggage or need to haul in a lot of water/groceries and what not. But I mean it's not that bad. Stairs are good for ya.

Bununla birlikte hijyen ve temizlik konusuna ekstra dikkat ediliyor bu çok önemliydi benim için, evi çok temiz pırıl pırıl bir şekilde teslim aldım. Konumu da oldukça avantajlıydı, her yere kolayca ulaşabildim. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve misafirperverdi. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederim, kesinlikle tekrar gelmek istiyorum.

I think this might be the best place we've ever stayed. Sibel and Balim were fantastic, check-in was amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped (like, fully) and the bedrooms have storage. The dining table is perfect for doing some work or having a meal and a drink. Great water pressure and bedding. Thanks so much! Would love to stay here again sometime!

Emre bey çok misafirperver bir insan, her soruma anında yanıt sağladı. Ev Fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi temiz ve rahattı. Ulaşım sıkıntısı yok tam karşıda metro istasyonu ve taksi durağı var.

Serpil's home is very comfortable and in a wonderful location that has a nice blend of energy and peace by the sea. She was very responsive and allowed us to check out later to accommodate our flight. She even bought laundry detergent for us because we ran out and offered to call a taxi for us to make it back to the airport. Would stay again!

Fırat bey çok yardımsever, açıksözlü, net, her an ulaşılabilir ve anlayışlı idi. ev rüya gibiydi. evin yemyeşil bakımlı kocaman bir bahçesi vardı. havuz her zaman sıcak ve temizdi. ev yeterince geniş ve geniş olmasına rağmen evin sıcaklığı çok iyiydi. odalar geniş ve her odanın kendine ait banyosu bulunmaktaydı. sadece temizlik konusunda daha dikkatli olunabilirdi, tabi doğanın içinde olması nedeniyle haşere vb olması da normal karşılanabilir. tekrar konaklamayı düşünebileceğimiz müthiş bir haftasonu kafa dinleme deneyimiydi. herşey için teşekkür ederiz

10 yetişkin 3 bebek şeklinde yaptığımız konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Ev tertemizdi. Bebeklerin ve bizlerin rahat etmesi için her şey mevcuttu. Kemal bey her ihtiyacımıza yanıt verdi. Sorunsuz ve keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Her şeyi bulduğumuz gibi bırakıp keyifli ve mutlu şekilde evden ayrıldık. Tekrar tercih ederiz.

Uğur Bey ve eşi Aybike Hanım rezervasyonumuzun başlangıcından bitişine kadar son derece ilgiliydi ve sorduğumuz her şeye çok kısa sürede geri dönüş sağladılar. Ev son derece genişti 5 kişi çok rahat şekilde konakladık. Üst katta 3 oda ve bir banyo-tuvalet mevcut, alt katta ise ihtiyacınız olan tüm ekipmanların yer aldığı mutfak, geniş bir salon ve tuvalet var. Havuz ve evin geneli tertemizdi. Kendilerine misafirperverlikleri için teşekkür ediyoruz, arkadaşlarımızla bir kere daha tercih edebileceğimiz bir yer oldu.

Serdar Bey ile iletişim çok kolaydı. Eve giriş çıkış saatlerimizde de olabildiğince esnek davrandı. Evin lokasyonu merkeze yakındı. Ev temiz ve düzenliydi. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi. Küçük bir çocukla çok rahat bir şekilde konakladık.

Great host. Very responsive. Place is even better than what the photos describe, garden is spacious and cosy. Common area, kitchen and restrooms require a little bit of touch up. Bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
