Lake İznik : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

As a tourist, I was very comfortable during my stay. The layout, location and cleanliness of the house were excellent. The host was very attentive. I will choose again on my next trip 🙏

Op onze dag van aankomst ,was Inanc, aanwezig in het appartement , hij wachtte ons op , voor ons te begroeten , en ons alle inlichtingen te verschaffen over het appartement , ook inlichtingen over excursies , Inanc is een zeer aangename persoon , en heel vriendelijk , je kan Inanc ,op ieder moment als je hem nodig hebt bereiken ,de aangeboden accommodatie , was volledig zoals in de beschrijving , en vooral heel rustige ligging , en op 20min wandelen van het centrum van Kadikoy en de haven waar je alle bootverbindingen kan nemen , ook de metro naar de luchthaven is op 7 min wandel afstand van het appartement , er is ook een heel groot koopcentrum , met een Carrefour , heel handig om etenswaren in te kopen , op 10 min wandelafstand van het appartement , verder zijn alle voorzieningen aanwezig in het appartement , ook gemakkelijk voor iemand met beperking , appartement bevind zich op het gelijksvloer ! In ieder geval bedankt Inanc voor deze aanbieding !

A little Gem in Moda. Located right in the Center of Moda, equidistant to anywhere you want to go to in Moda. You will find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and any outlet you may think of within a walking distance. Orhun was an excellent host, sent us all what we needed to know ahead of time with very clear instructions. He was quite helpful and accommodating in every sense. The apartment was immaculate and everything was spotless with fresh linen. Extremely well equipped apartment, having literally everything you need for a short or a long stay, and would make you feel right at home. The apartment was well heated, with excellent plumbing and a very practical and well equipped kitchen. If you are looking for a hidden gem, that is practical with no frills and lets you discover Moda in every way yet knowing you will come back to a comfortable and homey apartment, I highly recommend Orhun's apartment.

L’appartement est cosy et la vue depuis la terrasse est à couper le souffle. A proximité du port et des commerces donc très pratique. Rien à dire, nous n’aurions pas pu rêver mieux pour notre séjour à Heybialada. Merci encore de nous avoir accueilli chez vous!

Appartamento molto bello, pulito e ordinato, silenzioso, rispecchia la descrizione. Posizione perfetta a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Moschea Blu. L' host si é dimostrata precisa e disponibile a risolvere alcuni problemi con il check-in. Risponde in tempi brevissimi. Non possiamo che consigliare questo appartamento

This apartment was absolutely perfect! It’s spotless, modern, and cozy, with a very comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen—everything you need for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly friendly and provided great local tips and assistance, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this apartment and look forward to staying here again!

Ata’s place is clean, near tourist attractions-metro and amazingly it’s quiet! Istanbul is a loud city but Ata’s place is just alright (not much noise, you start hearing noise from the surrounding around 9am). Ata is so kind helping with luggages as well as greet us before and after check in. He’s responsive with queries as well, thanks Ata! Definitely will be my preferred place to stay with my family if i come back here :)

This lovely apartment is less than 3 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. It is situated on a quiet street and yet is still in the heart of the old city. Volkan is a truly outstanding host. He scheduled airport transfer for us (something we felt was necessary due to being scammed by an Uber driver upon arrival) and was waiting outside for us when we arrived; he showed us around and shared recommendations for food and shopping. The accommodations are sparkling clean, comfortable, and cozy. We were very grateful for our experience at this location and highly recommend it to anyone coming to Istanbul.

Siamo una famiglia di 5 persone e abbiamo avuto una bellissima esperienza con quest’appartamento. L’host molto disponibile e sempre presente sopratutto nei trasferimenti aereoporto - casa, ci ha aiutato anche nei momenti di difficoltà. L'host si è alzato alle 3:30 di mattino per salutarci e assicurarsi che arrivasse il trasporto. L’appartamento è molto pulito, confortevole e vicino al centro. A seguito della nostra esperienza consigliamo fortemente.

Ideal accommodation for our party of 2 couples. Ideal not having to worry about transfer from airport, as Giorgio provided this. Easy access to accommodation. We ate out almost all the time, but with a well equipped kitchen , cooking would have been no problem. Great local restaurant next door, with friendly staff, (also a few others close by). Location is good, though uphill walk to tram lines may not suit elderly or people with mobility issues.

We enjoyed the place so much. The host was super helpful and responsive. We wish to come back☺️

I have no word to say about the host , he is very kind , helpful and responsive. Any thing we need he response First when we arrived he welcomed us with warm way and then he carried our luggage to the appartment . He described us the appartment with friendly way and he told us to feel free if we want anything we need for cooking stuff is missing in the kitchen. The appartment is very clean as in the description and the place is peaceful and safe , we can walk in peace at night . We can go many places by walk .The place is near to everything, many restaurants , hotel around . Sultanahmet camii and Hagia sofya cami is five minutes away by walk . There are two parks next, the appartment next to the sea. Shortly i can say we felt as we are at our house and felt our host is one of family member. I highly recommend this place. It was great staying in the house for a weekend. Aslı was super quick in replying to any questions and was very flexible on arranging the checkin and checkout. The AC heats the house very well also when it is a bit colder outside. It’s super cosy

Es war alles super! Fethi ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war geräumig und in einer ruhigen Lage. Der Abschnitt mit vielen Essmöglichkeiten der großen Einkaufsstraße „Bağdat caddesi“, war in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Abschnitt der Straße, welche Shopping Möglichkeiten bietet ist weiter entfernt. Wir haben uns grundsätzlich sehr sicher und in guten Händen gefühlt, konnten ohne Probleme kochen und waren mit der Ausstattung der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Es ist alles funktionsfähig und sauber. Vielen Dank!! Gerne wieder!

Staying at Mustafa's flat in Turkey was an excellent experience! The flat was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities in perfect working order. The location was fantastic—surrounded by great cafés and just a short walk from the beautiful coastline. It made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable.
