We (my husband and 2 children) loved staying at Frank's airbnb! In fact, we wish we could have stayed longer. The house is in a great location - just a 5 minute walk from Fresh Market for groceries, great restaurants, and right next to the Dinky Line trail for morning walks/runs. The place was spotless and bigger than I thought it was going to be. We had everything we needed and check-in/check-out was easy and straightforward. We definitely hope to return again! Thank you!

Jonny's place was lovely. He clearly puts a lot of effort into it. He was extremely helpful, responding to questions almost immediately. My family and I would be happy to stay there again and we highly recommend him.

We had a wonderful stay! We came down to celebrate our daughter’s engagement and Juan accommodated us early and was very helpful! It was a wonderful place and it worked perfectly to gather together with family. We had a small celebration after the engagement and the house had plenty of dishes to use for food and the ambiance was great- piano, fireplace, nice big table for laying out food. We also loved the backyard but it was too cold to use the pool or fire pit, but still lovely features. It was wonderful that each bedroom had their own en suite bathroom..no fighting over who would get the best room! The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. The neighbors concerned me a little, but we felt safe. The road out front was a bit noisy but it’s also very close to Publix and other shopping which was great. Overal,l we would recommend staying there.. it was a wonderful experience!

Our family of 8 stayed 4 nights during my niece’s wedding weekend. The house is spacious and met the needs of my parents and my adult sons & their wives. The house is a short block from the beach with direct access onto the sand. It is close to great restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Sherri was very communicative with quick responses. We will definitely be back!

This home was lovely and perfect for me for a couple weeks. It's in a relatively quiet area, albeit close to a main road, but still pretty neighborhoody, with a park down the street. Easy access to grocery stores, quick serve restaurants and a couple casual dining spots, and 5 mins from downtown/15-20 mins from Winter Park. The house itself was very functional, the kitchen is well equipped and living area is cozy. Closet space is a bit limited and it might be tight for more than one person for too long, but it was just what I needed while in town for business. The owners were very responsive and friendly, and when I needed help with a small issue were quick to address. Definitely would recommend.

Parking is extremely convenient with the provided two spots. location is great especially when you drive becasue it is at the center of everything.

This was my 4th time staying here and plan on future stays when visiting my family.

David's BEAUTIFUL pool house is a place I could spend days and days! It's beautiful, well-designed, and feels like new. For sure one of my all-time favorite AirBnB stays. The pool is gorgeous, and provided a perfect place to enjoy the warm Florida weather. Our host, David, was super-responsive and just a message or text away. Parking is easy and safe, and the apartment is an easy, cute walk along bungalow- and tree-lined streets to Edgewater Drive. Parlour Donuts is nearby, as is Foxtail Coffee! I slept better here than I have in months. At night it's very peaceful and quiet, and for the times when you might just want to kick back and watch a TV show or movie, the TV in the living room area is huge! The kitchenette is more of a small, full kitchen, where everything one might need is provided. We had cold water upon check-in, as well as bath towels and a thoughtfully-placed chocolate on top. Just a perfect stay in a beautiful place, with thoughtful, and responsible hosts. Thank you!

We had a great time staying here for spring break with our kids. The location is perfect, with the beach and Flagler Ave within walking distance. The private pool and hot tub were a big bonus with the kids!

Stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect! Exactly like the photos. The house was spacious with a lot of amenities! Total of 6 adults and 1 kid for our stay. More than enough beds for everyone and lots do for entertainment in the home. Highly recommend for a large group and/or kids. Location was great; within 10-15mins from restaurants, stores, and downtown.

Tetyana’s place was very clean, welcoming, and felt like home away from home. It was conveniently located near Disney and easy to access. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. The master bath was a great way to unwind and relax after walking over 10,000 steps at the Disney parks. We LOVED the jacuzzi/pool combo and how secluded it was. Very quiet neighborhood, responsive host, and easy check-in. We’ll be back. :)

This home and this neighborhood is so nice! I see where people who stay at Airbnb choose to comment on all the creature comforts — well this home got all of the right ones done so well! The beds, the hot water, the shower heads — everything is very nice! The kitchen is well outfitted and we really felt like we had a home away from home during our stay! I'd recommend this to anybody but we so enjoyed it and our time with an easy hop skip and a jump to Disney World! Thank you and I hope you’ll have us again!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful townhome! The private pool and stunning lake view truly made it feel like a luxurious retreat. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The townhome itself was not only comfortable but also had a cozy, home-like feel. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!

Megan was really attentive and great to book with! The house felt very comfortable, like I was staying at a good friend’s house for a few days. I loved being so close to downtown and really appreciated the pet friendly hospitality as well!

Perfect for a short term stay, comfy bed and nice size shower and good kitchen. Super close to Winter Park with all of its fun stuff to do. Nice promise entry and quiet location. Albia the host is very sweet and friendly, and responds quickly.

Great stay in a calm and relaxed environment. Stayed for 3 weeks and felt right at home. Obviously with a rental (hotel or home) you always have some things that could be perfected with a little maintenance but on the overall the house was in a great state. Pool heating worked as stated and our kid loved it.

Loata’s place worked really well for us and our two pets! We booked last minute and she was very accommodating and the animals enjoyed the partially fenced back yard. Overall it was a great stay and Loata is an amazing host. Thank you!

This cottage was so homey and cute. One of the cutest Airbnbs ive ever stayed in. Maribel was very responsive and clear with check in and check out process. I highly recommend her cottage.

The stay was very cozy, was able to use the amenities freely and happily! + this place is close to Lake Eola which is a popular part of town!
