We didn’t want to leave! It feels like a rustic tree house, with the wide porch boasting a plethora of rocking chairs; the gorgeous wooden soaking tub perched on the hill up a steep set of stone steps and surrounded by layers of green leaves filtering the sunlight; the mountains peeking through the foliage; the easy access to the beautiful river and its abundance of excellent throwing stones (a child’s delight); the quaint kitchen and its adorable gas stove; the cozy river rock fireplace; the sweet homey touches like books, board games, art supplies, extra blankets, provisions in the cupboards, and fruit and pastries provided upon arrival. Theresa was so very kind and accommodating in her communications. We loved everything! A note: if you plan on cooking a lot on the stove and are finicky about pans as we are, maybe bring your own as there’s only one nice cast iron (and the wonderful griddle). And if your stay forecasts rain, bring ear plugs—torrential rain on the roof makes a racket!

Sawyer's Cabin was the PERFECT place for my family to stay. Jeff was very accommodating and made sure we felt right at home. The fresh eggs and local honey was icing on the cake. My family throughly enjoyed all the amenities this house had to offer. We were able to spend some much needed quality time together. Sawyer's Cabin had everything we were looking for and MORE! We will definitely be back. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

We had a great time! The place was perfect and had everything we needed. The kids got in the hot tub every day we were there. They enjoyed jumping on the rocks in the creek to the side of the house. Everything was neat and tidy. It stayed a perfect temperature inside too. Amazing location! 20 min from downtown Brevard and pisgah forest. We drove through blue ridge and got to see some waterfalls. Would totaly do it all over again. Hosts were quick at answering all questions we had. Thank you so much for a great vacation for our family.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at Poplar View Cabin. From the moment we opened the door to our temporary home away from home, we were in awe at what we saw. Such a beautiful cabin, and that large wall of windows and the amazing view we saw the next morning when we raised the power-shades was simply breathtaking! The local downtown of Weaverville is quaint with nice shops and restaurants, and Asheville is super close-by too with a plethora of dining and entertainment options! So much to see and do :) Truly one of the best AirB&B experiences we’ve ever had and Jessica was an amazing host. We definitely plan to stay again in the future! 😊

We were not able to actually stay at Lisa’s place because of Hurricane Helene, but will definitely go when we are able! Lisa was a great host, very responsive and helpful!

Adorable place for a quick weekend getaway. My husband and I are looking to move to the area and used Kaitlyn’s cabin as a home base, and it was perfect! Loved coming back to the hot tub after exploring the area and touring some vineyards all day! Would love to go back. Thank you!

This was the first Christmas that we spent away and it truly was the best time ever. So many memories and personal time together. We brought all the presents and tree with us, and with the cozy house and fireplace and serene surroundings it was priceless! About an hour from Maggie Valley where we went snowboarding on Christmas Eve. Very clean, felt right at home, and the kids were even comfortable to sleep by themselves. We couldn’t have found a more perfect private getaway with an excellent host! Thanks

Perfect place for a Valentine's weekend trip!! Quiet, peaceful and cozy☺️

We needed to get away from the city life where all of the normal life and work anxieties were bottling up. Finding this location was exactly what I sure needed! I found an amazing and beautiful spot to just sit and do…. NOTHING. The view of the mountains was amazing and serene. Very quiet. No traffic sounds at all except for the occasional resident on the road going home. With it being cold, we were able to utilize the fireplace which was very relaxing. Allison made sure that there was a good amount of amenities available such as towels, soaps, shampoos, coffee makers, etc. Any questions we had prior to our arrival, she was quick to respond. A very kind and great host! I am definitely giving this 5 out of 5 stars and am looking forward to coming back!

Such a beautiful and peaceful cabin tucked a way with a lot of hiking close by. The cabin was rustic, clean, and just as described/pictured. My boyfriend and I did a couple of nice hikes including Looking Glass Rock Trail as suggested by Lucas. Greg/Lucas were very accommodating and responsive.

This historic cabin is the perfect cozy escape we needed. Conveniently located by hiking trails and waterfalls, if you feel like venturing out, or just sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee while you watch the birds. Our host, Wayne, took time out his day to walk us to the trail head and had great tips on some the hiking near by. We look forward to coming back and booking a longer stay in the future.

I stayed at this house with some friends for a rock climbing trip, and it was the perfect location. Only a 6min drive from Rumbling Bald, this spot was very well located for our climbing desires. The view from the deck and hot tub were amazing.

Highly recommend! Though the area is recovering from the recent hurricane damage, we had a pleasant stay and would come back.

Great place in the area. We stayed here for the Mt Mitchell Heart Breaker 50 and it was perfect. The race goes right past the home and the mile 10 aid station is right down the road. It is very steep to get there and cars do go fast in that area so being mindful is key. Beautiful area and peaceful. The peaceful quality is based on the renters of the home next door. More secluded during the summer likely as the leaves fill in but over the winter, you can see and hear the road and you can see and hear the next door. The parking is as described. It is tight but manageable. We had a large E350 van as well as a car. Not sure how another would have fit. The inside is open and super clean. We brought our pup and enjoyed the amenities. They had everything well stocked and the kitchen was ready to go and cook away. 3 full bathrooms were great after the race and 3 sleeping areas were perfect. Overall, it's a solid location, decent price, responsive host and super clean.

As we were driving down the driveway to leave my son said ‘that was funner than fun!’ That definitely sums up our time at Sweet Janes! It’s such a wonderful find and cool concept. The whole property was good vibes and it was a perfect weekend getaway. We stayed in Rise and the cabin was wonderful. Even as a family of 5 we all fit easily and comfortably. The cabins were modern and artfully decorated, with a view of the woods. The bed was super comfortable, and usually I have a hard time sleeping in beds that aren’t my own! Lizzie was welcoming and fun to chat with. The community kitchen was really well stocked and lovely to use. I highly recommend a stay at Sweet Janes. We’ll definitely be returning!

Lindsey's Cabin in Clyde, NC is exactly as described and pictured. The house is beautifully furnished and the kitchen well supplied. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are modern and spacious. The entire house inside and out is very clean. Nice TVs and good wifi. This part of the Smokey Mountains is scenic and provides a lot of options for hiking, biking and auto touring Lindsey is an excellent host. Jan and Allen and Buddy the Dog

This is the second time staying at Hidden River Cabin and, as usual, it was lovely and Anna was extremely responsive to any questions.

We had a wonderful stay…everything about the place was perfect..from the drive up there to the nearby town and everything in between!

This cabin was a nice find. Location was very convenient to all the places we were headed and was easy to find with gps. Elisabeth was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Would definitely book again!

Great location! The cabins are right on the river and only a short drive from Asheville and the blue ridge parkway. This was our second time staying here for a hiking trip.

We had the most peaceful and relaxing get away at this Cabin. The Cabin was beautiful, the scenery was nice, the hot tub was a great added feature. Kelly was responsive and super friendly. It was nice to be surrounded by nature. We wanted to get away and relax and this was the perfect place to do that.
