Such a beautiful space to be together as a whanau. Kitchen was so well stocked for cooking and thoughtful breakfast items were left for us. The space was amazing.

The house was lovely and spacious and very homely. And we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved that the water was uv treated rainwater so no chemicals! It was a nice central spot to go to places like hobbtion, blue springs, tauranga and rotorua. The kids loved it there and I think we'd all be be keen to visit again sometime. It just made our holiday! Thank you so much!

We had a great time in this amazing space. It was perfect for our group of friends. the alpacas are cool bonus. It is a little ways from. Raglan but if you looking to "get away from it all" this is an amazing spot.

Perfect for a family of 5 who all had different expectations on a place to stay for the night. Very comfortable and clean and the hosts were proactive in asking if we needed a high chair for the baby in our group.

Such a lovely stay. The rooms were perfectly clean, comfortable and stylish. The hosts were very welcoming and thoughtful. We enjoyed Michael's archery session and Mia's amazing breakfast. The freshly baked bread was fabulous. And the lovely dog Hunter showed me around their beautiful garden!! We had a great time and it is actually the most pleasant accommodation we have ever stayed at in NZ.

WOW!! 5-star Airbnb with a 10-star host!!! Absolutely stunning, clean and well-equipped unit. Paul was amazing, from start to finish - providing all the nice touches, local and out-of-town recommendations and he made sure, throughout our stay we had everything we needed and then some!! Stay with Paul - you will NOT be disappointed!! Definitely recommend!!!

The place is awesome and perfect if you like a very quiet and close to nature ambiance. The host was very lovely too and accommodating with their adorable dog. They even prepared complimentary foods for the guests. All in all we highly recommend this place.👌

Alison is a very nice host to communicate with. The place we stayed is very spacious with beautiful rural view. And it's close to everywhere. We had a relaxed Easter break there. We'll come back next time when we come down this way.

Lovely, caring hosts, who very kindly left us some breakfast, homemade lemonade and cookies! Great location for a family with kids, with a small, beautiful, self-contained garden a 2min walk to a park with a playground. Supermarket cafe and pub a 10-min walk away.

Un vrai plaisir de revenir passer une nuit chez Vicky ! Toujours très accueillante, très arrangeante, très sympathique. Le jardin est vraiment magnifique, et les lits toujours très confortables. On aimerait tant y revenir :)

Linda's bnb was adorable. Very comfortable, clean, full of delightful little extras. Linda came over to have a chat and make sure everything was to our liking. She gave us a run down on the local area and further afield. A very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend

Really lovely quiet location close to Hamilton. We arrived late and had to leave early so we didn’t manage to meet our hosts. Instructions were easy to follow.

We stayed at Sandra’s after a day of adventuring in the Waitomo Caves. Sandra is super friendly and gave us a fantastic dinner recommendation at the Tomo Bar and Eatery. The place was spotless and we got to enjoy a hot tub soak under the full moon and stars. In the morning, we woke up to the beautiful farm land vista. Definitely would recommend to anyone that needs a stay near Waitomo!

A SIX star experience! Comfortable suite with non shared toilet, bathroom and a separate sitting room / work space. So many thoughtful extras and a yummy continental breakfast included. An outstanding place to stay for both single guests and couples with a friendly host

I cannot give Sheryl's place enough stars! Beautiful location, the room is cozy and has a lovely view, and Hobbiton is a short drive or about a 30 min walk up the road. But most of all Sheryl and Greg were so welcoming, helpful, and went far above and beyond. Very much looking forward to staying again in the future (as I've not been to Hobbiton very much and would like to go again 🤣). Love from Edinburgh!

A lovely retreat in a great location that feels rural yet close to the town. A great location for the caves. There were lots of thoughtful touches and treats in the room which were very much appreciated! A glass of wine in the hot tub was a great way to end the evening. Thanks Mel!
